While Gloria’s is widely celebrated for its Latin American cuisine, its Las Colinas location also features a dedicated coffee bar serving Salvadoran-style coffee and Latin-inspired espresso drinks. As noted in The Dallas Morning News, the coffee bar is a gathering place for both lunch-goers and those seeking a unique international coffee experience. It’s a lively crossroads of food, culture, and community.

Google
We had the yuca Salvadoran which was amazing. The Tamales were undercooked. The rest of the items lived up to the Gloria’s reputation. Our server was great and food was served in an orderly and timely fashion. Jesse would even come and tell us about how much longer in minutes before the food will be served. The tables were neatly laid out and the ambience was pretty good.

Aravind R.

Google
Gloria’s is a great place for very good Mexican cuisine. The atmosphere was very good and the food and drinks were great as well. We went without a reservation and managed to get a table with a short wait. The choice of food was amazing and the taste were authentic. The cevice appetizer was a great one and the portion sizes are quite big and sufficient.

Google
Alex was absolutely amazing. He did not miss a beat. We have over 25 Women in our group and there was not one complaint no one turned their food back in. He got every order right he didn’t mix up any Reciepts like I can’t even think of all the great things but he accommodated along with the manager Francisco. They did an amazing job at a very last minute for us as a group event. I can’t say enough behind things about this restaurant. If you haven’t been, you must come and check it out and get the type of service Customer Service that we received.

Google
Edgar was our server. He was absolutely amazing, thorough and very attentive. The food was amazing and the atmosphere and ambiance was on point. We’re definitely coming back. This is our new favorite restaurant…. All because of Edgar!!!

Food is always authentic and delicious! Right temperature seasoning and heat. Enchiladas are some of the best ever! Alejandro is frequently my server when I'm in Irving on business trips...always takes great care of me!

Google
So yummy! I came with a group of 15 for my friend’s birthday and the food and service was great! Our waiter, Alejandro was great and gave us quick service and refills. My food was great, and everyone’s food at the table looked just as delicious!

Yelp
Gloria is one of my go to spots for latin food. The food is always good. The service is always nice. The waiters are nice and accommodating! I usually go at lunch time. It usually is busy but still seated quickly. I like the decor and outdoor seating.

Yelp
The first time I visited the Gloria's brand restaurant in Dallas was over 20 years ago! I'm happy to report that the red salsa recipe hasn't changed and is absolutely amazing! Totally recommend this restaurant!
google avatar

Mirella R.

Yelp
The atmosphere was just right. Love the decor and lighting. This was my first time visiting and was able to order seafood soup and taste the carne asada plate from my table. Our waiter was the best! Definitely coming back.

Yelp
The team made reservation for a team dinner and it was ok. This is more of a 3.5 star review We started w a few Appetisers which were pretty mediocre - some guac, papussas, nothing too exciting . However my main course was very good (4.1/5) - I got the red snapper and it was cooked to perfection : crispy and very rich. I also tried an old fashioned which was not great. I am probably going to try different places next time

