This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company, I won’t again. The first time I ordered a few sachets of meds for my birds, as shipping says 24 to 48 hours on their website if “in stock”. I guess it means something different for this company, as they list products are available when they are expecting them in an order. Two 4lb bags of grit, and I only ordered because they had the seaweed grit “in stock”. I got a call 4 days after my order telling me they didn’t have any in stock, because they never got any in their shipment. That’s why my order wasn’t shipped out yet, their truck was short that grit. So just because it says it’s in stock online does not mean it really is. The lady on the phone was SUPER nice, but Neo-grit and seaweed grit are not the same thing. But ok, at this point I just need my order. She told me it would be shipped that day. But no, it indeed was not. My grit was getting low, and I know it will be at least a few more days if shipped then. The call was Wednesday the 14th and it got shipped Saturday the 17th. Expected delivery is the 22nd, so a full week to just get it shipped out???? I would suggest maybe to change your ship times, unless both of these incidents are just flukes in a normally smooth system.
