Visiting this place with friends from France and Belgium was, without a doubt, an experience of the finest modern Korean dining. The restaurant masterfully reinterprets the traditions of Korean cuisine with a contemporary touch, making it the perfect venue to introduce foreign guests to the essence of Korean gastronomy. The meticulous attention to detail in the presentation was truly impressive, and each dish transcended excellence, encapsulating the very soul of Korean cuisine. My overseas friends were especially delighted, remarking that they could sense Korea’s culture and philosophy through the dishes and tableware. I waited sooooooooo long this restaurant to open! Chef Minchul Kang’s new restaurant, GiwaKang, is inspired by traditional Korean cooking techniques, and it’s already making waves. Owned by Chef Kang, who holds a Michelin star for his other restaurant, this place is something special. I recently visited, and wow—the food was absolutely delicious. The service was so friendly and attentive. And the atmosphere is very chic. If you’re looking for a spot that brings out the best of Korean flavors in a beautiful setting, GiwaKang is a must-visit!!! So Cool.

洞窟のような、おしゃれなキッチンをら通り越して、席に向かいます。とっても素敵な空間で、物語と一緒に料理を楽しめた。 レタスにつつんで甘エビとキャビアの一口で食べる料理や、ケジャンのトリュフご飯、お魚料理のブロフも美味しかった〜 デザートも全部繊細で完璧！ お店の方は皆優しくてプロフェッショナルでした また来たい！

남편과 저녁모임에 처음가봤는데 한식베이스의 파인다이닝중에선 최고였어요! 코스로 이어지는 요리 하나하나에 정성과 철학이 담겨 있었고, 계절감을 살린 식재료와 섬세한 플레이팅이 정말 인상적이었어요. 그중최고였던건 소나무 디저트! 진짜대박추천입니다.
