I’ve stayed at this hotel many times because it offers great value, with clean rooms, an unbeatable location that provides easy access to public transportation, and a convenient airport shuttle. Until now, the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this time I experienced inconsistent service at the front desk, with some staff being inattentive and even a bit rude. I hope this was just a one-off, as I’ve always enjoyed staying here.

This hotel is great. The location is awesome, it is right behind bus stops and the metro station. The rooms are big and clean, the staff are friendly and speak a variety of languages. I felt welcomed every day, and they cleaned our rooms so well. I encourage everyone to stay there!

We had stayed in their suite room for three nights as a couple. We found the hotel to be very neat and well maintained. Housekeeping staffs were too swift and always ready to help. As per them, the room offered to us was their biggest room but we found it too small to be called a suite room. The room is equipped with latest fixtures, controls and systems that provides it a premium feel. Bed and linen were clean. |Things that we did not like were the noise throughout. Maybe the materials used to separate the rooms donot absorb acoustics. Hence if someone is walking on upper floors or if someone is talking by the aisle outside our room, we could hear those noise loud & clear. This led us to have sleepless nights all three nights of our stay. Another reason for sleepless nights were the housekeeping staff using the same set of hand gloves to set our duvet, bed & pillows with which they had cleaned our toilets. We were in for a shock to see this and hence had tried to manage with our sleep without the duvet and the pillows amidst the noise and loud foot steps noise emerging from everywhere. |Water bottles are limited to two small bottles per room per day. Extra charge for ordering extra water bottles is what they had told to us when we asked for more bottles but during checkout they did not charge us for those despite we reminding them to charge us. So, if they indeed donot charge then why to sound so inflexible the first place. |Also, extra charges for even an hour early checkin. Extra charge for an hour late checkout. They donot provide sugar or milk pouches in room despite providing a coffee machine. When asked for sugar and milk pouches they declined saying they can provide facility in room for black coffee alone. For any other type of coffee, pay extra by ordering from restaurant. |Restaurant is fine to manage with the breakfast.|Overall, a decent looking clean hotel near the National Assembly area. Except for sounding too inflexible and for the noise, it’s a decent place to stay

The metro station is right in front of the hotel. Spacious and well-designed room. The toilet and shower room are separated. The only and biggest problem was bad soundproofing. We could hear the noise of the shower room's door sliding from the next room and stomping feet, and moving chairs from upstairs. Plus, a minor problem. An unpleasant aroma was diffusing in the lobby. The noise from upstairs woke me up at midnight for four consecutive nights, so I asked a front desk lady to remind the guest upstairs. However, she was unwilling to do so. She wanted me to call the front desk immediately whenever the noise came. The problem was that it always happened at midnight when I was sleeping. Therefore, I was woken up for the entire stay - 6 nights.

The entire experience was flawless. The front desk were helpful at all times, housekeeping were excellent and the location is perfect. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Seoul

The room is great! Not noisy outside, unless there is some protest. However, you can hear stomping, opening/closing doors etc - the sound isolation is good for human voices, TV, but not for low frequency sounds, though.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Glad hotel. The atmosphere was fantastic, and I was particularly impressed by the receptionist, Ms. Sandy. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Her warm and welcoming smile truly made a difference. ||Please extend my compliments to Ms. Sandy and encourage her to continue providing such excellent service.

It’s my first time to travel in Seoul with my family we were arriving in the early morning and the manger called Sean who had a very bad manners said I couldn’t check in before 2 pm but I already booked one more night before the day I arrived. He asked me to swap the room even I had booked and said there wasn’t any room available I was shocked. |Eventually it has been settled by the room type difference. Another thing was shocked on me which was my family member ask him about the smoking area he said there wasn’t any smoking area but I was just realise two of the smoking stand right next of the hotel and I don’t get that? What a bad service!!
