Located in a nice but busy area with plenty to do around it. Customer service was fine and the food came out in a timely manner. I ordered the strawberry margarita to drink and a small guacamole to start. I enjoyed both items especially as the guacamole was fresh! For the main, I ordered the tacos (2 chicken, 1 beef) with corn tortillas - it came with rice and beans. The tacos were enjoyable and had good flavor. Overall, this spot has a new aesthetic, the customer service was great, and food good. I would return to try other items!

Dinner with friends. Lindsay took good care of us. Service was a relaxed pace. Cocktails were good. The black bean puree dip was so good that we asked for more. Entrees were sampler plates with a variety of items. The fried yucca and the plantains were both a hit. Flank steak was tender and cooked perfectly. A lovely evening.

Normally, Gloria’s is a slam dunk. Food, service, atmosphere are all working in tandem for an amazing dining experience. Today the food and atmosphere was in check but the service was severely lacking. I almost was able to capture a photo of the 4 servers at a wait stand about 6’ from our table, just standing around and enjoying the Gloria’s social club. However, as soon as they saw my phone aim their direction they scattered like creatures afraid of light. A manager did pass our table early once and everything was fine at that point. After that pass by, it went downhill rapidly. No refills, attempts to get attention or ask for our server went unanswered. When we asked for our check to a passing waitperson, we were told that we are not their table but they will find someone to help. The food was delicious. Truly, the food always slams at Gloria’s. This visit was highly marred lackluster and not up to par service. We will return as we choose to believe this is a one off.

She was incredibly attentive, down to earth, and patient — the kind of server who makes the whole experience even better. I ordered the sour cream enchiladas and the tres leches cake, and both were out of this world! Thank you, Sara, for starting my birthday celebration off on the perfect note. I’ll definitely be back! The food and service was great. The server was attentive. The food was delicious. I had the waffles and others in my party had the salmon entree and the carne asada and steak quesadillas. Everything was fresh and hot. Will definitely return.

Lunch with two teens yesterday at noon. As with most restaurants that serve Latin cuisine, we were immediately served a bowl of warm corn chips with red salsa, salsa verde, and black bean dip that went fast. Our servers took good care of us and everything came out just as we'd expect. We had no wait time to be seated and it may be because it was a Monday noon. The dining room is large and open with a calming lighting, a comforting ambiance. We all ordered from the lunch menu and the portion sizes were not too much. The price, I'd say its reasonable for this area. I dislike these huge plates of food that serve 3 people. We had just the right amount. Gloria's has been around a long time in Addison. Let's talk about PARKING. Gloria's is located at Village Parkway and there is parking in the center area all the way down the shopping area. We were fortunate because there was plenty of parking yesterday. There is also a parking garage and signs can direct you to that area. I believe there is valet. Plan ahead! Would I come back to Gloria's? YES!

Our food wait times were all very short and drinks were NEVER empty. We had delicious HOT tortilla chips w red salsa, green salsa, and black bean paste the second we sat down. They were ALL delicious. Oscar even gave us more chips when we were only about half way finished, just to make sure they stayed hot! The pupusas were delicious and the side cabbage like dish paired very well with it 8.4/10(idk what it was exactly, but it was good!) The margarita was STRONG, but smooth, 8/10.My horchata was unique compared to most, almost like a toasted cinnamon taste, 9.2/10. Tamarind drink was delicious aswell, my first time having that 8/10. Enchiladas were excellent 8/10, along with great rice and beans! The steak was a good 7.6/10, i didnt expect the best steak from here, but I was not disappointed. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Parking gets tricky during the weekends and Friday nights due to all the cool places around. There is a parking garage not very far away.

Gloria's Latin Cuisine in Addison is one of those places that just gets it right in all the ways that matter. The food is solid -- flavorful, satisfying, and generously portioned. It might not be the absolute best Latin food I've ever had, but it's definitely pretty damn good. Better food and it would get 5 stars in a heartbeat. That said, I'd put their beans up against anyone's. Seriously. Whatever they're doing back there -- don't stop. Service? Spot-on. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly, fast, and attentive without hovering. And let's talk about the drinks -- strong pours, great sizes, and even better prices. A rare combo these days. It's also refreshingly affordable, which makes coming back an easy "yes." I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town -- and I'll be ordering extra beans.

