Delightful small hotel, north end of Venice, very short walk from the beach. Best part is Eric, the GM and his staff: welcoming, friendly and helpful, at all times. They were most helpful to evacuees during the recent fires. Historic building, renovated with vintage furniture and interiors. Be prepared: Small rooms, as all the reviews say (except for the suites) but comfortable beds and always kept very clean. Wonderful inclusion is coffee and pastry at the Gjusta Bakery, a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

I know it's late as I stayed there last October 23 but I cannot get over how many five star reviews there are. The room we stayed in was over $300 a night with no TV, Fridge Kettle, Wardrobe anything! oh there was a bed, small queen as you couldn't fit anything bigger in and by the time you had two suitcases open (on the floor) it was like an obstacle course getting to the Bathroom, You could hear people loudly enjoying themselves at 2am, if you know what I mean which after a 12 hour flight from London is the last thing you want. We had booked four nights but one was more than enough and give the staff their dues repaid all of my money. I am not being bitter in any way but when they show you something and get absolutely nothing for £300 then people have to know, As I said I can't understand so many good reviews, they must have had a Suite which I thought I was getting or be fake, You decide.

I recently stayed at Vitorrja in Venice Beach and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The room was beautifully appointed, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure comfort and relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the decor added a touch of luxury. The high-quality toiletries and overall cleanliness showed a commitment to providing a first-class experience. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, enhancing my overall enjoyment. I highly recommend Vitorrja for a comfortable and luxurious stay, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to Venice Beach. I also must say something positive for Eric and his team. They were really really awesome! Thank you guys! 👌🏻

We had an incredible stay at this beautifully decorated and stylish hotel in Venice Beach, Los Angeles. The decor is tasteful, and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We initially booked for just one night but ended up staying for three because we loved it so much! The hotel's vibe and energy are amazing, and the breakfast at one of their restaurants was delicious. We also dined at Gjelina, which is part of the same group, and were treated wonderfully there as well. Highly recommend this place—we’ll definitely be back!

Nice, clean stylish place to stay on Venice Beach. NO TVS in rooms which is weird. Street parking which is not great

We loved our stay! My husband and I went here for our wedding anniversary and it was perfect. There is no tea/coffee in the rooms so you receive 2 vouchers for coffee and a pastry at Gjusta. The pastries were great and we probably wouldn’t have tried them otherwise. They cleaned our room every day which we appreciated. Our room was cozy and just what we wanted! The AC works well too!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! Eric and Adrian were warm and welcoming upon our arrival. The room was gorgeous with a soothing palate while the decor transported me to an Eastern European guesthouse in the 1920s, but with all the modern conveniences. The beds were a dream, and the fresh country sourdough loaf paired beautifully with delicious loose leaf tea. Despite being right off of Venice Beach and walkable to Abbot Kinney, we never heard any street noise. Truly, a gem in Venice!

This hotel beyond exceeded my expectations. From the second you check-in, the staff were accommodating and hospitable. They asked me what drinks and snacks I liked so that they could stock my suite for me and were knowledgeable about the area to provided recommendations to restaurants, as well as things to do. The hotel itself has recently been remodeled beautifully, with a view of the beach from the second floor. I was able to watch the sunset every day from my room, it doesn't get better than that. The suites are luxurious and very elegantly designed. It felt like home while I was staying there. I spent most of the days working from the suite and had no interruptions or disturbance. The hotel is surprisingly quite, considering the location. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, I will definitely be returning!

Yelp
This was our 2nd time staying here in 2024. We came for the weekend for our 10 year anniversay. If you are not a fan of cookie cutter hotels, this is the place to stay. It is eclectic and unique. We loved the room, its furniture and decor and access to the outdoor rooftop deck. The complimentary coffee and pastry at it's sister company, Gjusta Bakery, is a nice touch. Delivery service from Gjusta Bakery, Gjusta Grocer and Gjelina is a great benefit as well. The staff, Adrian, Eric, Edgar and Carrie, were outstanding! Anything we needed or wanted, they were there to help in a very professional, friendly, courteous and timely manner. Highly recommend it!
