To start my wine glass was dirty. My boyfriend’s mango margarita had a lemon slice in it and the mix tasted…artificially sweet? I know marg mix is artificial but whatever this was…was different. I ordered drunken noodles with shrimp. The noodles were overcooked and soggy and had large chunks of fresh tomatoes and was generously seasoned with Italian! Seasoning. I’ve never had an Asian dish like this before. I get that it’s fusion but……? I tried to pretend it was spaghetti but ended up not eating more than three bites. The manager comped my meal. My boyfriend ordered the Pad Thai. We’ve both had different kinds and we would say this one was more “savory”. If you’re looking for peanut sauce this dish isn’t it. The meat quality for his dish was poor. He had an iron stomach so he finished it but we both agreed it was sub par. The staff was nice enough. This restaurant is attached to a Ramada near the airport if that helps to explain the quality somehow.

Google
Great pan asian cuisine (felt like Viet/Thai inspired mostly) inside the ramada hotel so if you stay here you don't even need to step outside. Quiet most of the time but good atmosphere and prompt service. Also good drinks and smoothies. My go to asian near the airport.

Located inside the SeaTac Ramada by Wyndham we ate here twice for breakfast. It was nothing fancy, but food was decent. Wish there had been proper hashbrowns at breakfast. The patties were a bit greasy. A good option when staying here. Service was spot on though and prices are very reasonable.

The food was good and tasty. We had dinner and breakfast there. We stayed at the Red Roof Inn which doesn't have a restaurant or breakfast. We were there when the fire alarms went off and watched the people go inside and out as the alarms kept going on and off. The fire department took forever to get there. Restaurant patrons were putting pieces of napkins in their ears. I waited for a while to do it. It works! An exciting way to have a late dinner after a long day of travel.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I've eaten pho all over the world. This has got to be the absolute WORST pho that I have ever eaten. It is an insult to even call this pho.... they bring back a bowl of soup, with NO bean sprouts, basil, or lime.... red flag. I taste the broth and..... wow.... literally tastes like chicken bullion water. Horrendous soup... first time in my life I EVER had to add SALT and pepper to pho. Then I dig deep to find the chicken is some rubbery, microwaved garbage. Totally not edible. Had to pick it all out... not a cheap bowl either. The working staff couldn't be bothered to care. They just sat there watching TV. The lady next to me had a steak she couldn't actually eat either. Looked like the same rubbery stuff...

Stop by to try this restaurant, and i was surprise on how good the food was. The new owner Mr Lam was very helpful and professional. We ordered the calamari and honey walnut shrimp. It was very crispy and packed full with flavor! The chicken wings was juicy and delicious. I will definitely be comin back here to try other dishes!

This individual is an absolute maestro in his domain. His passion and dedication infuse every creation he conjures. Each encounter with his work is akin to embarking on a voyage to unexplored territories. The atmosphere he creates is brimming with pure bliss. Moreover, he exudes profound love and care as a devoted father to his cherished family. Allow me to impart a recommendation: make it a point to visit the Ginger Palace Restaurant, where pan-Asian cuisine reigns supreme. I assure you, it will revolutionize your existence, just as it did mine. From this day forward, consider me a loyal patron, forever grateful for the extraordinary talents you bring to the Ramada.

Google
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE coming here. It’s my hole in the wall spot and the food is delicious. I always order the Specialty Wings when I come. It is a MUST. I’ve never had wings like theirs. Crispy and JUICY at the same time, bursting with so much flavor!!! The new management and family that owns and runs the business are so nice and friendly, and I love that they added more things to their menu which I’m looking forward to trying.

Yelp
You are missing out on great fresh, made to order Vietnamese cuisine. Good size portions, reasonable prices. I live part time in WA & 3/4 of the year on Maui. I go to the restaurant every time I go in/out of Seatac. Famiiy owned & worked. You will find 3 generations in the restaurant. i went in this eve, & the owner says "I haven't seen you in awhile". These family owned restaurants need 2 b supported. Great food in the Ramada 16720 International Blvd SeaTac, WA 98188 United States Come try their great food. Don't miss trying Mom's new chile paste. I told the son, then need to market it. I travel all over the world. This is a hidden gem. I will be returning in a wk. Come check it out. I an not a relative or friend, ir paid for reviews. I'm just a happy customer who has been here several times in the last couple years

Kimberly P.

