Gino's Bistro - Review - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Pull up a chair in this Maple Valley Italian bistro and order a gin and tonic to pair with the pancetta-spiked baby clams while you peruse the rest of the menu. Stick with the classics, from chicken picatta and bolognese to bone-in ribeyes and shrimp scampi. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

The food was absolutely AMAZING!! I was blown away, the chef Luis made delicious food, from the appetizers, to the main courses to the dessert! The customer service was great, you will leave extremely satisfied!! I would leave 10 stars if I could!!

Open for lunch now. Liked it very much. We ordered Italian Panini and a side salad. The serving size is humongous, I couldn't even finish a half. So probably next time we will order one dish for 2 people.

Comfort food in Maple Valley, WA. Overall, I liked Gino's Bistro Maple Valley. A local friend took us to Gino’s for dinner after a long travel to visit. The restaurant sits on the edge of a strip mall off the road; it was a little hard to see if you don't already know the location, but there is plenty of signage around the storefront. We ate indoors; there was an outdoor seating area. The décor is nice but nothing too special. Our table was very wobbly, and the waiter fixed it when we asked to be re-seated. The staff were energetic and generally attentive. The menu is lengthy with interesting and tempting descriptions across appetizer, salad, pasta, steak, and seafood offerings. The calamari was perfectly prepared—really, very good. The paella was generally tasty with a mix of fish and meats over risotto, however all of us at the table thought the dish was too light on risotto and too brothy—very tasty but not prepared as expected. The other food items we ordered were all good. The prices were perhaps a little high. Overall, Gino's Bistro Maple Valley was decent—I’d eat there again, eager to try a few more of the interesting dishes on the menu.

Google
Great food and service with a little surprise! Our waitress was very kind and recommended some delicious options for us to try. The food was delicious and we ended up eating everything, but towards the end of my wife's meal she found a round rock about the size of one of her clams in the seafood soup! We were both very confused since it was still really hot. I thought it might be in there to keep the soup hot, but we asked the waitress and she was as surprised as us. We then assumed that it was mixed in with the clams and didn't get picked out. No harm no foul, but a discount on her meal would've been a good gesture for the restaurant.

Google
Have tried Gino's at Des Moines and thought it was ok. Decided to try this one so i went with my husband and ordered the seafood risotto and my husband ordered the seafood pasta. The risotto was waaay too liquidy. Very little rice, was more like a soup. My husbands pasta was also not worth the price.

We reserved the banquet room after my mom's memorial and it was a wonderful gathering. Lovely atmosphere, great food and awesome service. We were so well taken care of and accommodated by our server Griselda. We really enjoyed our gathering and appreciated your assistance. Thank you so much!

Our food was good tasting, but the portions are a little on the small side. Nicely decorated, good ambience. Service was slow, even though the restaurant was less than half full. I'd go back to give them a second chance.

I had heard some people say this was a good option for Italian. I disagree. Have you ever watched, Kitchen Nightmares? This place should be on there. I did try the Tacoma location a few months ago and it was ok. The Maple Valley location was pretty bad. The dining room was outdated, dirty, had cobwebs and mismatched decor. Our table was extremely wobbly and was quite noticeable to the person who sat us and poured our water, but didn’t seem to care. The red velvet curtains behind our table were dragging on the floor, torn and dirty and I couldn’t sit up straight without my head touching them. Gross! There were cobwebs in the windows right behind my daughter’s head and many lights on the ceiling weren’t working and covered in dust. My husband ordered the tortellini, the taste was strange, the appearance was unappealing and there were so many green peppercorns he had spoonfuls left in the bowl when he was done. My daughter ordered fish and chips. She preferred Five Hooks food truck to these. The fries were frozen and thus soggy and bland. I ordered the bistro pasta which according to the oil-stained paper menu I had, had spinach in it, but the pasta came with kale. The menu online did differ from the paper menu we received. In addition to having kale (which I’m not a fan of) the pasta dish was obviously reheated. The oil in the bottom of the bowl, the hot bowl and scorching hot pasta were major clues before even tasting it. To top it off, our bill didn’t come with a pen and our server didn’t come back around so we had to get up and ask for one. With tip, we spent over $100 for 3 entrees and a sprite. No alcohol, no starters and no dessert. Stay away until they do a full remodel inside and on the menu! I should’ve taken photos but usually only take photos when I’m impressed, not disgusted.