Yelp
The sun was punching its clock out over 320 West Las Colinas Blvd, bleeding pink and orange across a sky that looked too pretty for business-travel loneliness. Irving was quiet, quiet enough that the hum of my rolling suitcase sounded like a confession I didn't mean to make. I wasn't looking for trouble, just a good meal and a reason to believe the road isn't all fluorescent lights and expense reports. That's when I saw it: Gloria's Latin Cuisine, glowing like a promise in the twilight. The outdoor tables that didn't just beckon, they summoned. On a night like that, sitting inside would've been a crime. I took a seat beneath the open sky, where the world felt briefly, delightfully small. First came the chips, crisp enough to make the angels jealous, paired with salsas that carried heat and tang like they had somewhere better to be but chose to linger anyway. One bite and I knew I was in the right kind of trouble. A margarita was next, cold, bright, and balanced. Not the sugary knock-offs that taste like regret and cheap tequila. This was the real deal. A glass that whispered, "Kid, the night might just break your way." The steak fajita burrito arrived, sleek, confident, a real operator. The steak tender and smoky, the fillings tucked in tight like hush-money in a manila envelope. It had a cheese sauce accomplice, golden, velvety, the kind of smooth talker that could get a guy to sign away his better judgment. It didn't overwhelm, it elevated, coating each bite like a silk glove over brass knuckles. I could've walked out then, but fate wasn't done. A chocolate turtle brownie arrived, rich and decadent enough to make a grown businessman consider a second life in pastry. Warm, gooey, shameless. I didn't stand a chance. When I stepped back out into the cooling Texas dusk, the streets were still empty, but I wasn't. Gloria's hadn't just fed me. It cracked the hard shell of another road-weary evening and filled it with something like joy. If you're drifting through Irving, chasing deadlines and airport gates, do yourself a favor. Find Gloria's. Order bold. Stay a while. Some places remind you you're alive. This one makes you glad about it.

Yelp
I ordered tamales via door dash from Gloria's in Las Colinas and this is what o received. Spoiled tamales and are clearly spoiled. I'll Never support this location again. Terrible!
google avatar

Tatiana S.

Yelp
Holy cow the food at this place is amazing! The margarita was very strong and super delicious. The guacamole was fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the green salsa as well. The black bean dip is also very good, but I would skip the red salsa. The hero here is definitely the Carne Asada! It was absolutely delicious. Service was excellent and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
Best seafood soup in town! Brunch mimosas are a must love the ambience love the service. Everyone is very helpful and there's nothing on the menu that will disappoint.

Yelp
Amazing! Food was great. Alex was so good to us. Go here. Get the marqs, guacamole, papusa, tacos, everything!

Tanera J.

Yelp
Came here for my last team lunch yesterday. Haven't been to Glorias in a while so I was happy to be back. Service was decent here. There was some language barriers but our waitress was nice and was doing her best. I ordered the carne asada because I was craving chimichurri sauce. It was decent steak. I wasn't mad at it. The rice is good but it has corn and peas in it. I would prefer it without. I did want to order the pupusas and I should've because they are always good and hot and fresh. I had a good time overall and the queso we ordered was good and spicy. Had lots of jalapeños in it but I liked it.

Yelp
The prompt and respectful response from the restaurant manager was unusual, unexpected, and much appreciated. So few restaurants bother to read criticism, and those that respond do so with a copy and paste message that shows they don't read the content of reviews, they ask for higher stars without changing or improving, and they add insult by telling the reviewer to contact them for further discussion. No further discussion is needed with a fair and honest review, and there's never a need to insult a customer for an honest opinion. By contrast this restaurant responded to my mild criticism by taking into consideration my opinion, which should be obviously not the majority opinion, so there was actually no need to even consider my rating. So, don't listen to what I thought of the food, instead, consider how well run this place is.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this place! The people are friendly and very attentive!! The interior is so nice and classy with nice lighting. We came in time for brunch and we ordered bloody Mary's to start and they were some of the best I've ever had! My husband and I ordered the Ceviche Trio for our appetizer and it was superb. Hubby ordered the Mariscada which is a seafood soup, I ordered the Migas and let me tell you that both these menu items were delicious! I really, really like this place and we'll be back soon!!

Yelp
My third visit to this location. They were super busy tonight. I was annoyed that i called and asked if a reservation was needed but when i got there an hour later it was a 20 min minimum wait. I also don't understand how one small margarita costs $12 but my entree of 3 enchiladas plus rice and beans is $15. I know alcohol is expensive...it just doesnt make sense to me. It was loud even outside and the service was ok.
google avatar

La Juania M.