Yelp
I had my reservations about this place, but it was cold and rainy out. It was run by Asians, so how bad could it be? I'm neither Vietnamese nor Thai, but I'm pretty sure the pho I was served consisted of noodles you'd find in a pad thai. And the chicken, well, let's not go there. I should've known better, but then again, I'm only half Asian.

Lana E.

Yelp
Very basic food, over seasoned, 1 order from the group order was forgotten. Expensive for what it was

Orlando M.

Yelp
Good dive Chinese type of restaurant. It's in the Ramada hotel so that threw me off. The food was good, liked that the ramen was served in stainless steel bowl. Service was good enough.

Deborah P.

Yelp
Doesn't have the Chinese food I favored. The smoothie drinks were very good though. There is no complementary continental breakfast.

Raq S.

Yelp
I ordered the spring rolls and a side order of rice. Yummy! The service was good. The wait wasn't too long came out fresh and ready. I would recommend anyone staying at the hotel to try this spot out.

Cleo A.

Yelp
UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! The food is amazing here, great prices, great serving size etc. The menu is incredibly inclusive, serving everything from a BLT to Mongolian chicken/beef!! They are attached to the Ramada Inn. They do have a full BAR! If you choose to stay at this hotel, man are you lucky! Not only do they serve breakfast, but they're open until 3 AM. Be sure to stop in and check them out.

Andres A.

Yelp
Food was amazing recommend the beef fried rice The Service was amazing they take pride in your order

Eric B.

Yelp
Fantastic food and experience! My wife and I ate 2 meals here while staying at the Ramada. I don't typically write Yelp reviews but figured this one was worth it. The meats were cooked to perfection, the sauces were light but flavorful. I lived in Honolulu for 7 years, with Banh Mi on every street corner, their Chicken Banh Mi was one of the best I've ever tasted. Staff was pleasant and super accommodating, as we were scrambling in from a later flight just before closing. Highly recommended!

A L.

Yelp
Never posted a review before. Really disappointed with this restaurant. Food arrived with worms. If it looks like your rice is moving...it's not rice! Notified the restaurant and while they were nice enough on the phone, no apology, no response to texts, no attempt to remedy, and no refund for food that had to be thrown away. Serious health/cleanliness issues. STRONG recommendation to avoid and order elsewhere. Happy send pictures/video.

Tram M.

Yelp
Pho is the best, the special bowl they have keep the soups hot till the last spoon. Couldn't believe inside Ramada Hotel, they have the best Pho, should give it a try.

Batman -.

Yelp
This individual is an absolute unit Amazing he is, amazing food amazing everything best Asian restaurant ever I would eat this food forever

Jeff G.

Yelp
This is a daycare center posing as a restaurant. The people working there were taking care of family pre-toddler taking residence in a laundry cart until even they could no longer bear her wailing and eating their lunch that they barely had time to make and serve the food. For a while, all workers vanished as the child was taken to the kitchen for proper redress. To be fair, the appetizers we received (egg rolls, spring rolls) were adequate. I've never had chopped up celery and onions in a Vietnamese sandwich (listed on the appetizer menu as "sandwiches") served in brown gravy on a hoagie roll. Don't count on the gent working there. He never brought us the sake we asked for. The woman is the worker here, taking away other diner's dirty dishes at the end of our meal. Pro tip: the bathroom code is available from the hotel staff behind the ghetto safety windows at check.

Catherine S.

Yelp
Delicious dinner [drunken noodles] amazing surprise. Owners so PLEASANT, gracious. we came back for bfast in the morning [bacon & scrambled eggs]. owner [sorry, did not get name] left work @ 11 the night before, had taken his mom to airport 5 AM next day, we got there ~ 7 AM for bfast. so pleasant, great food, quite an interesting variety of dishes.

Debbie V.

Yelp
What a sweet restaurant, and excellent food. If you're anywhere near here, enjoy. We had their Thai curry, chicken, and several homemade appetizers. All excellent. Family owned.

Brenda S.

Yelp
Drunken noodles amazing ask for the spicy spicy sauce and owner will bring a yummy super spicy chili sauce! Cantonese chow mein my 12 year old devoured. Bum Tom thit nuang my little one who's a picky eater loved it, grilled pork on it is amazing, I had some spring rolls! They have 4 choices of wine on happy hour from 4-6pm my go to was Pinot Grigio. They have a variety of bubble tea and milk teas. Spoke to the owner and great guy he just took over about 4 months ago. They do close a bit earlier than time mentioned on weekends which is typically 2 am but due to having a new member in the family closes at midnight. Over all great place inside the Ramada!