Gloria's is one of those places I should visit more often. The atmosphere is great. The service is attentive and the food is delicious. The last time we dined here, we arrived on a Friday evening during peak dinner and we were able to be seated immediately. We chose to eat on the outdoor patio. There are several flatscreens and lots of plants. A visually appealing place with a good energy and atmosphere. Our order was promptly taken and it didn't take too long for our food to arrive. The food was tip-top and reminded me of just how good Gloria's can be. I had the black bean soup- and while that may sound humdrum, it's anything but. The flavors sang and it's nice to know I can dine out and not have to consume something overly greasy or unhealthy. I'll definitely be back soon for my next Gloria's fix. Pretty much everything I've had at this location in the past has been great too, like their papusas, tamales and enchiladas. This location is very consistent in delivering quality. I had a bit great experience at the Gloria's in Austin, but this one is run well and I've never had any issues here.

Tasty food, restaurant itself is nice and comfy, at a reasonable price. I got a chimichanga that was nothing to write home about but definitely good. My girlfriend got the churasco steak, which was super tender - I was very surprised at how good the steak was. Definitely a solid Latin option

This was very good and flavorful! Our waiter was kind and did his best to serve our large party. The restaurant was pretty empty due to the ice storm, however, we were without refills for some time. Again, this meal was so yummy! I always love Gloria's bean dip, it's a fab favorite in my book. Will definitely be returning!

Ordered some food to go for late night munchies, overall the food was fine, the staff was helpful but they're system for picking up to go orders is kind of confusing considering you have to walk through seating to the bar at the back of the building to tab out and pick up food. What I would go back for was the curros though, they were delicious.

Great service from the start. Seated quickly, drink orders taken, chips and dips also came right out. Food was tasty. I had the beef and chicken enchiladas with their spicy sauce on top. Great portion size and left full and satisfied. Place had a nice vibe inside of a little mall like area and it was decently packed about lunchtime. Good choice for some good food. Recommended by a colleague and followed his lead on the ordering. Would go back again to try other items.

There were 3 of us and we ordered 2 bottles of wine 2 orders of questions, extra ground beef and chips and salsa. We were told that we could not order another bottle unless we ordered more food. The lady sitting next to us ordered a bottle of wine and TWO margaritas. By herself. The lady next to us had the SAME thing. A bottle and 2 margaritas and a small queso. So the point is. You can order a bottle of wine by yourself and 2 margaritas by YOURSELF but not between 3 people. Make it make sense. I'm calling TABC.

Visited this restaurant last month and we still have Gloria's on our mind! We didn't have any reservations and weren't able to book online yet we were nearby and just wanted to take a peek! Our Uber driver spoke highly of this restaurant when we passed on the way to our hotel from the airport. Arrived on a Saturday evening and had to wait about 35 minutes to be seated. The ambiance is STUNNING! It's energetic and luxurious. The food was beautifully presented and our server Vanessa was delightful! She was great at answering our questions and suggesting menu items based on our preferences. So nice to receive recommendations based on what we like rather than what a server wants to sell us. Bravo Vanessa! Israel, manager, was so kind to stop by and we went on and on about how wonderful Vanessa was. There's a complimentary photo experience near the front entrance that everyone uses that is fantastic! That photo is on our kitchen counter now and we love telling everyone about Gloria's in Addison! I 100% highly recommend this restaurant for a first date, girls night out, or family celebration!

Imagine grabbing drinks and food at the bar with a friend and literally halfway through your meal the chair you are sitting in is taken away by the staff. We get in at the bar and are having a decent time, ordering drinks and food from the bartender and have no warning that the staff will take every single chair at a certain time. Poor experience all around.

