My experience with location was ALWAYS been amazing. The store manager Maria is the sweetest and the owner Anthony is so kind. They actually listen you and do everything possible to satisfy their customers. They are a luxury store, that offers a luxurious experience!!

I can honestly say this has been my worst experience in high end fashion since I've been to Atlanta. Ordered a belt in December & they told me they'd had to cut the belt to size which I was Leary of to begin with. It's now January 21, 2017 & I still haven't received the belt which I already paid over $500 for. I've been given the run around & can't even get a manager to call me back. It's ok at this point because they can count on me & all my friends to never do business with them or buy the brand again. They are pleanty of options out there & I'll use them.😏

O stars! Worst customer service even by the manager! Manager gives false promises in order to sell a shoe and takes back word when trying to return shoe that doesn't work. Also found it convenient for them that I could not be given the owner's name or number to even speak to, to complain about the manager. Never shopping there again and have been telling all my friends to stop shopping there as well