Meg O.

Yelp
We were so happy and a bit surprised to find such great food at a Ramada in SeaTac! We had several appetizers, including expertly grilled fresh asparagus, and the shaken beef. Every bite was delicious! This is not your typical airport hotel food! I would go out of my way to eat here. Bonus points for exquisite service from a delightful newly married couple expecting their first child in July. We fly in and out of SeaTac often and will likely change our hotel choice to stay where this restaurant is! Take note Ramada/Wyndham! You should lower their rent! Every hotel on International is about the same, but this restaurant is exceptional!

David P.

Yelp
On the evening of March 15, 2023, we found ourselves unexpectedly staying for the night at the Ramada by Wyndham in SeaTac. We were pretty hungry and noticed there was an Asian restaurant on the main floor. We had our dinner at the Ginger Palace and found the Szechuan food there to be outstanding in all respects: excellent menu choices, served quickly and the food was perfectly seasoned (no one asked us how many * we wanted, something that always annoys me). This is the best Szechuan I've ever had and I lived in Asia fo 7 years. It is under new management as a family restaurant, and it seemed that many family members were somehow engaged. Everyone from the front of the house to the kitchen was professional cordial. As mentioned above the food was great and I suspect that just about anything you ordered would be outstanding.

Callie A.

Yelp
Really good surprisingly! Was hungry while at the hotel and wanted something quick, it was really good. Cute lil hole in the wall! Service was short and to the point, it was good all around!

Sherri R.

Yelp
I would not suggest coming to this place. The breakfast was disgusting. We shared a plate and we couldn't finish it due to the high content of grease content on all the food. The service is non existent and if you get it, it is rude. Why would you put an Asian restaurant serving American cuisine in a hotel. It is basically eggs cooked in the agent grease, which is awful. OK

Vee C.

Yelp
Do not eat here! Tried it because we were staying at the hotel and it was convenient but it was very pricey and the food was horrible. Chow Mein was some kind of unidentifiable noodle and had absolutely NO FLAVOR. Drowned it in soy sauce but it didn't help. The "homemade won ton" were cold and tasteless. General Tso Chicken, don't bother. Take a short walk to Denny's up the street. Breakfast there was good, staff very friendly and attentive.

Minh N.

Yelp
Terrible place with poor service. The waitress has a horrible attitude and not friendly. She was being condescending and rude when we were drinking some other drink from outside. The food was average at best that is overpriced. You can cook better food at home. Later on I went home and checked my statement and saw an extra $5 charge, it seems someone changed the bill to gave themselves a $5 tip which is fraud. 0/5 if I could.

Loma I.

Yelp
If I could give this place a negative a star I would. You're better off eating a tree. My chicken fried rice was light skin and my egg rolls were crispy like I was eating tree bark. I 10/10 would not recommend this place to get food when you are hungry.

Eva H.

Yelp
Stay away from this restaurant. We stayed at the hotel and wanted to try a couple of dishes at ginger palace. The experience was bad, and I wish we had never stopped by. There are better restaurants around the area and this place is not worth it. We ordered the Wonton and noodle mein ($16) as well as shrimp pad thai ($16). First off, the pricing is very pricey for the quality and quantity received. Secondly, the noodle soup was definitely better than the pad thai. Pad thai was sour with soggy noodles. The noodle soup only had wontons and bok choy, extremely simple for $16. The Asian woman, our server, was not friendly and looked agitated all the time. We brought in 2 pre-purchased drinks from outside and started drinking them to which she threatened to charge us for drinking them while sitting at the table. We quickly put them away. There was no sign displayed that disallow it, and I am not against restaurants enforcing such policy. However, the woman informed us about the drinks in a very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and mean way. I found that handling extremely unacceptable. Besides the poor quality/quantity of overpriced food, the service was poor.

Kelly L.

Yelp
If you know us, you know we love Vietnamese pho' Tonight we had the "best ever" pho' at the Ginger Palace next to the Seattle Airport. We met the new manager, Lam, our wonderful host and new friend. . When in the area of the Seattle Airport, look for the Ginger Palace right on International Boulevard. (They also serve breakfast)

John S.

