Yelp
I was in the area doing my Saturday errands and decided I wanted Thai for lunch. Thai is my fave food and it's cold enough today to start off with a hot soup. So I went to Yelp and looked for close-by Thai. This place was in the shopping center directly across from Sprouts, which is where I was.
The customer service is good and attentive.
There was one other person dining in and a couple of people who came in to pick up call-in orders.
I started off with tom-yum soup, which is my fave soup. I appreciated the balance of lemongrass and cilantro. However, the soup was missing something. A dash of salt or something salt-like would have completed this dish. It had chunks of white onion, diced green onion, cilantro, lemongrass and chicken. I wasn't blown away by the soup, but it wasn't terrible. I do not have to have it again.
I ordered spicy fried rice with shrimp for my entrée. I ordered level 4 out of 5 spiciness level. It was not spicy at all, which was disappointing. I love my food to be very spicy, which is why I ordered a 4. This was more like a 2, at best. The shrimp were deveined with a tail on. They were well-cooked. The rice was decent in flavor, but just mediocre.
If I ever stop in again, I will try the pad thai or the drunken noodles.
