"As soon as bars and restaurants were allowed to reopen at even 25 percent capacity back in May, diners crowded spots like Gloria’s Latin Cuisine in Colleyville and Deep Ellum bar Bottled Blonde, completely ignoring social distancing guidelines." - Amy McCarthy

"Even before Abbott announced these updated guidelines, though, people in the DFW suburb of Colleyville demonstrated that many of them are itching to return to their normal dining-out routines. After the city’s mayor allowed restaurants to reopen their patios in defiance of the statewide “stay at home” guidelines, diners packed into local favorites like Gloria’s Latin cuisine, many ignoring social distancing guidelines." - Amy McCarthy

Wonderful food and service. Love the plantains. They had just the right amount of crispy goodness. The salmon was well done. The vegetables with it were perfect--perfectly cooked and seasoned. Great combination of spinach and carrots with bell peppers and surprisingly, snow peas. It worked. The rice (arroz casamiento) was delicious. It was the rice and beans all mixed together for me. Great sour cream enchiladas as well. They had nice fresh chips and green, red, and bean salsas. They were all good. And honestly the prices were good as well. It was plenty of food for under $20 a plate. They have a nice patio, and they had portable ac to keep everything comfortable in this Texas heat. Our server was quick and checked on us frequently. We'll definitely be back.

We had dinner at Gloria‘s the other night and it was so delicious. I had to take pictures and share. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting , perfect for a date night. The service was outstanding and our waitress did a fantastic job ( I didn’t get her name) it was nice to have dinner with my family where we could actually have a conversation during our meal. And bonus, it’s a local favorite so we did run into some friends.

I loved the service here, and my food came out perfect and timely! I came here on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. My server was nice and attentive, the food was delicious, and it was an overall great experience! I tried the Pupusas (cheese only) for the first time and they did not disappoint. I can't wait to visit here again!

The atmosphere was good, it was lively and the restaurant had a nice ambience. You could tell the people like this place as there was a steady stream of folks being seated while we were there. The food was good but that's about the best I can say for it. Being Latin I expected much more flavor, it was just a little bland. I had the Carne Flameada with high expectations. It was extremely tender, that was surprising and fantastic, but again the lack of any real burst of flavor was disappointing. My wife had the chicken chimichanga but nothing that said we have to go back and eat here again. I guess we just expected more because every time we've been by there there has been a line waiting.

I love this place! I go about 3 times a week now- it’s so addicting and when I start comparing other places to it and then just go there instead lol. The plantains are delicious for dessert and they have wonderful food that I have worked pretty much through every item on the menu and a couple items that weren’t on the menu ;-) I would recommend the chile relleno stuffed with steak or chicken with poblano rice and refried beans. Their Salmon dishes are also excellent. This is a Salvadoran restaurant and not a Mexican one, but the dishes are familiar with slight twists if you’re familiar with Mexican or Tex-Mex food.

Contemporary design, lively music, colorful but dim nighttime atmosphere. Delicious Latin cuisine menu. Quietly nestled in the heart of Colleyville.

this is generally our go-to spot if we have nothing planned for dinner. the staff is always friendly and hard working. the food has been great every time we come, and we've tried may of the dishes since we moved to Colleyville. will continue to come back to this restaurant, it's the best Latin/Mexican cuisine in the city that we've found.

Always a good time at Gloria’s. Enjoyed the beautiful spring weather with a twist and fajitas. Great staff and food was steamy fresh!