Yelp
My new go-to for Italian! I love the cozy atmosphere and the server was very responsive and personable. The Malbec was very smooth and the Tortelloni had unique home cooking flavor.

Yelp
Very disappointed the favorite ranch dressing not offered anymore. It was one of the unique reasons I go there. Twin beef and pizza was perfect. Been disappointed in past today it was good. Please bring back the ranch.

Yelp
Closed. Has been completely had all fixtures and interior gutted. Was a good place when open

Yelp
Horrible service. What happened to this place? They used to have great service. Now they don't answer their phone, and they greet walk-ins with"its going to be a REALLY long wait for a table," almost suggesting that you should go elsewhere. They talk about how overwhelmed and understaffed they are. The hostess and wait staff are awful. They have one chef and 2 other employees who are hostess, bar tender, and bussing tables. The bathrooms are needing attention also. They used to be clean and well stocked. All the other restaurants in the area are packed and have many employees who can handle the volume. Why did Gino's send out coupons in the Val Pack when they clearly can't handle the volume of customers that it would generate? Maybe it's time to step it up and hire more people. We won't be going back.

Yelp
have had dinner with my associates at Gino's on many occasions for many years, not only at this location but also prior to the relocation. Our dining experience by far couldn't be described other than completely disappointing. Not only was our food luke warm, but our server "Cindy" was by far the most unprofessional and inattentive server I have ever experienced. Furthermore to top off this very disappointing experience, a tip was automatically added for what was stated "Large Partv" (There were (4) of us in attendance. I am hopeful someone from Gino's will read my review and make some adjustments to not only the "lack of service " issue but also the quality of the food Gino's staff is serving.

Yelp
I really like this little Italian place. It's nice for a date night and has good service and ambiance. I have loved all the dishes I've gotten there - the best being their smoked salmon pasta. The serving sizes are moderate and prices are a little high, but they are everywhere now... I enjoy the fresh bread and wine.

Yelp
Great atmosphere, excellent food, so nice to have such a quaint, comfortable, and relaxing restaurant in Maple Valley.

Yelp
This was the worst food I have had in the last five years. We've lived in maple valley for four years and I always wanted to try this place. BIG MISTAKE. The seafood pasta was not fresh and tasted like putrid fish. My husband's ribeye was charred on the outside and medium well on the inside although he ordered it rare. The bread was dense and disgusting. Even the balsamic tasted too acidic and cheap. I ended up sending both our main dishes back as I want about to pay $42 for a seafood pasta that tasted old and a $54 ribeye that wasn't cooked properly. NEVER again will we go here. Awful. Disgusting. Stay away, you've been warned. Honestly don't know how this place is still open.

Yelp
Dined at Gino's for the first time this evening. The food and ambiance were excellent, however the service was nonexistent. We were left standing by the door for quite some time upon arrival. An even longer period prior to a server arriving. My drink was not even close to what I had ordered. No server attention during the meal to check on water and drinks. Our salads and entrees arrived at the same time. The waiter spilled coffee on my slacks and didn't offer any assistance or to pay for cleaning. We will give Gino one more try because the food was so good but won't tolerate another service night like last night.

David H.

Yelp
First time here (Maple Valley location. should have followed my gut reaction after walking in: restaurant smelled old, not a single patron in the dining room on a friday night during prime time. None showed during our meal either. one group of 4-5 drinking in the bar was all. Dining facility felt old & run down. Salad and bread was good, pretty typical for an italian restaurant. Grilled pear ravioli sauce was terribly sweet. I had chicken saltimboca. Really mediocre and both the fillet & the sauce had a lot of oil in it. Service mediocre, never checked in to see if our dinner was good or re-fill water glasses. Since we were the only diner there you would have thought better service. Gave them a chance....never again!

