We had the best experience here!! Absolutely delicious salad and the deep dish pizza….oh my goodness so devine!! We ordered the Super Veggie then added meatballs, sausage and bacon, and it was soooooooo good!!! But above all the good food, it was the service that made this such a great experience. Lupe was our server, and she was absolutely brilliant! She made feel welcome, wanted, and special. A great example of really super customer care. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and an Italian beef with garlic Parmesan fries. The pizza was delicious. However I e never had a worse Italian beef in my life. I don't know what possessed the person who made it to put it in the oven to bake!!!?? The bread was so hard I couldn't chew it. The top layer of the beef was burnt so the meat was crispy. They gave me a splash of beef sauce in a mini cup. And the sweet peppers where soggy and overcooked with no flavor. Definitely won't be ever ordering from here again. Also the fries where soggy. For $60 I could have eaten somewhere amazing!!

Even if you're just passing through Chicago, I highly recommend getting a deep dish pizza here. Even if you're not a fanatic about pizza, the quality of this food will surely please you. The friend who I was visiting, a resident of Chicago took, me to this place saying it was the best deep dish pizza and a must try. Not only was it extremely tasty, but the service was wonderful. Everyone that came to talk to us as we waited for our pie to be made was incredibly hospitable, clearly making sure we had the best possible experience with them. They also seem like they have a lot of experience making pizza and that is very respectable. From the time you walk in the door and order it's only about a 30 minute wait before you'll get your pizza. Some stuffier restaurants will take that long or more just to take your order. When I come back to Chicago next time, this will once again be the first place I want to eat. Thanks so much for the cookie James :)

Diane was our server, great service. Second time having Giordano’s in Chicago and it was great again. The deep dish is extremely filling while also not being too heavy. This specific location isn’t too busy as it’s smaller, but the quality is the same with better service than the larger locations. Another note: the restrooms are for customers only.

Small parking lot! There were only a few specific spots marked for giordano's. Luckily it was a sunny night and a couple of the businesses were closed. Super clean facility... Our server was very friendly and outgoing... Same with the manager We ordered.I believe it was the classic deep dish... It took 35 maybe 40 minutes to get to the table.... The restaurant itself wasn't that busy.. But they were quoting an hour and a half delivery times for to go pizzas.. Pizza had a great taste to it... Lots of cheese! To me.... The crust was a little thick... Actually had to apply a little bit of pressure with my fork to get through the crust... Also noticed on the outside of the crust that it seemed to have been doubled over a little bit.... I did notice back in the kitchen that the couple making pizzas seem to have been just grabbing dough and running it through the machine to flatten it out.... I know typically that pizza skins are weighed out proportionately... So that may have been the issue, I don't know. All in all a good pizza... We'll be back at some point hopefully. And don't read into that... Out of. Town people in for cubs game... And always enjoy finding somewhere new to go for dinner after the game

The waitress was very nice. The place was clean and smelled amazing. The pizza was out of this world good. We were traveling through Chicago back home to Ohio. Had heard about Giordanos so we decided to stop. So glad we did. Best Pizza I've ever had.

I stumbled upon this Giordano's on Montrose @ Damien when I was dropping off packages at the Post Office. I decided a quick lunch would be a good idea. It was better than a good idea. My server Diane was incredibly attentive, professional, and really made sure everything was perfect. I have become a regular primarily because of Diane but also because of their lunch combo special and buy 5 lunch specials get 1 free promotion. There are a lot of options for dining out in Chicago but there are none I’ve discovered with a staff that is this kind and efficient.
