Ginza Sushi Ichi

Food was absolutely delicious. Very refined w complicated flavours. Three omakase sets with prices varying from 15k to 30k yen per person (not including tax). The epitome of high end sushi and highly recommended.

The food and service are excellent. The key to great sushi, of course, is the rice, and the rice here is among the best I've tried. Our chef, Tomoki, spoke fluent English so translating was not a problem.

Fantastic. Got the 6000¥ lunch set and it was enough food for a petite person such as I. Ingredients were fresh and dishes were well thought out and executed perfectly. They can speak decent English which made for easy communication.

Another fantastic experience over lunch at sushi Ichi. This time's best was the Golden eye snapper. A good experience at a fair price. The chef's signature is a bit of yuzu and salt on the nigiri.

Had an Omakase lunch here today. Amazing flavours and the service was great. If you are taking the Omakase option, be aware that the quantity is a lot but it’s well worth it. Definitely worth a return.

This place blew my mind. I went there on the last day of my trip to Japan and it topped everything I had eaten so far by miles. The food wasn't the only thing to rave about though, while it was exquisite, the service was second to none, the staff were so attentive and went out of their way to explain everything we were eating and make a sushi novice feel more than comfortable. Highly recommend. But book early! Thank you sushi Ichi and your amazing chefs!

Food was not bad, chef was friendly

WoW! Best sushi we had in our 2 weeks trip in Japan. The chef is fluent in English and was very nice explaining everything that he prepared. The lunch was very affordable. 12,000Y for a couple with plenty of food. Highly recommended !