Yelp
Me and a friend came here for brunch. FYI they have parking whereas the first 2 hours are free. The brunch menu is limited but has some good options. The orange roughy ceviche was really good and fresh. My first time having roughy in a ceviche. Also very nice presentation. The food came out fast and fresh. Our service was normal. The only downside was it was sometimes hard communicating with our waiter but we got it after a while. Overall decent food.
google avatar

Yelp
This was the worse experience and the most over priced Mexican food, we normally go to the southlake location which is awesome it's clean the food is hot and always delicious. We wanted to try a different location, big mistake they sat us on the patio right next to the trash cans, and the tables and chairs were covered in bird poop it was a loud and obnoxious environment, and to top it off our food arrived lukewarm like it had been sitting out for awhile and the steak was so well-done it tasted like rubber, we'll never be coming back to this location, what a waste of money!! I don't recommend visiting this Location, I'll stick with the Gloria's in southlake.
google avatar

Yelp
Food was delicious and hot! I had a spinach quesadilla Beautifully presented. Server was efficient and just the right amount of attentive. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and tables were comfortable for our business lunch.

Yelp
We've been here twice since moving to Irving and the food here is amazing! I will note, the servers we get can be a hit or miss, the first time we visited our server was AMAZING! but the second time she just seemed like she didn't want to be there at all and had some other weird incidences where she was a bit rude. I wish I could remember the name of our first server so I could properly compliment her. the ambiance is amazing, it seems clean, it's not too noisy, and the place is beautiful definitely one of my favorite tex-mex places i've ever been to

Rubisel T.

Yelp
Carne asada y tortilla sup- la comida súper rica- y la atención del mesero ALEJANDRO súper genial muy muy recomendado

Cindy M.

Yelp
Came here for dinner and our server, Roberto, was so kind and helpful. Thank you for your great service ! Can't wait to come back again

Yelp
Had lunch here yesterday with some coworkers and the food was delicious. From the nacho appetizers to the Carne Asada I ordered. So flavorful, so yummy! Definitely a place to go to if you're in the area or are looking for great Latin food. Our waitress was also very attentive and kind.
google avatar

Hope H.

Yelp
"I recently visited Gloria's Latin Cuisine, and while I visited out of town the food was absolutely amazing--promptly served and delicious--the service fell short of expectations. Although the complimentary chips and salsa were excellent, we were not offered water upon being seated. Additionally, the waitress did not return to refill our drinks or check if we wanted another cocktail or anything else during our meal. This lack of attentiveness detracted from an otherwise great dining experience." Service could improve .
google avatar

Edward D.

Yelp
I had an amazing ribeye steak. Cooked to perfection. The potatoes and vegetables were also great. Had no issues with the service. The facility can get noisy once people starts filling in. Overall we had a great time.
google avatar

Loredo L.

Yelp
My family was hungry so we walked here from our nearby hotel. The place is not related to Gloria Estefan but another Gloria and was modern, hip, dimly lit with nice Latin music playing. The server was very nice. I was still full from lunch earlier today so just had the tres leches dessert which was excellent. Others had the ceviche chimichurry salad and chicken fajitas which were savory and flavorful.
google avatar

Yelp
Good food, great service and cool vibe. Came in on a Friday night and the wait wasn't long. They said 25 mins but it ended up being 10. Good live music out back in the courtyard while we waited. Server was really nice and attentive. We ordered the trio ceviche and the garlic siracha salmon as an entre. Both were really good. Also the drinks, we had a couple of the signature drinks and they were all good. Don't think you could go wrong. We ordered the kids burrito for our kids. They come with just the meat and cheese. My kids (5 and 2) have pretty advanced palettes and hated them. We returned them and got the burritos from the regular menu. We had a little back and forth with the staff because the order kept getting mixed up but we got it resolved and the staff was very accommodating. Bottom line, If your kids prefer simple, the kids menu is perfect but if your kids like flava, head to the regular menu. Overall great experience. Would come here again.
google avatar

Ronnie B.

