"Bringing over 20 years of experience in the food industry, Brittney and Gerard Klass (of Soul Bowl fame) are launching a series of three pop-up dining nights called B.A.D. Wingz to be hosted at Glam Doll Donuts Northeast. The pop-ups focus on wings of all kinds—roasted, fried, jumbo, boneless—and include a cauliflower option for vegetarian diners; wings can be customized with a wide array of sauces and seasoning options. A slim list of sides will be available for purchase, including steak or sweet potato fries, waffles, rice, and elotes.
