This Italian market is a MUST and it is so worth trying to find parking on Brady street, which is the bane of my existence. The market has pasta, frozen meals (lasagnas, ravioli, seafood, etc), kitchen supplies, alcohol (wine, liquors, canned spritzes, cocktails, etc), a bakery with so many desserts, and a deli. There's something here for everyone. You can do a little shopping and enjoy a delicious meal all at once! There are tables to eat at both outside and inside.
After strolling around a bit, we decided to get an eggplant parmigiana sandwich, a vegetable arancini, and an asparagus and Gouda risotto cake. The risotto cake was average - the outside was crispy (tasted slightly burnt), the inside was creamy, and there was plenty of asparagus. The flavor was a little lacking though and it could have used more salt at minimum. The arancini and the sandwich were the stars of this meal. The arancini was massive and came heated with marinara and cheese on top. It was exquisite. The arancini and the marinara were flavorful on their own, but together they were magical. The eggplant parmigiana sandwich was sublime. It came stuffed with mozzarella, eggplant, and sauce. I could eat this everyday. I wish I could eat this everyday.
