While Gloria’s is widely celebrated for its Latin American cuisine, its Las Colinas location also features a dedicated coffee bar serving Salvadoran-style coffee and Latin-inspired espresso drinks. As noted in The Dallas Morning News, the coffee bar is a gathering place for both lunch-goers and those seeking a unique international coffee experience. It’s a lively crossroads of food, culture, and community.

I went to Gloria's for the first time on Saturday and it was wonderful. I had been walking in the heat for 30 minutes but as soon as I entered Gloria's, I was greeted with welcoming smiles and a glass of ice cold water. I had a frozen Margarita and it was the best I have had. I later discovered that it is officially rated the best frozen Margarita in DFW. A bowl of chips with three delicious dips was brought over instantly and I really enjoyed them. Irma was the bar tender and was wonderful, extremely friendly, and attentive. I will definitely return frequently.

My friend and I decided to dine at Gloria's for old time's sake. In the past, when I visited the DFW more often, Gloria's was a mainstay at all locations around town. So, when we pulled up to this location, nostalgia set in for the hospitality, food, and famous margaritas. Our experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the enchiladas suizas and a couple of mango margaritas while catching up with my friend. It was a perfect evening!

You can never go wrong with Gloria’s!! The servers and host are always friendly, food is fresh and hot, and the drinks do what they are suppose to do! We went for brunch and the food was amazing! The Glenda’s skillet was the best thing I’ve had at Gloria’s before and I would definitely be going back to get it!

It was not easy finding a place for a vegan to have a nice dinner until I found Gloria’s! Awesome atmosphere great customer service. I ordered the vegetarian fajitas with no sour cream and no cheese and they were delicious.!

I tried the flan and Cuatro Leches—both were solid choices. The flan was smooth and rich, and the Cuatro Leches had just the right amount of sweetness and texture. Definitely enjoyable if you’re looking for a classic dessert fix. That said, the service could use some improvement. There was a long wait for our order, and a few mixups with who ordered what, which made things a bit confusing and frustrating. The food was good, but the overall experience would’ve been better with more attentive service.

Roberto really made the experience something special! He made some wonderful suggestions, and brought a genuine sense of care to the experience. I went for Cinco de Mayo, about an hour before close. The food came out fast, and they were very generous with the chips and yummy salsa! (The black bean was so good!). I'll definately be back.

This was my third visit to Las Colinas, and I’m currently 3 for 3 in outstanding dining experiences. Tonight I gave Gloria’s Latin Cuisine. Excellent! Gloria’s is a fairly large restaurant. I would definitely check if there’s a venue at the Toyota Music Factory, if so I’d definitely make a reservation. Tonight I walked (Thursday) in at 6 pm. There was a nice crowd… I was seated immediately. Once at my table I was placed in the expert hands of Santiago. He waisted no time in getting the cocktail and food menus in front of me. Shortly after my Modelo Negra and chips appeared. The chips were fresh… I advise caution at this point. Gloria’s serves a great tasting salsa with a generous basket of chips. Yea… but the puréed bean dip is off the charts. If you’re counting calories, forget about it (unless you have stronger willpower than I do). One Modelo Negro down and another on the way. My entrée arrived. Salmon Chimichurri salad. Heavenly. Salmon grilled to perfection on a bed of romaine, pepitas, and feta cheese. Yeap… gone in 60 seconds. 🤣 All in all, an awesome experience at Gloria’s. Very attentive wait staff, manager visiting tables, and delicious food. Definitely add Gloria’s Latin Cuisine to your list. Thanks!!