Yelp
We were returning from a cruise and spending a night at the Ramada before heading home. After touring town we returned to the hotel and decided to have dinner. WOW am I glad we decided to eat here. The two gentlemen working were busy but polite and caring. The food was nothing short of outstanding. We had four different meals and appetizers. Appetizers were great also. If I ever return to Seattle this is a definite stop for dinner.

Terri G.

Yelp
Let me start by saying I work at hotel near airport and we often refer our guests to this restaurant with great success, however I placed a order which I don't very often just because I'm a let's say narrow minded eater. But I ordered fish and chips and to my dismay it had changed. It is under new management and they had told us the menu was the same. Before it was a battered 2 or 3 good size portion of fish now it is more like fish nuggets with a sesame type batter. Don't get me wrong I liked it but I was just shocked. I would still recommend this restaurant for sure..

Joanne M.

Yelp
Very enjoyable and delicious! LOVED the Hawaiian music!! 5 stars for that! Our Host/Server was very thorough. He was calm while seating guests, taking orders, serving food and if that wasn't enough, bussing the tables! He gets 10 stars! Super friendly! I recommend the Cinnamon French Toast. It was delicious! My only suggestion to the restaurant would be to use Hawaiian Sweet Bread. The bacon was cooked to perfection! Side note to Zippy's...these guys only charge $3 for a side order of bacon or $1.50 to add on to my French Toast. $5.99 for a side order of bacon Zippy's...really?!? If you're near SeaTsc...stop here for breakfast!

Yelp
Warning Do Not Eat Here!!!!! After staying at the Ramada I wanted soup in the Morning I seen it had wonton Soup...I tried it when I ate some soup I chewed on something hard thought it was a bone cuz it cut my mouth when I spit it out it was broken piece of glass... I called the lady she said sorry she will only charge $6 for the meal. I said hell no im not paying if I would have swallowed that broken glass I might have died... this is serious and unsanitary and horrible restaurant. I seen another picture with a bug in the soup. This place makes me sick just thinking of the food..,this place needs to be shutdown...and Ramada is connected to it...seems to bring down the name of its a franchise... New name should be "Piece of Caca Palace" do not eat here.... Do not eat here.... Do not eat here..... Let's confirm.... Do Not Eat Here!!!!!!

Robin T.

Yelp
Wow! Great Asian food! We had the appetizer platter with wings, spring rolls and pot stickers. They were big, nicely seasoned, flavorful and perfectly cooked. Yum! Be sure to try the kimchi fried rice with shrimp. You'll be pleasantly shocked at how excellent it tastes. We had the shaking beef, which was super tender and flavorful. The people at the next table had the Mongolian beef and raved about it, too. I had the biggest mimosa ever for only $8...so good I had a second one. The service was friendly and good! Lam is the new owner and he's remodeled the bar. Don't miss this little hidden gem in the first floor of the Ramada in SeaTac. Even free parking in back. We'll return lots of times!! Next time I'll try the pho

Amy K.

Yelp
Only option near our hotel. ( this First we weren't permitted to sit at any of the 4 top tables.... and all the 2 tops needing cleaning. Ugh! True it only took him a minute Both much of a menu. I ordered a side of grilled asparagus at $1.00 + per stalk. Not impressed.

Todd H.

Yelp
The food was so good. It was the best honey walnut shrimp I've had. the crew was awesome and the location and hours of operation were appreciated. Anyone who has had to try to find food after late or delayed flight in SeaTac can relate. Food is so good I will make the hotel my hotel from now on.

Thuy N.

Yelp
Today is the first time I had lunch at Ginger Palace restaurant located inside of the Ramada hotel. The environment, the service, and the food was excellent!! The fried banana ice cream and fried tempura ice cream dessert was delicious. Attached was my meal today and it was definitely worth the calories and the money.

M M.

Yelp
Wasn't sure about this place at first, but all 4 of our meals were great! Highly recommend the Shaken beef & Grilled salmon salad. Generous pours on the vino too.

Jeff W.

Yelp
The generals chicken tastes like a molasses mouthwash. Too much soy. Wayyyy too much soy and sweet sauce. I had to throw it away. Quick delivery from Uber.

Gloria P.

Yelp
We had an amazing experience! The Grilled Salmon on Seared Spinach was amazingly wonderful! It was the best we've had on this trip, and we ate salmon in Alaska and Vancouver. This was better! I had the Shaking Beef with melt in your mouth tenderness and flavor! Yum!

Megan W.