Yelp
If I could give it zero I would. Because it was a zero experience. We used to go here all the time we moved a bit further away so not so frequently. It used to be very good end to end service and food and cleanliness... I've posted reviews for this place in the passed, this will not be like those. Walk in one waitress that we can see. Finally gets to us and we are seated, 19 minutes later we are asked what we would like to order. She had asked us as we were seated if we wanted something to drink but didn't wait to get an answer. My wife and I agreed at 20 minutes we are leaving... ok 19 minutes so we order. The food has always been so good let's order our favorite the wicked prawns! And dinner and a bottle of wine. The prawns come, the sauce isn't the same consistency it's a much thicker sauce. Doesn't taste fresh. Prawns are borderline cooked. Pretty sure sauce was leftover reheated and bread wasn't fresh either. Sigh... ok well dinner will be great right? We are starved... Dinner comes I ordered the Nociali the chicken is tough way over cooked and cut into cubes and the noodles are way under cooked but hot as heck guessing they microwaved it after the noodles were "cooked". My wife's lasagna had a heated sauce poured over the top of partially cold lasagna I guess the microwave couldn't heat it through?? At this point we are done. I finally flag the waitress down "we aren't eating this the noodles aren't cooked, chicken is over done, and my wife's lasagna is cold...". Without anything more than an oh ok, like she was used to this response, she said "ok I'm sorry" in a very another one, ok whatever I don't care anyway tone. I paid for our wine and we left shaking our heads wow... This place used to be one of our go to's takeout too. Judging by some of the other reviews this place may be closed soon. Really too bad.

Yelp
I love lasagna and have had my share of lasagnas. I also love bread. I tell you what. Gino's has some of the best lasagna I've ever tasted. Full of meat and cheese! I especially dug the Italian sausage in the sauce. Oh. My. Yum. The bread? Holy Moses. Large, delicious fresh cooked bread with a wonderful crispy crust. My daughter's chicken Marsala was divine! I almost came down w a case of OPF (other people's food, which is when you end up liking someone else's dish more than your own)! But then I had a bite of my lasagna! . Our waitress was busy, but very nice. We ordered chocolate cake and enjoyed this as well - it was given to us on the house! Enjoyed the atmosphere - felt like a neighborhood Italian restaurant. They played old standards which I love! I would give this place a shot! Would definitely come back for the bread and lasagna!

Yelp
We ordered twin tenderloin which we've had before. For some reason they put figs in the sauce and there was no vegetables Terrible! Our daughter got scallops and they were undercooked snd they put sugar and salt on them. Horrible! Both soups Tuscany and red pepper were overwhelming with coconut oil Yuck! The steaks were rare even though we ordered them medium well. The waitress never came back to check on us. It was our daughters birthday dinner so we didn't want to make a fuss. But we all were terribly disappointed We have been here before snd the service was always pretty slow and with the lack of staffing we're not going to complain about that right now but just heads up plan on at least 2 hours to dine there. Our complaint was the food. With the high prices and the poor food quality and bad service! We will not be going back

Yelp
Food and ambiance is very good. Great Italian restaurant with freshly made food. Only complaint and pet peeve of mine are restaurants that have their bathroom facilities near seating areas and you can smell the strong urinal cakes and/or deodorizers. I appreciate restaurants that keep their bathrooms clean, But lay off on the deodorizers or get ones that are more pleasant to the nose. Eat in the bar and you won't smell it. Would have given 5 stars but for my pet peeve.

Yelp
Best pizza in Washington easily! Been going there since I was a kid and still going 20 years later. I've never been disappointed and the staff is super cool!

Yelp
There are three locations Maple Valley, Dash Point and Federal Way. We go to the MV location for happy hour. The food is well prepared here but it's more of a high end restaurant than a family italian menu. I think of it as more of a martini, wine and steak restaurant. We prefer the atmosphere in the bar but usually only order drinks and light options. They were open Christmas Eve and served a limited menu, such as salmon that didn't really exhibit any italian cooking. I prefer the Italian restaurant in Enumclaw.

Yelp
Ridiculous how good the burgers were this afternoon. They just started lunch service yesterday. Great spot. Won't be a quiet lunch spot for long.

Mary N.

Yelp
This place is ok and I won't be back. I made a reservation but yet we waited 5 mins to be acknowledged and another 10 min until they actually sat us down. Another 15 min until ANYONE actually came over and said anything got us. Sad part they weren't even busy. Finally a red headed RUDE girl slammed bread on our table. Still not noticing we hadn't been acknowledged. Finally food was average and disappointed food menu was limited on NYE. Not much to choose from and again after it all wouldn't go back to this place. Thought it would have been a better ambiance but definitely wasn't.

Yelp
Give it a try! We had not been in this place in years, but my wife wanted to give it another try. So we when in with a another couple and were very pleasantly surprised at the food, staff and atmosphere. The place inside had not changed in years, but bistro was very clean and staff attentive to their customers. They have a great selection of wines and cocktails as well a small selection of go to draft beers. The menu is just right, as not to much to select from and more then enough items listed. I've tried the Romano pasta, and the calzone and both are delicious.

