Visited for a dinner while in Lille, the relaxed cosy atmosphere, the service and the presentation were impeccable. The relatively heavy use of vegetables, seeds, and textures was really good and the amount of food felt just right. Had the dinner with a foodie 11-year old who felt the food was a bit saltier (pickle-like?) than he liked. The beetroot dish on our menu was one of the best preparations of beetroot I have ever tasted.

Same distinctive and flavourful food as before the star, beautifully presented. Creative combinations, nice foams and simple but elegant plates. Interesting wine pairings too. Menu Ginko.

A wonderful experience dining at Ginko. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was outstanding -innovative, creative, technically excellent, but most importantly delicious. The relatively small but high quality wine list was expertly explained by the sommelier. This all lead to an extremely enjoyable evening. Merci beaucoup.

An outstanding experience with amazing food, staff and service. Every dish was delicious and perfect. Starting with the amuse bouche which was absolutely amazing and served creatively in a pot then moving to the entree which was so good with the freshness of cucumbers along with the fish. The first dish with cabillaud, zucchini and beurre blanc au curry vert which was so nicely cooked and was served with flavorful condiments and the best part was the delicious beurre blanc! The second dish was with the meat, tomatoes and potatoes which was perfect. Loved the siphon with the meat. At last the dessert and mignardises were served with a raspberry liqueur that brought a real comfort and sweetness to end this beautiful experience. The drink pairing was perfect. Can actually see the work, thinking and passion behind each drink served alongside the dishes. Got to try different new flavors and infusions. Thanks to the whole team and chefs for their efforts and dedication for a smooth service and a remarkable and unforgettable experience. 100% recommended if you are in Lille.

Incredible food and a wonderful atmosphere and welcome from the team there. They prepared us a vegan version of the complete tasting menu and it was absolutely delicious. The drinks pairings were perfection too. Definitely worth a visit for a special dinner in Lille. Merci beaucoup!

We had previously eaten at the three Michelin-starred restaurants in Lille, and we felt that the creative food on offer at Ginko was at least on a level with those. The staff were very welcoming, but it was a quiet evening in the restaurant and this slightly detracted from the atmosphere.
