Took a group from the Senior Housing Community I work at, and it was a great decision. Manager Kim went above and beyond to make sure our group was seated, were comfortable, and had a good time. The waitress was also outstanding. We will definitely be back!

Google
I just feel like everyone at this glory days has a bad attitude. I came here with my best friend after my brother died, and our server was being so weird to us, I guess because we were two young women and she didn’t expect us to spend a lot of money? She was giving us dirty looks and at one point literally disappeared for half an hour when we were ready to pay the check. I understand that working today is not great but it’s weird to be treated like the employees are mad that you’re coming into the restaurant.

Google
This food was really good. We went at 2pm and there was almost nobody there. I ordered the Mac and Cheese burger and it was really good. The waitress could've been more energetic, she seemed like she didn't want to be there or serve us. I love the decorations they had at this restaurant, I love sports and this restaurant really pleased me with all the sports TVs and sports affiliated decorations.

Google
I was visiting my sister in Virginia, and they chose this place for dinner so we could watch March Madness games. I've been to another Glory Days previously and was never disappointed. This time was no different. We all ordered different cheese burgers, and they were excellent. My bun was very fresh, which is always important. The onion rings and fries were also good. Our server, Aidan, was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend for a good burger.

Google
I dined outside and had a PHENOMENAL experience. Tina my server was attentive, clever, and funny. She literally lit up the dining room area, and made my night. 11111/10 would recommend - for the amazing high quality food, and for the customer service as well. Shout out to Rich the bartender as well, the drinks had me drunk and what could be better than that!

Google
First time at Glory Days, located at the North Point shopping center, and it was a disappointment. The service was above and beyond, but the food and drinks weren't at all glorious. We ordered the $7 margaritas, and the first round was watered down. 24 ounces was the drink size, and 22 ounces were ice cubes. The second round we ordered with light ice showed some promise, but at that pace, we wouldn't have tasted the tequila until a 4th and 5th round; so why bother. And the appetizers well, that delivered more servings in one dish than the main course. For example, my group ordered the cheese fries appetizer, and it had more fries than my pulled pork sandwich with fries, which was the main course. And mentioning the pulled pork sandwich - it was dry with little BBQ sauce and coleslaw. It was hard to think that a simple sandwich, like pulled pork, could be excruciatingly unpalatable. Funny thing, the party I was hosting; one member recommended it, and it was a disappointment. I can't in good conscious recommend this restaurant. And for money spent on the entire meal, I expected better. A whole lot better in the food category and drinks. I was better off doing grocery shopping and conducting a cookout for what was spent.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. This has been our go-to spot for many years and during Covid we found a lot of solace knowing that all constraints at the time were met. It was our retreat at the time! As such, we developed a strong rapport with Rob and many others who have always treated us with 100% attention to detail and the level of service what for you would expect from a neighborhood establishment like glory days. I’m originally from the south and it means a lot to me that Rob and the rest of the staff here know what I like to eat and drink and have all of it waiting for me before we even open a menu. Creature of habit…maybe. We like consistency and will keep coming here for that very thing. The food ebbs and flows as the menu rotates but the level of service remains the same. We love it here!

Matthew A.

Google
My wife & I went to Glory Days in Reston for the first time tonight. The food is good, the atmosphere is great and the service is excellent. Our server Rob is the man and he did a fantastic job. We will definitely visit this restaurant again in the future. Thank you very much!

Yelp
We are fairly new residents to Reston Town so have been trying different restaurants in the area. Glory Days was recommended to us and they were fantastic! From the time we walked in, our server Tina was warm and welcoming and took great care of us during our dinner. The food was delicious, the BBQ ribs were perfectly made and the fish fry was tasty! We also appreciated the chat with GM Edgar who took the time to see how we enjoyed our dinner, which we absolutely did! We will definitely be back with our family.

Neil M.

