Overnight parking, staging area. Call number for door assignment. Rec. Starts at 0600. Drive around building to docks, plenty of room to maneuver. Fast and friendly by NY standards. No overnight bathroom, unhooked Wal-Mart and gas station nearby.

Not bad experience at all; was not to busy so maybe that helped; 8 pallets in and out under 2 hrs. A little uncomfortable to back in but manageable. Will return here.

One of the worst place to deliver a load, takes forever to unload, the tall guy in office is very very rude , with bad attitude, definitely you will miss your next load, I wish I could give them zero star 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

If you’re heading north through Hudson, 23B to RT66 is a truck route and there are ample signs, so don’t panic. Easy to get to once you get on 66. Haven’t delivered yet, but the two overnight yard dogs were extremely friendly and helpful. They pointed me to a place to park, and gave me info for when I’d be able to check-in in the morning.

Came here for delivery at late night for 7:00 am delivery, parked in their lot, 6:00 am receiver knocked and took paperwork and phone number, unloading time was decent.

Been buying from them for a few months now, Claire is my sales representative, ordering is simple, prices are competitive, the deliveries are smooth, and Claire is always checking in to make sure everything is good, always recommending her!!!

They sure know how to make a fellow feel welcome! Got here about 7:30 for 8:00 appointment. Waited until 9:43 for a door assignment. Had to blindside into my door because they had one of their box trucks parked in the way and the driver was nowhere to be found. Do watch for the little cliff at the end of the docking pad. They use Roadsync for the Lumper fee, but I had to call in for the amount because the website won't load from the text. Now they're taking their time unloading 1/3 of my trailer; going to be late to my next stop.
