An unforgettable dining experience! Every dish was a work of art — perfectly balanced flavors that melted on the tongue and delighted every sense. From the delicate sashimi to the beautifully plated seasonal courses and exquisite dessert, each bite felt like a celebration of craftsmanship and nature. The presentation, service, and attention to detail were simply world-class. If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I absolutely would!

Very unique and special experience. They were able to prepare a vegan course to meet my dietary restrictions. The chef highlighted seasonal items and special regional flavors distinct to Japan. Really memorable, and healthy/ light tasting as I imagine Japanese food was traditionally enjoyed. On top of that excellent service, the staff was really friendly and spoke great English.

Amazing kaiseki experience. Restaurant was able to accommodate one vegan and one non-vegan guest (just requested via email). Food was seasonal and delicious -- sake pairing was really good too. Amazing service and atmosphere. Thank you!

It is a wonderful meal here in Tokyo to end our long trip. We enjoyed a delicious vegetarian meal in this restaurant. The food is really terrific and delicious. You can have the original taste of every ingredient. Especially the taste of miso which we ever have. I like sushi with miso Moroni and rice with five kinds of mushroom. I strongly recommend this restaurant for good Japanese dinner.

A special experience for the authentic Japanese food and culture during my Tokyo trip. I love their miso seasoning sushi and ice cream. The chef and the staff are all very friendly and explained the food in English very well. The only challenge for me was trying to find the location on a small road in busy Ginza.