Yelp
Poor service, understaffed, the guy who served me was nice enough but food was incorrect. Waited 30 mins for a to go breakfast sandwich and got back to my room to see it was on a burger bun instead of a bagel. Cost 6$

Watonya B.

Yelp
Best wings ever. Drove 4hrs just to have some lol...they are that good. Next time I would like to try the seafood soup.

Keith P.

Yelp
Its...OK....I had the Thai Curry Beef. It had more onions in it than Beef....The sauce tasted good.....but nothing overly ambitious about it. The rice was bottom of the Pan...Dry, Slightly Hard , Bottom of the Pan....& Skimpy on the portion...I will try another restaurant next time I stay in Seattle.....Aloha

Orlando F.

Yelp
Very convenient if you are staying at the Ramada by Seatac. Chicken wings were super yummy especially with white rice. Phad Thai, salt & pepper tofu were alaso yum. The lady who took my to go order is super nice. Service is fast.

Mike D.

Yelp
This is one of the best places to eat I have been here 4 days and have tried several different plates. I believe the pot stickers are the best I have ever had. The chicken wings are great also. The people that work here are very polite and friendly. Truly a awesome place everyone should try this place out.

Kathleen G.

Yelp
Tried this place because I'm checked in the hotel and it was convenient. But I was eating my fried rice when I noticed eggshells mixed with my rice. Big and small pieces both included. The rice had no flavor and had egg shells mixed. Not worth it.

Matt J.

Yelp
Really good! We had the General Tso Tofu and Basil Chow Fun. The tofu was nice and crispy on the outside, the sauce was deliciously spicy, and the broccoli was perfectly cooked--still bright green and some crunch. The rice on the side was perfect for soaking up every last drop of the sauce. The Chow Fun noodles were so yummy. Onions were again perfectly cooked, and it was a great mix of flavors. I'd eat here every night when staying at the Ramada!

Sarah E.

Yelp
Everything people say about the Shaking Beef and the wings is absolutely true. We ordered those dishes as well as Kalua Pork which was really tender and flavorful. Our server was very friendly and the right amount of attentive. Not sure I'd bother with dessert. The tiramisu was dull and the tempura ice cream seemed a bit doughy. But the wings! We ordered another batch as soon as we finished the first! If you find yourself in this dismal part of Seattle, just know there is a ray of sunshine in this restaurant.

Zach H.

Yelp
Found this gem at the hotel I stayed at. Pretty amazing Thai food and fast service. Catch their happy hour special from 4-6pm daily including discounts on drinks, appetizers and their famous wings. The yellow curry was delicious and their menu has stuff other the Thai food. Great spot!

Lou C.

Yelp
Ok, so its in the lobby of a Ramada by the airport, BUT it also has excellent wings (seriously, every reviewer that mentions how good those wings are- I'm a believer now too) and a weird but excellent assortment of entrees. Menu ranges from some Chinese, some sorta-Thai dishes, to like, I don't know, French fries and stuff like that? Friendly service, and my meal came out quickly. Again, if you're expecting intimate ambience, you're in for a bad time (unless you're really super into the sounds of people checking into a hotel) but that's a silly reason to not try this place.

Alvin N.

Yelp
Located in the Ramada Hotel you will find Ginger Palace Pan Asian Cuisine. If your heading to / from Seatac Airport and looking for some grub check them out! I always order the Hawaiian Garlic Chicken Wings appetizer w/ a side of steamed rice, it's my favorite! Sort of reminds me of Korean Fried Chicken! * It does take an extra 15 -20mins to prepare!! They serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner...they even have Happy Hour from 4 - 6pm! Domestic beer & appetizer specials! ***Free parking behind the Ramada, just tell the attendant your heading to Ginger Palace!! **Look for an updated review soon....I need to try the other items on their menu!! - http://www.gingerpalace.com/Menus.html

Daren D.

Yelp
A good option for asian food on the main Airport strip. Even though it shares the lobby space of the hotel, stepping in you feel away from it. It's relaxing, wasn't loud, and decent hotel vibe. The short-stuff cute gal waitress was friendly and pleasant and suggested the HH. I decided to try that local "favorite" Shaken Beef... tasty and pretty good. I should've asked for a bit more rice now that I think about it. Would go back to try more.

Simon P.

Yelp
That is my third order from this place and this time my soup was with a surprise. When I called them to ask what is this the girl on the phone was like :"What you want me to do"? Do not eat in this nasty place!!!
