I ordered 6 Clay Bowls and received 3 broken and 2 damaged. Only 1 bowl was in perfect condition. They said refund is not guaranteed and i was really confused bu that. I sent them the photos from unboxing the package. I wont buy from them again and neither should you. But its up to you.

I’ve placed my order from December 2024 on cyber Monday. Since then I been contacting them in regards to my order and they have no idea what happened with it. Our last call they mentioned they’d send an email about sending my order back and refunding me my money. Its feb 2025 I have been calling them and receiving no response not even by email. I do not recommend using this company anymore

Placed an order on Feb 26 and still don't have it. Tracking shows it bouncing all over. I know it's usps but apparently label issue. Company no longer responding when I inquire about replacement. Not good customer service. Take business elsewhere with a company that actually cares if items are received.

If you want to be lied to and scammed you came to the right place. If you value your hard earned money , DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I will be posting my experience and several others in the upcoming pigeon magazines this year. Stay clear everybody.

Absolutely fantastic service. I live in UK and it took 7 days for my package to arrive what can I say, brilliant. It takes some companies longer to deliver within the UK. I will not hesitate to order again from you guys superb 👌.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company, I won’t again. The first time I ordered a few sachets of meds for my birds, as shipping says 24 to 48 hours on their website if “in stock”. I guess it means something different for this company, as they list products are available when they are expecting them in an order. Two 4lb bags of grit, and I only ordered because they had the seaweed grit “in stock”. I got a call 4 days after my order telling me they didn’t have any in stock, because they never got any in their shipment. That’s why my order wasn’t shipped out yet, their truck was short that grit. So just because it says it’s in stock online does not mean it really is. The lady on the phone was SUPER nice, but Neo-grit and seaweed grit are not the same thing. But ok, at this point I just need my order. She told me it would be shipped that day. But no, it indeed was not. My grit was getting low, and I know it will be at least a few more days if shipped then. The call was Wednesday the 14th and it got shipped Saturday the 17th. Expected delivery is the 22nd, so a full week to just get it shipped out???? I would suggest maybe to change your ship times, unless both of these incidents are just flukes in a normally smooth system.

The price was fair. Came 3 days later then expected and 4 out of 6 of my pick pots were broken.

This is the very dishonest store who took my money and never delivered my items nor refunded my money, now when i try to ask for refund they keep ignoring my emails, very very bad customer service and way of doing business is cheap, they just wanted money but not to give any product. Its a scam use other websites instead.