Yelp
Sorry, no photo I love Gloria's margaritas and guacamole. Had a cocktail with my lovely lady to unwind before the work week began. Nothing major, just a chill vibe,l with solid customer service. Parking was trash per the norm, but after bending the block a few times, we found one. Ronnie's pick

Yelp
Our waiter was extremely gracious and happy to help us. Their brunch menu was super cute. The ambiance has a warm and bright vibe. Their mariscada (seafood soup) was so home-y and rich with flavor. $20-25 per person ish. Would come here again!
google avatar

Marica M.

Yelp
We stopped in here for dinner before going to a concert at Toyota music factory. There was an event going on outside but the inside wasn't too busy when we arrived. We were immediately served warm chips and salsa as well as a bean dip. The food was tasty and all had good flavor! Our waitress was interesting... she spoke super softly the whole time and it was hard to hear what she was saying but that didn't affect our overall experience. The manager came back at one point to say hello and check on everything which was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Gloria's and would return again!
google avatar

Koda M.

Yelp
Came here while staying in the area. Nice elegant Latin restaurant. Was properly greeted and seated. Our server was on point. The chips crisp, we loved the bean dip, salsa was delicious and the guacamole dip was great. Wife had the breakfast tacos which she enjoyed except too many onions for her. I had the Tex-mex combination dinner which has chicken enchilada with red sauce. The chicken inside was dry wish they would marinated in sauce, not much sauce on top as well. Beef fajita taco - meat was tender and flavored well. Crispy beef taco was good. Overall I think we enjoy the chips with salsa and bean dip. Also provides a 20% military discount must show ID
google avatar

Century S.

Yelp
Both food and service were ok. 8 of us went for dinner. Server seemed uninterested. Complimentary chips and salsa was good. Salsa was tasty and felt fresh. I got chicken fajitas. Chicken seemed dry and tasteless. Rice and beans were decent. My friends weren't fan of their food either. Given service and food quality, we may not go back.
google avatar

Priscilla A.

Yelp
The ambiance is really nice, and service is great. This was my first time coming here and since this is a chain I did not have high expectations. The service was also great. The waiter was attentive and friendly. I'm only giving 3 starts because the food (main reason for coming here) was just okay. Mediocre at best. I asked for the jalepenos and lettuce on the side, or else it would have just been sour cream and guacamole, with nothing else inside the quesadilla except the brisket and cheese. I def felt like it was missing more. Onions and pico de gallo would have complemented this, and the the tortilla was a bit drier than I am used to. I kept using the salsa (not pictured) to dip it in. Overall it was a good experience but I would like probably just come back for drinks.
google avatar

Errian E.

Yelp
This was my first time eating at Gloria's. I loved it. All the dips were good especially the salsa and bean dip. It tasted delicious and fresh. The chips were super fresh as well. I ordered the beef enchiladas that came with rice and beans. The food exceeded my expectations. The inside of the restaurant is nice. I really enjoyed the setting. Service was good. Our server was attentive to our requests. I have made a couple recommendations to others based on the great first impression. I will most definitely be back to try more.
google avatar

Chelsea M.

Yelp
Can't decide if I want to give 2 or 3 stars... the food was awful, but the ambiance and service were amazing! I really wish the food was better because the ambiance was cool and classy, and the service was exceptional! However The food was tasteless and even worse than having no flavor, it was bone dry! I have yet to have good Texas Mexican food but I'd rather have Taco Bell than Gloria's... I don't think I've ever had Mexican food so dry anywhere! I got the pollo asado and my date got the empanadas and neither one of us ate more than half of our meal. Dry rice, and even more dry meat. There was no seasoning on anything just dry, plain and tasteless. Even the margaritas were tasteless, I didn't know that was possible.... I wish the food had the flavor of the ambiance of the place
google avatar

Lib M.

Yelp
Just Yummy!! I love that they serve their food with black beans and their take on Spanish rice is different. Hubby and I enjoy sharing the fajitas. They also have a pollo dish that is served with plantains and yucca fries that is delicious.
google avatar

Stephanie M.

