The room was clean. We stayed in a jumbo twin room. Room make-up was prompt everyday. Complimentaries were always complete. The downside of our room was the shower heater. Heat effect was longer than usual with other hotels. Other than the heater, everything was good, even the buffet bfast was good.

We stayed there in May from the 9-14. Location was convenient, close to public transit and convenience stores as well. The highlight of the stay was definitely the lovely cleaning lady. She was so sweet and gave my mom extra tea and coffee packets when we asked. She went above and beyond for us, definitely one of the most memorable parts of our trip!

The sound proofing is terrible. You hear your neighbours' every move. Also, the climate control doesn't work. They disable the air conditioning outside of summer. But even though it's winter outside, the room was still incredibly hot (26deg) even if I set the temperature down or turn it off.

Overall, everything was good. However, I was very disappointed with the buffet breakfast. There wasn’t much variety, and the food looked rather cheap. The coffee selection was very limited – only Americano was available, with no cappuccino or latte. Even at the egg station, the way the eggs were cooked was not up to expectation

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times because it offers great value, with clean rooms, an unbeatable location that provides easy access to public transportation, and a convenient airport shuttle. Until now, the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this time I experienced inconsistent service at the front desk, with some staff being inattentive and even a bit rude. I hope this was just a one-off, as I’ve always enjoyed staying here.

This hotel is great. The location is awesome, it is right behind bus stops and the metro station. The rooms are big and clean, the staff are friendly and speak a variety of languages. I felt welcomed every day, and they cleaned our rooms so well. I encourage everyone to stay there!
