Gina is the best ever. come here immediately she slays and is so talented and kind. She altered my skirt down 2 sizes and preserved the original stitch color which was brilliant. I will be back for all alterations.

Do not trust this cleaners. I did and I wish I never gave them my business. I dropped off an order for almost $200 that was picked up missing an item. I immediately go back to the cleaners to tell her what's missing and she let me know she would look into it. She also gave me her telephone number to contact her. Before I left she said that things happen people make mistakes. When I returned I was so shocked and appalled at how her attitude and demeanor changed. Now she's raising her voice at me, she don't have any idea what i'm talking about, just totally disrespecting a customer. A well paying customer that is just coming to get to the bottom line and how this can be resolved. I am totally disgusted with this place. Please save yourself the headache.

Gina is the best! Service is top-notch! I drive pretty far and pass several dry cleaners to bring my dry cleaning to her. She never disappoints ( and she's a fashion diva)

My neighborhood cleaners is a great place to take your clothes. They are fast and reliable. They don't open early, but they are consistent. Friendly and accommodating.

You've seen the stereotypes black man walks into a party store & the oriental Woman says "hurry up and buy"? That's how this place did me with the exception it was a Man behind the window. Took 7 articles of clothes 3 weren't cleaned AT ALL. Then the man lastly said if you don't like how I cleaned you clothes get out & go somewhere else? Wouldn't recommend this place to any

Extremely Poor customer service. I was suprised as well as disappointed with male owner who Displayed a heightened level of disrespect, rudeness and short tempered toward a long time customer.
My suggestion is that the owner take mandatory diversity classes. His display of hostility toward a profession African American customer was unwarranted and unacceptable and he has lost my business. If you are a supporter of diversity and inclusion this is not a business you should patronize!

It was my first time patronizing this business. I had a rather large order that ultimately was missing one item. When I dropped my order off the owner was so shocked to see these designer pieces. All the clothes were for my young child. She said she never seen these brands for children, and how expensive they are and she has to charge me extra bc she has to clean them with extra care/time. The bill was $175 so naturally I expect to get every last piece I trusted them to clean. And when I didn't I went back to the cleaners immediately. The owner gave me her direct cell let me know she would look into the situation. Said mistakes happen and so forth. I tried reaching her after that on her cell on her business phone. I never could get through. My significant other checked another time and she told him to come back on Monday. I goes back today and this same lady is cursing me and raising her voice. She is refusing to speak with me. I was totally shocked and caught off guard. Now I have no resolution and on how to resolve this problem. I was not treated like a paying customer. I feel like I have been violated. I work very hard to provide clothes for my child and she should not be able to get away with this behavior.

I had an expensive shirt which I asked for the collar to be cleaned. And I specifically asked for the price when I dropped my cloths. When the job was done, I found my shirt not only dirty but with a terrible yellow line on the collar. In response to my request as to why it's not done properly, the owner replied that it would've cost more and people don't want to pay that cost. This is despite the fact that I had asked him specifically initially what I wanted to be done.
He got mad and started calling me names and he said this is how Koreans do business and get out. Terribly rude and disrespectful.
Would never do business with them ever again.
This incident was over 2 years ago and I never got the chance to write about it. I just passed by their business again and I was reminded of the terrible experience I had, so I decided to write about it.

Our family have been using Gina's for 20 years. We have always been very happy with their work, and prices, and they are very friendly always, even giving us cold water to drink in the summer. They are a great business! We have probably used their services any many hundreds of times & only experienced one mistake in all that time!

Gina'a is always a convenient for me. Whether it be my golf shirts, my business suits , or my golf hats. I have yet to be disappointed in her work. Whatever you need, she can do or sell. Check her out. In by 9am out by 5pm, but really 330, she just tell you 5pm lol. Oops I think I said too much lol, but love this place and her energy.