Yelp
Glory Days is the Best Family/ Sports Restaurant in Reston or the region! Great Family and Friends atmosphere, Great Bartenders and servers , and Edgar a Great GM! If you are old school and watched Cheers, at GloryDays you are there, where Everyone Knows your Name! Neil McLaughlin

Yelp
Poor service - the host ignored people in favor of packing takeaway boxes. Then the server had the charisma of Severus Snape on a bad day. The food quality is mediocre to awful. The portion sizes are OK, especially their special margarita, but I see no reason to come back.
google avatar

Yelp
Been coming to glory days since I was a kid.. something must've changed recently but this was by far the worst food experience I've had there. Wings were barely sauced, practically naked. Cheese fries portion was noticeably smaller. Service was solid and attentive. Will probably still try the other locations to see if it's just this one or across the board
google avatar

Monique B.

Yelp
No more seafood pizza?!?!? Oh no!!! It's been awhile since I dropped in for Glory Days. This used to be my son's favorite spot for wings and seafood pizza. To our dismay we learned that all pizzas had been pulled from the menu. What a bummer... Our waiter recommended the Friday special, so we settled for the Fish Fry - wild-caught, hand-breaded haddock with two sides. I'll admit it wasn't a buttery shrimp & crab cheese pizza, but it was DELISH - and all for $11. Glory indeed. As expected, the service was great and the vibe was welcoming.

Yelp
It's been a while since I've been to a Glory days. I don't remember their hamburgers being so delicious! Which, surprisingly they were! I was very happy - and this is coming from a gal who normally doesn't pick burgers as their first choice, but at glory days they are definitely going to be my go to from now on when I'm here. One thing to note - on Wednesdays - they have the "triple crown special" starting at $12.99; you can pick a drink, starter, and entree from a fixed menu. Great price for classic options that will fill you up just right!

Yelp
I've probably been going to Glory Days in general for 15 years...possibly more as it was our go-to to watch games and have a few beers and fatten up on bar food. The beer was always cold and the food was decent. Wings, Nachos, Burgers, etc. More recently we decided to go back to the North Point Reston location and we have been highly impressed. Not in the super fancy gourmet restaurant way but, man, you get solid, tasty food that is a step above your typical bar. My favorite sandwich is the Grilled Chicken. I know, how good can a grilled chicken sandwich be? They grill the chicken perfectly, top it with bacon and cheese and have a nice slightly sweet honey mustard dressing on top. Just a solid sandwich especially when you aren't feeling a burger. The wings are legit...Glory and Garlic Buffalo are my favorite sauces. You also can't go wrong with the burger. And oh yeah, they also have daily weekday specials. Discounted burgers on Monday, a nice economical combo deal on Wednesdays and a Friday fish special that is surprisingly tasty...fried nicely, crispy, not greasy and good seasoning on the breading. We were all quite pleased. Stop by amd check em out if you want a solid meal and cold drinks.

Yelp
Took a school group of 60 students and 10 chaperones from NJ (Class trip to DC). Pre-ordered meals. Manager met us at the door and showed us to our seats . Within 10 minutes students started to receive that drinks and meals hot off the grill. The two waiters managed our group like pros. The students enjoyed their food, drinks and dessert. The service was outstanding. We were done in an hour. Big ups to the crew and manager that looked out for us.

Yelp
Came in had Rob as my server he did a great job tour guiding the Hero Burger - service was great - great atmosphere loved the ambiance

Yelp
Love the bartenders here! They have a new must try break your diet menu item- a Monte Cristo! OMG! This is a throw back, but way better than, the old school Bennigan's Monte Cristo.

Glenn H.

Yelp
Went on my birthday and fish and chips were extremely salty along with fries. Overkill. Waiter never asked how the food was or how we were doing.
google avatar

Patrick I.

Yelp
We go there once a week, on average. I like the "Mucho Machos." But on Fridays I am compelled to do the Fish Fry- $11: Giant piece of fish, nicely breaded, w/ fries and coleslaw. Happy Hour has $4.99 generous pours of house wine- very adequate wine. Service is ALWAYS great.

Bob J.

