Let's start with the service which is why it is not a 5 stars rating on my end. Our waiter was cold and felt over it. To be fair we had a late reservation but it is not like we walked in at 10.30pm after a Broadway show, we were on time at 9pm... Anyway, we walk in with the classic introduction "here is your table blah blah, menu..." the usual. But then we felt very rushed in because we were not ready the first time he asked if "we were ready to order" after 5min, and his lovely eye rolls that followed our answer didn't help. We manage to order because let's face it everything looked amazing, which is why we needed more than 5 minutes to order, and then we had the most amazing experience. Every dishes were more spectacular than the other one. Fresh, tasty, unique, special and yet not overwhelming that you need a degree in culinary school to understand what is going on. We will definitely come back to this small, surprisingly amazing place. I hope the next time the waiter will be more into it because everything made us excited for our next visit.

Excellent meal. We went for restaurant week which was a great deal because nearly the entire regular menu was available. We were three people and shared three different apps, three entrees and three desserts. The appetizers were my favorite. They were all light and refreshing and showcased the fish beautifully.

Pescetarian yums. The tunatoast and main dishes were the stars. Service was great and ambience too.

Creative fish dishes and a wonderful list of original cocktails. The bartender is from Iceland and there are some interesting Icelandic liquors Incorporated. Highly recommended for a meal in HK!

The food is different than what I have in mind. Not as good as I think it can be. It's a small place, you can hear your next table conversation.

Small and cozy restaurant with an Incredible menu of mostly fish and some vegetables (no meat or chicken here) Service was good Ambiance was great Food was amazing We where 4 people and we ordered the crab app, scallop, and beets appetizers For main course the monkfish (so so), black sea bass (fantastic) and the mackerel (probably the best prepared fish I've ever tasted). Not only what's the fish itself amazing but the way that they paired it with cauliflower, different purées, Caviar etc. was really remarkable. Sunchocke for a side was amaaaaazing. I tried a mezcal based drink that was red and had smoke salt on the rim (can't remember the nAme). I like my drinks neat but this was truly tasty. For desserts we ordered a dessert that had some sort of blueberry on the bottom, mascarpone cheese and topped with Caramell popcorn. It was such a unique combination between sweet sour and the different textures that was probably one of the most unique desserts I've ever tried I'll definitively come back again and again

We shared many dishes, all of which tasted great! The price matched the quality quite well. It seems like it would be a good place for dinner after work. The purple grits that the shrimps came with were surprising, but ultimately tasty addition. The only extra comment is that the surrounding lights kept brightening and dimming at certain intervals, which was never explained. Other than that, great experience!

Awesome restaurant!! Small, simple spot. They use quality ingredients and make delicious dishes with care. Had a variety of appetizers and tried a few entrees. Everything was really good. They make really good cocktails as well. The staff was all very friendly, the service was great. I can't wait to go back again soon.
