Mmm, one of the best viet sandwich spots out here. Crispy, freshly baked bread, reasonable wait time, and delicious, well-seasoned meats. My aunt said there's typically a long ol' line here (45 min), so she was uber excited when there was no line when we walked in at noon, on a Saturday.
Most sammies are $7, with the exception of the grilled beef, at $9.50. They ask if you want everything on it, but you could easily ask for the veggies/jalapeno on the side, to avoid a wet sandwich, if you're not eating it right then and there. Thank you to the young lady who tried to tell the sandwich-makers to do that after I put in my order 6-minutes earlier, and forgot!
There's good meat to veggie to bread ratio, which is super important. They use the fatty French rolls, versus the long, thin baguette (which is typically my preference). The cafe sua da was a bit pricy at $6, but it gave me my greatly needed caffeine boost. Very strong.
This is the fam's new favorite sammy spot; I shall return.
Maybe the most important part of this review is that, at the time of this posting, it's buy 4, get 1 free. You're welcome, and happy eats! =D