Yelp
This was our first visit tonight, the place was neat and clean, we seemed to be the first ones to dine. The decor was stark, and style seemed mixed. One look at the menu told us dinner was going to be pricey. And a peek in the kitchen told me they had a high turnover of pizza... I was worried about eating fine food at a pizza joint. We were brought bread, that wasn't Italian ... it hadn't been given enough time to rise, but was sliced and nicely warm... with a classic balsamic vinegar and olive oil dipping sauce. I ordered a plate of 'Campenella' which is a plate of baked pasta with seafood and covered in lobster sauce. We were delivered a salad ... mine was spring mix greens (that had some rotting leaves mixed in). Grated carrots on top with 1 large cucumber slice, that had been in something wet.. but not pickled. The Campanella was sooo delicious, and like something I have never had before. Though, typical Italian with LOTS of pasta... I would have preferred to see big chunks of the varying seafood mixed in with less pasta- thus giving the eye some interest in texture, as well as the tastebuds... but the taste was still divine... ! Hubby had the scallops... which had been crusted on both sides, and served with crab raviolis, and garnished with crisped spinach. I was all kinds of worried when this dish was served as it looked as if the sauce was cheap cheese sauce ... gratefully, it's sauce was a unique creamy lemon and thyme sauce... and was uniquely good. I preferred my lobster sauce much more. But that's just me, and shouldn't diminish the creativity and splendor of varied flavors. For Dessert, we shared a cannoli... and a cannoli like I've never had before... instead of the traditional deep fried shell, this was a creamy filling rolled together with sweetened and toasted almonds slices. It was yummy... no ricotta in that filling... it tasted to me like sweetened cream whipped into butter. Yumm! Many families were dining in tonight... and the place filled up nicely, many seemed they were returning. Sooo always fun to eat new places, choose food served with a twist of unique and off the beaten path. Service was good, all in all a good experience... not excellent, but definitely good! A solid 4 stars.

Yelp
This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. Took 45 min to get any attention after getting seated, we had a big group on a Friday night, and they claimed to be really busy, but there weren't a lot of people at all. Either way, once we got drinks (mixed ones without ice. Mostly soda) and salads (3 were wrong), then the food came. Bistro pasta was so bad, zero flavor. Chicken tasted like frozen chicken boiled. Sauce was like soup in the bottom of the dish. Shrimp with the Wagu steak was so bland and bad I spit it in my napkin. My daughter got crab ravioli and it came as something fried (menu didn't say fried). Others said lasagna was okay, so if you're forced to go get that. And at the end of the meal say they can only split the bill two ways. That should have been said upfront. They did agree to separate more. So I paid $60 for disgusting food we threw away. Never again. One star because my niece said lasagna was okay.

Theodore L.

Yelp
So, I have lived in the area for 18 years and passed this by many times. This is saying something because we eat out way more than we should and my wife loves Italian food. I suspect we have passed this one mostly due to the shady strip mall it is in. Maybe it''s odd from the outside, who knows. Tried it out tonight and IT WAS AMAZING! Great food all around. No disappointments. Staff were attentive and quick. Best lasagna I have had outside of New York City. Food was clearly made with love.

Yelp
Great Italian food for Maple Valley. Relaxing environment and a great place to take a date out on. Only thing I'd suggest is they stay open later.

M N.

Yelp
Very disappointing. We had a reservation at 5:45pm and the restaurant wasn't even crowded. My friend ordered a pasta dish with Italian sausage. It was raw inside and cold. We complained and told the waitress to take it back to the kitchen. The host or manager came to check, too. No apologies. Eventually the waitress came back to take the food back. They were not even shocked or apologetic. Overall, none of the items that we ordered was impressive. Slow services. Unattentive and rude staff. Not going back ever again. Not gonna recommend to anyone. Italian restaurant should know how to cook Italian sausage.

Jerry S.

Yelp
WAY overpriced, staff and manager poor at best, skip it. service and manager are incompetent. slow delivery, HIGH price
google avatar

Erica M.

Yelp
They should have better food and service for the high prices they're charging. My parents came here a few times and they said it was super good so took me there and it was awful. Hit and miss I guess? The bathroom was also super dirty and had no toilet paper in the stalls.
google avatar

Julianna H.

Yelp
Dear Ginos, a Beurre Blanc sauce is basically butter sauce, very classic...and is NOT made with flour and milk. And should definitely NOT be listed as a Gluten Free menu item. Sent away, could not eat, but hey! My wine was free!
google avatar

Terrie D.

