Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge

Andy (Andrea) provided amazing customer service and was lovely to talk to! Had great knowledge on champagne and it was very interesting to listen to her explanations ! The atmosphere is really cosy and chic - a lovely little hide away vibe for a date or a meeting (or just spending some nice time alone) The drinks selection is of a very high quality, with even the house wines being really tasty! The cocktails are made strong and with good expertise also. P.S. Their chocolate mousse is absolutely amazing! Best mousse I’ve had in my life - pairs well with champagne as Andy recommended

Been there few times, highly recommend Ginger Lily, as their bartenders seem quite knowledged even I wanted to order a cocktail which not on the menu. It was chill night out after long day work with my sweetheart, we ordered 4 cocktails & some snacks, personally the hand cut chips is too big for 2 of us LOL would definitely come back again.

Came here on NYE for the high tea. I was surprised that the high tea / Ginger Lily was located on the ground floor where the lobby is so the view was street level. We were given a very large table for four of us which is good in covid times but the soft seats are extremely low and soft, I.e. very uncomfortable. Customer service was fantastic, no complaints there but the food i would say was only four stars because by the time the hot food got to us from the kitchen- it was already lukewarm which is not great especially for savoury Asian bites (dim sum etc). The scone and kaya was delicious. The pastries / sweets also beautiful and tasty as you would expect. But the savouries need some work! Also if you choose the tea which is same as someone else in your group, you only get the one teapot. My cousin did not like having to share her teapot so my suggestion is to choose a different tea to anyone else in the same party.

What a beautiful bar, hidden away in the Pan Pacific hotel, just a stones through away from liverpool street station. I had a delicious martini at the bar, very well made with just the right about of punch from the Gin.

Federico our bartender was amazing. Very attentive and made us entertained. Ensured we always have snacks at the bar and made sure we enjoy our night to the fullest. 5 star service for the team.

Came here for a quick flat white. A nice quiet spot away from the fast piece of the City.

Excellent service from all staff in this lounge, especial thanks to the young Asian Indian lady who was my main waiting person and to the manager (I think he could be the manager)- thank you for (both) your excellent observations, and excellent advice on the different bubbles. I brought along my law firm's catering manager who has made a very favorable note of your facilities - he stayed for nearly 2hrs at your venue, something he never does, as he always has a busy itinerary even in social hours. We will definitely be advising my company of your amazingly quiet lounge and I haven't even tried your other lounges yet. The Ginger Lily Lounge is persuasively peaceful and a thoroughly relaxing atmosphere. My sincerest thanks as a repeat visitor - Paul Chew (Multimedia Editor)

Extraordinary experience. Best drinks I've ever had. Thanks to Andy, the Argentine bartender, for taking care of me and my friends. Will def be back.