We had excellent service from Alex- Alejandro and foods are great. We are here more often for movie nights. Love the Friday atmosphere where they are a lot of people and they maintain excellent services.

I don't think I've ever been to this location and had bad food or service. Brandon was awesome and very attentive! I was surprised that it was empty on a Sunday, but I appreciate it as it was my daughter's first time and she got to experience the cute patio.

Thank you Brandon for the save, you came Through for us. Food and drinks are always a plus. We had a little delay but Brandon came to help without hesitation even the manager came to check on us. Overall great service as usual and will be back. The patio is a vibe by the way, even in this 100 degree weather it was cool.

The places it has a really dope vibe, and the food is amazing. My only real complaint as they give you 4 plantain slices, somebody should really be punched in the face for that! Plantains legit costs like a $2 a piece. If you chop that up, you probably have At least a 10 large pieces. And they charge like $8 for 4 measly slices.

First off the staff is amazing and friendly. The patio is nice but, indoor see to g has better ambience. The selfie kiosk set up that texts you your snap is a great touch and lots of fun. The guac is delicious with diced red radishes. I did hope for a bigger portion though. The red snapper tacos are delish. I highly recommend them. The reason. I gave a 4 is because I absolutely love plantains. They were not cooked up to par. Maybe they were not ripe enough or not cooked long enough. They looked golden crispy but were a little hard w not much flavoring.

First time at this eating spot. The Salvadoran restaurant sits far in the back off of Belt Line Rd (east of North Dallas Pkwy). We arrived on Saturday afternoon. The place was lively with a couple of large groups having a celebration. The decor and floor layout which includes a bar is nice. The restroom is clean. The server, Helijai was tops. It's been a while since we've had a server at a restaurant that was very attentive and respectful. She earned a generous tip. Now the food. It is not over priced. The chips and salsa came out nice fresh and warm. I enjoyed the bean dip! We ordered the Carne Asada, Gloria's Super Special and Burrito with Fajita Chicken. All delish! I had the burrito and it was loaded. We will be back to try the other items on the menu.

It was 5 stars for me! Hadn't been to Gloria's in years and decided to re visit. My mom and I shared the brisket quesadillas which were the best we've ever had (normally our fav is Mi Cocina) Ambiance is so chic and the service was awesome. We had Enrique and he did a great job taking care of us. Also the manager stopped by to see how everything was which was an added bonus. We love you Gloria's and will be back!

Waiter was very unattractive. We had to ask for everything twice. Sat at the bar....the restaurant was empty and the bar was empty too. Food was ok....should of stayed at home to cook and pour my own wine. In from Colorado and this used to be my favorite restaurant to visit. Never again. Bar food service

This review is for the Gloria's off Beltline road in Addison. I/we are big fans of Gloria's because it seems no matter which location, it is consistently consistent. We had never been to the location in Addison but it was a good experience. This location is more upscale than the one on Greenville Ave and seems much larger. This one has an upscale vibe even if the menu is the same everywhere. The wife started with the tamale appetizer and loved them. Three to an order, but they were huge and so she had leftovers for weekday lunches. I had the cheese papusas and they were excellent. Piping hot, nice little char on the outside and lots of gooey cheese inside. I could have used more of the slaw to put on top, but overall, excellent. I had one and took the other two home for lunches during the week. I also ordered the chili relleno with fajita chicken and I really liked that it was not deep fried. The pepper was a bit al dente and could be softer, but the flavor was excellent. It came with an enchilada so I got a cheese with chili on top, really good. I could eat quite a few of those! House frozen margaritas were excellent! I definitely could have had a few more of those if I was not driving. Service was friendly, attentive, and professional. No complaints at all. Overall, very satisfying experience. We don't make it to Addison that often, but when we are there again I would definitely consider returning to this Gloria's.

Wow! Every bite was delicious. From the salsas to the guac, and the elote we had as appetizers to the steak, shrimp, rice, beans, fried plantains and the yuca. This is possibly the best meal I've had in a few years. First time here and I can't wait for the chance to come back. I'm here on business but when I come back with family we are absolutely stopping here because I know even my girls, who are picky eaters, will devour this food. Service was also very good.