Yelp
The beef ravioli was out of this world scrumptious!!! Chicken Marsala was okay, Marsala sauce really good but choice of sides not so good.

Courtney A.

Yelp
This was by far the worst food I have ever ordered. When my only comment on the food is "the bread looks safe" something is wrong. And then, we find out the bread has gray specks all over it, I'm afraid to guess if it is dirt. The fish and chips was so over cooked it was tougher than jerky, the pasta was bland, the creme brûlée looked like it was cooked last year, and I essentially just wasted $100. We're about to head to McDonald's so we can eat something. Will not visit again.
google avatar

Yelp
I recently popped in with a friend with the goal to just sip some drinks and gossip, maybe nibble on an appetizer. We decided to try their mixed cocktails and boy were they DELICIOUS. Our server asked if it was our first time at Gino's and we said yes. So she recommended the tempura green beans and they were to die for. Seriously. I hope to get back in there again real soon. What a Maple Valley treasure.
google avatar

Jolene B.

Yelp
We tried this place twice. Layout and decor is... interesting with a lot of cheap-feeling and mismatched touches. The first time we tried it we were struck by how expensive the dishes were considering ambiance, location, food, and service. Yes they do start with good bread and the entrees do come with a salad with a rather sweet balsamic vinaigrette. We also found it a bit odd that they only offer some dishes in family size portion but not individual (example: they offer an individual sausage diavolo pasta dish but only offer a shrimp diavolo in family size). The first meal was VERY heavy handed with the garlic. My husband and I had different dishes and we love garlic but both dishes were unnecessarily excessive. Recently I wanted Italian for dinner and we decided to give it a try again. Our server the second time was much better but both our dishes were VERY salty. My husband's lasagna had the texture that it was microwaved and half the carrots in my Bolognese sauce were still pretty hard. After trying this place twice we've decided it's simply not worth it for us.

Yelp
This is the best food in town. I am so blown away. I am a chef this place has it going on. Customer service is amazing. The quality and portions are out of this world.
google avatar

Sorina P.

Yelp
Oh my goodness this place has great food. Definitely go here if you want lots of sauce on your food!
google avatar

Kasey S.

Yelp
Our family has gone here for years it used to have really good food and service but when you're served a prime rib that is literally fridge temperature not warm at all. Felt I'll the rest of the night from the food. Wife had the tenderloin and it was burnt the salad was drowning in oil to the point the lettuce was gross. I have never been more disappointed never got our drinks and look the service sucked the food sucked! They tried to charge me for drink that never showed up. I would not recommend this place to anyone avoid it like the plague

Yelp
The food industry is struggling to find help that's willing to put in a good days work and bust their ass. It's very true for Gino's in Maple Valley but I have to admit the ONE waitress (sorry if that's not the right term) taking care of the entire restaurant was crushing it. Many people came in and were just rude jerks, she kept her cool and treated them with courtesy and respect. I take my hat off to her. Oh and I forgot to mention she was training someone at the same time. I have yet to eat their food but if it's anything like the last time it's wonderful. I'll update this post once we've eaten but mad respect given to the ONE sever that crushed it tonight. Thank you for being good and taking pride in what you do! Thank you so much for all the hard work Rachel! Update: food was really good! Pizza was really good and the baked penne.....sooooooo goooodd!! The bolognaise was... meh not bad but just a little too much celery flavoring to me but it was good other than that.
google avatar

T D.

Yelp
We had an okay experience. Unfortunately, the quality of food we received did not match the high prices. -The prime rib was a disappointment and the waitress didn't even ask how we wanted it cooked. -Baked brie was tasty. -Scallops were okay. -Ahi tuna appetizer didn't look very fresh.

James J.

Yelp
Continue to enjoy dining at Gino's. Great selection of entrees and pastas as well as specials. Best bread in town! Very good service and ambiance. Have enjoyed anything we have ordered.

Yelp
Great food but a little pricey! Nice, small & comfy restaurant. They serve delish Italian dishes!