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick bite and drink before the concert. Our server was so pleasant and tentative. We only had a drink, an appetizer, a shot, and dessert. But it was all so great! The queso fundido was one of the best I've had. The plaintains were just the right amount of sweet with the honey. And the mojito I had was spot on. The restaurant was not over packed or crowded, we were sat immediately and it seemed to be well kept. I'd definitely go back!
google avatar

Yolanda H.

Yelp
Easy place to get to around the Toyota music factory. They have inside and two patio seating areas. It can get really loud from other tables for a weekday evening meal. I get the same thing each visit, the combination dinner. The flan dessert is firm (I prefer firm).
google avatar

Arnold L.

Yelp
Love this restaurant. Our kids order the quail dish every time we go and there is nothing left at the end. The mariscada (seafood soup) is amazing and the lechon is super tender and flavourful. Service is always on point and friendly. Try it for dinner or lunch and enjoy the ambiance with a margarita or mixed drink!
google avatar

Grant J.

Yelp
Service was good. Food was pretty mediocre and very bland. Probably not worth another visit.
google avatar

Sofia C.

Yelp
So I'm here in Irving Texas from RI for a work meeting. This restaurant was like a 4 minute walk from the hotel that we were staying at. I was a little skeptical at first because it didn't have many reviews. The restaurant was really nice and the service was very good. The food was delicious. I have no complaints at all.
google avatar

Brittney H.

Yelp
I did not have a good experience. The chicken in the soup had some fat or vein in the piece I bit and ruined the taste. I asked for a sparkling water, I never received it. The manager did come and apologize and offer a different dish-which I do appreciate. The party I was with did enjoy their dishes. They had to ask for refills on drinks. The server was probably new. But based off not receiving my drink and not being able to eat, I do not see myself coming back.
google avatar

Florian K.

Yelp
Gloria's Latin Cuisine is one of my favourite overall Latin restaurants in DFW. The style of the building and the atmosphere is impeccable. The sweeping circular design of the lighting, paired with the bead-curtain and bubble wall are beautiful. The comestibles themselves (indubitably the reason you're checking the reviews in the first place) are absolutely delectable. I love the salads and fajitas here, not to mention the variety of appetisers. They're bound to get quite abrim of customers, so your waiter may be somewhat confused or flustered, but overall service is excellent. Another thing I absolutely love about this restaurant is its immediate proximity to the Music Factory.
google avatar

Tae K.

Yelp
Gloria's is great go to for lunch gathering with friends. I enjoyed their frozen margaritas and margaritas on the rocks. Drinks can be pretty pricey. I really do love their chips, salsa and black bean dip. Food is pretty consistent across all chains. Never had an issue with service always attentive and helpful.

Shane S.

Yelp
Had the worst service we have ever had at Gloria's. Waiter took our drink order, didn't see or get our drinks until we got our food. Also had a gust join us and the server asked if she would like a water and she said yes please. She never got it. Manager apologized, but there was no discount, how about a free queso anything? This was at the Las Colinas location and I did go to your website and request that someone contact me, but never heard from anyone and it's been about 3 weeks.

Jen M.

Yelp
Incredible service! I had the salmon chimichuri salad, which was delicious and exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. A little classier than your average Mexican food joint but still plenty casual.
google avatar

Monica L.

Yelp
I had dinner at Gloria's. The chicken fajita nachos were good, but not great. I wouldn't order them again.

Isaac G.

Yelp
Thanks to Andrea our service was amazing! Food was also delicious I got a burrito and it didn't disappoint.

Oswaldo M.

Yelp
Excellent service I recommend asking for Andrea platas Marin, xiomara and Maria oloarte very friendly and patience

Yelp
From the time we walked in to the minute we left, we were provided excellent service! I really enjoyed my food and the drinks were bomb!!! It doesn't hurt that they played good music :-)

Yelp
Great good fast and friendly service from Sarai! I the good was great and I enjoy coming here for lunch!