The interiors of the restaurant is beautiful. They start you off with the complimentary chips and salsa. Wow, this has to be the best chips we have ever had. It was thin and we could tell it was a fresh batch of chips. The sauce was good and that bean dip was amazing. Now, I don't normally like beans, but this dip was really good. Both our orders were okay. The meat was tender but it was alittle bit salty for us. Next time, if possible, i would request for less salt. I would also pass on ordering the Tamarindo, it was way too sweet. You can taste the tamarind anymore, it's just all sugar. So, definitely will pass on this next time. The horchata was okay. Too sweet too but it was an easy fix. Just add more ice. Service at the table was pretty good.

It is an elegant place to sit and dine. I had a great young server that was attentive to our needs and had a welcoming smile. The food was great and had a very genuine and authentic taste.

Gloria's in a Dallas staple, for sure. I cannot recommend the cucumber jalapeño margarita enough. Our go to order is the orange roughy ceviche and carne asada (medium rare). The service is always great, but this place can get busy, so plan accordingly.

Whew! Can't believe I've never been before tonight! The locay is nice and they have patio seating as well. Its in a busy shopping center (typical of Dallas) so getting in and out was a familiar hassle but plenty of parking available even if you get stuck with a trek. They do however offer valet too.... We were seated right away. The food was amazing! Everything everyone ordered was on point! My personal fave was the papusas! They tasted authentic and were served piping hot! For my entree, I went for the Blackened red snapper and everyone at the table was jealous of me! It was seasoned perfectly and cooked just right! Kudos to the chef! Tried their signature cocktail (a mix of sangria and grand Marnier? I believe) and it was delicious too! Heads up, at 1030 it switches over to a late night spot of sorts holding true to the Latin vibe inline with the cuisine. I mean Velvet rope and ID checks by security at the door. Sparkly dresses and dress shirts, the whole shebang... so be ready to either stand/dance or get out because the tables get packed up and moved out of the way. In fairness, their were pop-ups on the table telling us that the table would be removed at 1030 for Club Gloria's so we had adequate warning LOL! Oh and they said VIP seating is available, see a manager.

I rate this place a 3.7 I was in town for a few days and my girls said let's go to Gloria's. Wait staff 4/5 attentive , and quick Drinks 3/5 my margarita was not sweet at all. Alcohol was there but I needed some flavor Food 4/5 quesadillas were delicious Lots of parking

I was at Gloria's on Saturday celebrating a friend Bday . There was a misunderstanding with a drink I ordered and the manager was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism in dealing with a customer request was by far the best I have seen in years . She came to my table and made sure that I was 100% satisfied and I was ! My husband and I ordered the Snapper and it didn't disappoint . Large well served delicious dish ! Been going to Gloria's in Addison since I was in my mid 20's and I am 44 now . I have seen all the expansions and I love it . Now they have a complimentary Photo booth that is easy to use with a white back drop! You take as many pics as you want and you can simply put in your cell number and they text them immediately! Love it

We love Gloria's for their weekend brunch! The margaritas are always excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the food is always delicious. This weekend I had the ceviche tostadas and they were amazing. Very filling (especially after chips with their green salsa!) and wonderful flavor.