Yelp
2nd time here food Excellent again. Service was awesome. We will be back. Stuffed Pear Ravioli very good

Yelp
Finally checked out this place after being recommended to come here. It was ok to us. Not anything super special, but not bad either. The steaks were cooked inside to perfection but the outside had such a strong char that was overpowering. Alfredo was good for the kids, again, nothing to rave about. I more enjoyed the little tomatoes on my plate than anything else. The bread was a little hard on the outside. When we were seated no one gave us a menu. We had to pull up the website to look because clearly no one was going to be giving us one. They didn't even have a QR code to scan so my husband scanned one at an empty table that was just the wine menu. Our party of 4 only had plates and waters for 3. Tried to be patient and understanding since they looked severely understaffed but we felt completely ignored seated in an area where it was just us tucked away. Not to mention I had a reservation, but upon arriving they didn't have it down.

David B.

Yelp
Extremely disappointed on our dinner last weekend. Only one other table had guests. The three servers seem to be to busy chatting amongst themselves to give good service. After being seated we were hoping someone would take a beverage order to start and then noticed all three were in the kitchen with the chef and were face timing on his phone, not using any discretion. UNBELIEVABLE. I ordered the Bistro pasta which was chicken in a garlic butter sauce with spinach over a bed of pasta. What I recieved was tough over cooked chicken with Kale and some kind of broth, perhaps beef stock? Absolutely the worst Italian dish I've ever had. We've been to Gino's approximately a dozen times over the years and has always been good. Unfortunately, this will be my last. The server asked how our meal was and I expressed my disappointment. She followed with, I'm sorry and handed me the bill. Sorry Gino, we are not weekly customers but wouldn't spend my money there again.

Mitchell O.

Yelp
We went to Gino's tonight with our family. It felt like we were forgotten while dining. We couldn't get refills unless we sat in the middle of the aisle and waved our waitress down. Good was mediocre at best. We left and since leaving all of us have been sick from the good. Disappointing from a place that used to be a gem in maple valley

Barb D.

Yelp
Take out bags were soaked with sauce. Actual prices were $10 over take out menu. Food was good, but nothing special. Will not do take out again.
google avatar

Matt S.

Yelp
The service is awesome, I wish I could say the same about the food. My wife and I celebrating our anniversary, could have went to Jacks or a chop house in Seattle. Wanted to stay local, avoid traffic and support local restaurants. Hate to say the food was mediocre at best. My wife had halibut, pretty good, my 16oz bone in ribeye was horrible. It was tough and less than desirable. I don't get it, we could have bought a better piece of meat in the sale rack at Safe Way. Gino, come on man, once I expressed to the waitress the meat was horrible, she comped the meal. I'm not looking for a free meal, I just want a quality meal. I can't speak for folks in MV but I know my peeps would pay for quality and this isn't it. Sorry for the bad review but I couldn't hold back.

Unfortunately didn't have one item on my $250 bill that was edible. Started with steamer baby clams that came out smelling awful, tried a few and they tasted old and spoiled. Caesar salad was a combination of sweet & tart very odd. Waygu steak was definitely not Waygu so chewy and hard I had to spit out. It was drowning in so much sauce it looked like soup. Prawns were overcooked and chewy. Vegetables dripped with oil. Now a couple hours later I'm sitting on the toilet horrible double over and sick from probably bad clams. Service was flighty and never stayed long enough to take everyone's order took several times. We finally just left when no one came back to ask if we wanted to order dessert. They need to stick to pizza and beer on their menu nothing else. Waitress also admitted she thought clams were bad when she brought them so why would she serve them and risk getting us sick?? Restaurant only had 2 other tables with customers so they weren't busy on a Saturday night. I will never come back to this restaurant even if you paid me. It's going to be a long hard night being sick from a restaurant who doesn't care about giving you food poisoning

Yelp
Got a DoorDash order from Gino's, not sure what the lady's name was who was working but she was extremely rude to me. I told her the name of my order and she told me she didn't have the order. I pointed at her tablet that visibly had the name on the screen and she argued with me saying "well, I haven't put in that order yet so it's going to be 20-25 minutes." Extremely rude and frustrating. I've never had anyone be that rude to me in a restaurant.

Yelp
Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes for a hostess. Once seated, server didn't greet us for 20+ minutes. Then waited 30 minutes just for salads. Had to get entrées boxed up as it was so abysmally late. Can't say anything about the quality of the food since we haven't eaten it yet due to the service being so bad.

Yelp
Waited an hour to be served a raw sausage. This place is a waste of everybody's time. Avoid.

Yelp
We stumbled upon this place during the COVID lockdown. Have been a HUGE fan ever since. The lasagna is to die for!! The sour dough bread that they make homemade every day at the restaurant is a sinful. You will not be disappointed! Their food tastes better than any Italian Grandma's ever could!!
