A brilliant experience especially given that we timed it for one of their "Whisky Weekends" and all of the special touches throughout 2 days. (The agenda is attached). But before we talk about the building and the food, I MUST talk about the amazing staff. WOW, each and every member of staff we interacted with were (no exaggeration) excellent! You really feel welcomed, comfortable and to use a phrase "at home." We were assigned the "Autumn" room for our bedroom in the main manor house. (Each sleeping room has its own theme) . Quiet room with a lovely view and a big ensuite (with separate tub and shower) The public sitting and dining areas are comfortable and very visually interesting. (Pay close attention to the lighting fixtures). The food, from breakfast to dinner were beautifully thought out and nicely executed. Remember, you're a few miles removed from the actual distillery but that means the setting is rural and serene and only a 10 minute walk from the beach. Truly a wonderful experience.

Wow. Greeted by Robert at the train station with a big smile and friendly chat. Welcomed to the House by Ali and her amazing team with perfect professionalism and charm. What a start to our very short stay at Glenmorangie House. We packed in as much as we could for a very rare gathering of the family. Lunch was a fabulous local charcuterie and fish board. The afternoon flew by playing games outside and having a quick dip in the sea. A rare cask tour of the distillery was hugely educational and fun - not to mention tasty! Pre dinner drinks and we met our dinner guests who were from the USA and brilliant dinner and after dinner company. Drinks were of course ace. Food was excellent (just a wee bit more please!). Amy looked after us superbly too. Our room was comfy, really well appointed and had fun detail in very part. Brekkie was varied and of course good local quality produce - amazing. The House is designed to give that Glenmorangie experience, and it does in spades. For a very special trip it is absolutely worth the effort.

Very exceptional hotel experience, small exclusive experience our host was very knowledgeable of the history of the building and Glenmorangie whisky. Food was exquisite (though it is a set menu) so if you are fussy eater this may not work for you. The tuck cupboard is a very welcome benefit. Decoration of the rooms (bedrooms and communal) are all individually decorated to a high standard

If you wish to feel special and appreciated, this is the place to go! The gardens were beautifully maintained as was the entire property. The staff, particularly Amy and Andrea, were attentive and helpful. Amy was such a delight and we are so pleased that we met her! Chef prepared the very best dinners, and breakfasts were perfect! All the meals were delicious and exquisitely presented! We are so pleased that we selected this outstanding accommodation. And, the giraffes were an added bonus!

Absolutely divine little gem of an experience gorgeously designed by Russell Sage who is nothing short of a genius. We booked the overnight dinner and breakfast experience - would recommend two nights. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The suite has an amazing view of the sea.

The Glenmorangie House is amazing. The decor and rooms are fantastic and absolutely beautiful. There is no real check-in/reception desk, they meet you when you arrive and show you around. Everything is very personal. They want you to feel like you're staying at a friend's house. A friend with incredible decorating taste, gourmet dining, and a beautiful setting. The grounds are lovely and just a short walk from the sea. The food was delicious, though the dining style may not be to everyone's liking. You dine communally at a set time with a set meal, though they are accommodating to allergies and vegetarians. My husband was not a fan of the concept as he dislikes forced small talk and generally does not set out to make friends while on vacation. I loved the hotel and I'm glad to have had the opportunity to stay there, but we would not return for that reason alone. Maybe it's more for extroverts than introverts. Unbelievably beautiful rooms and location.

What a beautiful place, all rooms beautifully decorated with various themes. The outdoors area very nice as well and you can take a short stroll to the coast.|Very professional and friendly staff.|Comfortable room, spacious, very nice bathroom.|Drinks and canapé in the lounge, then diner in dining room on a large table together with the other guests, and after diner drinks in the library.|Minor negative, the canapés, I had expect more than just one each.|Not cheap, but worth while the money.

Would give this 6 stars if possible. What a phenomenal stay we had! The staff was excellent and catered to our every need. The house itself has the most unique and interesting design I've ever stayed in. Different rooms throughout the house modeled after a different part of the whisky making process. The whisky bar in the Gold Room was exceptional. Knowledgeable staff could sit and talk about whisky for ages! Learn about it, taste different drams, etc. The food was also very high-end. 5 star. Though we only had the breakfast. Best croissants in Scotland made at this little house!