We have been going to the Gloria's in Fort Worth for year's, but wanted to try the Addison location as they convert into a night club at night with a live band and a DJ. We went earlier in the afternoon to find out the logistics of what to expect when they make the conversion, since we were staying in a local hotel. We were met by Gabby, who gave us a brief rundown to the logistics of the conversion. She was sweet and informative and gave us her undivided attention. Gabby referred us to the manager, Alex, for further questions. Alex briefed us further and assured us we would have a good time if we returned. We came back and used valet parking. Fair price and good service! We had dinner with some friends and were served by Raul. We ordered the mixed pupusas and chili con queso. They were just as excellent as the ones we order in FW. I highly recommend the queso and add in beef. It is very hearty, so don't fill up on those chips. It's easy to do because they serve them with black beans, red salsa, and this location also serves up a green salsa. That was a fav by many of us! Our friends enjoyed the quesadillas and cleaned the plate. The mojitos were perfect! The bar tender made them with a perfect balance of alcohol, juice, mint, and whatever syrup they use. They were fresh and natural tasting, not too sweet. Perfection! Raul was super attentive throughout the evening. He was kind and quite the gentleman. Just as Alex had said, at 10, they start to move tables and chairs out and they bring in the VIP tables (fancy). The music began at 11, just as we were told. It was a fun vibe. Most everone was younger than us, but we got out and had a great time right along side them. The restaurant has a dressy feel with fancy lighting, a waterfall wall, and servers dressed to the nines for VIP tables in the night time. Shorts in the daytime work, but you'll want to match the evening atmosphere by leaving the sneakers and gym wear for another time. The tables, floors, and restrooms were all kept clean. Very nice.! We like that! I am confident in saying that this team works hard to please it's customers. That means everything to me! Life is short and I want to use my time with those who make a human connection and ensure the end goal is being met. Thanks Alex and team for working like a well oiled machine to make sure your guests are enjoying life while in your hands! We will definitely be back!

Michelle was an excellent server and one of the most attentive servers I've ever had. She made sure we always had full beverages and chips/salsa. I loved the fajitas and queso.

Took my girlfriend here on a date night. The staff are super friendly and make me feel especially welcomed. The wait for a table was quoted around an hour 10 minutes but we were seated in 30 minutes. You already know the food is good if you gotta wait that long. The steak was so tender and i felt very satisfied after my meal (so nice to have unlimited chips and dip) . Overall, I highly recommend and take a nice relaxing walk on the lake after!

Gloria's is amazing Mexican food. The atmosphere was nice, mood setting but also great for a business meal. We had a party of 8 people and were seated immediately. Lunch menu was great portions without being overly large. The fresh made guacamole was a large portion, with delicious chips. I would highly recommend this location, keeping in mind the prices are on the mid-high side.

Had a 6 person group lunch here, on business. What a fantastic spot. Chips, bean dip and salsa to start was on point. Service was impeccable. Ambiance is high end but the prices aren't...! Great value for the cost. I had the Carne Asada for lunch with a side of plantains. Steak was a perfectly cooked medium rare, great smoky char and perfectly seasoned. Ordered a tres leches to go for the wife, and snagged a bite. It was fantastic! Highly recommended

Came here with a group of coworkers for dinner, and we had a reservation and were seated immediately outside. Overall everything about our dinner experience was fine but nothing was fantastic or notable so it was kind of disappointing, hence the 3 stars. The service was definitely a bit slow, and a few folks had their drinks arrive way later than others, same with food, even though everything was ordered at the same time. The food overall was OK but a little bit under seasoned for me. That might be my personal preference with Mexican food so take it as you will. This is one of my coworkers favorite restaurants in Dallas so maybe it's just me, but I prefer other Mexican restaurants here (of which there are many).

I don't have anything negative to say, this was my second time going to one of the Gloria's Latin Cuisine restaurants and I enjoyed it a second time around. I'll definitely return.

Gloria's is one of our go-tos for Mexican food. They've been around for many years and their quality has always been top notch. We met a friend there, who had returned to Dallas on business, and Gloria's was the obvious choice for dinner and catching up. It turned out that we had a lot of catching up to do, but the kind folks at Gloria's didn't rush us. In fact, we nearly closed the place down. Thanks to Manuel, our server, who was so kind and thoughtful. We started off with margaritas, a tradition at Gloria's because they make them well. To go along with the chips & salsa, we ordered a bowl of guacamole. Not impressed with the serving size (looked like a cup) but it had good flavor. Doubt that I'll order that again. The chips and salsa were great, though. I ordered the chicken mole enchiladas. I think they arrived pretty quickly (we were engaged in conversation). The enchiladas were delicious, with plenty of moist chicken and a terrific, smooth mole sauce. I thought I was getting pinto beans, but they looked refried to me. Per my usual modus operandi, I mixed in salsa and rice to make my own bean dip. It was also delightful. My entre serving was large enough to take home enough for another meal. Definitely a great experience and a good value.

