"The food culture of Hong Kong is summed up in a simple proverb: Sik dak hai fuk: “Eating is a blessing.” The Hong Kong–born chef, known only as ‘Tommy’, delights in staging the daily ritual of gathering around the dinner table and merrily sharing a meal. He puts each ingredient on display as he cooks heaping platters of food and shares it out among his guests. Freshly roasted pork fillet and crispy chicken are flavours straight from his native city." - Michelin Inspector

Wonderful food and experience. Great service, the waiters were personable and there was an English translation of the set menu provided- with 11 courses. Food was perfectly plated and cooked :) Different kinds of miso featured in their dishes! They even helped us to turn the remaining rice from one of our dishes into onigiri!

For those who appreciate delicate, beautiful and delicious Japanese cuisine and attentive service, this elegant and cosy restaurant will be a real gem. Being a foreigner doesn't make you feel awkward thanks to very friendly (and  English speaking) service. Thanks a lot for a great evening! Hope to visit this awesome restaurant again in future. ❤️ Natalie &Ilya P.S. sake pairing was amazing.

Amazing vegan course menu, great service and cozy atmosphere. All the dishes were delicious, timed perfectly with fantastic presentation. There was leftover rice so they packed it into rice balls for us to take away. Wonderful service, very attentive. Recommend booking the vegan menu a few days in advance.

The vegetarian(vegan) food was actually amazing. Every single dish had a lot of flavor and very fulfilling. Most kaiseki-type restaurants lack flavor for the average foreigner. Will definitely repeat!!