La comida como carne asada es de horrible calidad, los mariscos no tienen sabor se le olvida probar o poner sal. Los precios son caros esperaría mejor calidad de comida. Solo se destaca en mi opinión las salsa los frijoles los plátanos. He pedido en diferentes ocasiones distinta comida para ver si tengo suerte ya que el ambiente si es bueno. Pero la carne siempre o está pellejuda o está seca de lo sobre cocinado. Las bebidas fatales, una ves regrese el vino tres veces porque era muy amargo. Tal parece el mesero se burlaba de mí porque solo cambiaba la copa. Las margaritas parecen adulteradas yo he sido bartender y no confiaría beber aquí. A menos que sea cerveza o una botella de vino que abran delante de mi. He conocído empleados de aquí, que me han corroborado lo que digo. El lugar tal parece no vende tanto y tienen que ahorrarse de cualquier forma. La atención al cliente creo que es buena. Pero como cliente obvio un restaurante lo más importante es la comida de calidad y bebidas sanas.los restauranteros deben cuidar los clientes no somos bobos. Si tienes un chef debería sabes esos detalles

One word - TAMALES!!! They are the best!! A perfect combination of gently spiced chicken and potatoes wrapped in banana leaves. The flavor and the texture are top notch and when I get a craving, I just need to order me some. Hubby usually orders the verde or beef enchiladas. We also love their chips dipped in the black bean dip. The staff is super friendly. If you want to get a "to-go" order on the weekends, you have to stop in to order it (no phone orders on weekends). Just proceed to the bar, place and pay for your order and it comes out lickety-split. Enjoyed a nice conversation with the server at the bar while we waited for our to-go order. And the orders are always 100% correct! When dining in, be sure to enjoy one of their awesome frozen margaritas!

Gloria's is a great destination for a group meal. There are many locations in the metro area to choose from. I attended the Addison location with a group of 13 and we had great service. I enjoyed my order of Spunach Enchiladas very much. I would recommend Gloria's and will be back at the location near my home.

I really enjoy the food here. They have solid dishes and good plantains. The carne asada and the black bean dip is awesome. However, their drinks are just OK. Their main margarita is awesome, but it is $17 dollars. Very overpriced. Not worth it. I had their tacos al carbon last time and those were good. The Serrano salsa is very delicious. Good patio. And very big inside area.

Gloria's is a great time all the time! I regularly come to Gloria's but this was a first at this location. First of all, the design is gorgeous. Literally it's so pretty inside! They have a heated patio which is great. The service was great, our food came out super fast and our waitress was great! The food at Gloria's is always a hit!!

It's so beautiful inside here probably the nicest Gloria's I've ever been to. Came here on a Sunday evening and it wasn't that packed, I found parking right in front and there was a nice crowd of people from outdoors to the bar. I got the plantains frito - extra fried, and it was delicious! My friends liked their enchiladas , one was white sour cream sauce and the other was the A La Gloria with three different sauces, he didn't care for the Chile ancho sauce though. Woulda gave 5 starts but there was a gnat that kept flying over our table and food, and my to go order was missing guacamole. Who wanna eat dry a** flautas with no guac maaaann SMH!

Love Gloria's! One of my go to restaurants! Black bean dip is always yummy! Love the salmon over vegetables! Service is always good!

Drinks are strong and great. Food fresh and flavorful. Service was awful. I had to keep asking for their attention to get service. This is my second experience visit here, and it was the same concept. I had the pork pupusas, those are great. I will not be returning after this visit.

Gloria's know mexican food. The service was great. Alejandro was our server and dear manager, he deserves a raise. His recommendations were spot on, his attitude and personality were A+. Strongly recommend