Yelp
We had a very good experience at Glory Days Reston location on Saturday April 5. The restaurant was very busy due to the NCAA playoffs but we were seated immediately. Our server Danielle, although very busy with tables did a great job and was very attentive. The food is bar food and mostly fried but you aren't coming to GDG for a fine dining experience. The fish fry was very tasty and my party enjoyed chicken tenders and a reuben sandwich. Drinks were refilled without evern a request. Great place to take kids. I was very satisfied with the experience!
google avatar

Jenn K.

Yelp
I usually love Glory Days and the Reston location is the closest so it's my go-to. Unfortunately I feel it is important to mention my latest experience on here. After talking this place up my friend and I ordered take out. When we got home to enjoy our meals, wenot only got subpar overly salty, inedible food but raw undercooked meat! I asked for WELL done burger and got one half raw which was not only disgusting but unsafe. It appears the cook that night was eager to cut corners since we ordered over the phone about 20 min prior to closing. The burgers for both our meals came with fries. The fries (and all the food) were so overly salty we couldnt finish it either. Hoping this was just a one-off thing because I really like Glory Days.

Yelp
Love this place.,, food is amazing out door seating is really good. Staff is so friendly.

Robyn G.

Yelp
I was just there Saturday night with my family. First thing I noticed there is no female nothings. Table sticky I had to ask for a rag I had to wipe it. All of the men and they are were very rude. Not put together, loud, saw one drinking. I was like wow. I got my kids here. Bathroom mad nasty. My mother was trying to get our server to our table 4 different times. Ignored that's to that. Until we looked done he came back. Read great reviews didn't see it. Won't come back.

Yelp
One star for the bun, patty and service... But dang, two day old limp lettuce is such a distractor.

Yelp
Always a lovely place to go. Great food, friendly and attentive staff, and a welcoming environment overall. A good place for families to dine.

Yelp
Very nice family restaurant with a varied menu and outside seating Friendly servers and good food. We always stop in when we're visiting the area from NJ

Patrick M.

Yelp
I ordered carry out on a Sunday. We ordered 25 wings, cheese fries, cheesesteaks. When I went inside to pick up the food, the employee dropped the tray of wings on the floor. He then told me it was going to be a wait while they made the wings again. The extra wait caused all the other food to get cold and soggy. The manager didn't even say sorry, no offer to comp the wings or anything. I will be avoiding this location. Terrible customer service
google avatar

Jay P.

Yelp
A nice place to chill, eat some food, and watch a game. This place had good deals too and is both family and friend-meetup oriented. The vibe reminds me of a community style Yard House, and I love that it's so local, too. Areas for improvement: + Having a few more vegetarian/vegan appetizers and tacos. Although they done a decent job having the Impossible/Morning Star burgers as mains, there is room to expand and cater to a bigger vegetarian market (like how Yard House has it). + Teach/tell servers not to be pushy about ordering more food. The manager was wonderful and friendly but somehow, I didn't feel comfortable with my server; she seemed nice but rushed and pushy. Overall, the place is good. There is room for improvement, but seeing how other competitors are either further away or not as community felt, I will be returning.
google avatar

Molly G.

Yelp
Ordered for the family; short rib, salmon and chicken tenders. I'm actually angry about the rib as it was not cooked properly and was mostly fat. This was the worst short rib I've ever had. Disgusting. No credible restaurant would ever serve this. There appears to be a severe lack of quality control.

Yelp
They have basic good bar food with a great atmosphere to watch sports. Almost always a great crowd on the weekends for football and you can always watch your favorite college hoops team as well

J S.

Yelp
This place is probably the most underrated restaurant in Reston. The entire place has a friendly vibe which caters to all ages. The burgers and wings are probably the best in Reston. It is a great local place and if you are into sports this is the place for you. They even designate a couple of televisions for kids that show cartoons, etc. Great friendly staff and cold beer are a plus too.
google avatar

Isabella B.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at this Glory Day's! It was super busy for Superbowl, great atmosphere! Tina was on top of her game and took amazing care of us. The food was fantastic as always, wings and nachos yay! We will be back soon and will definitely ask for Tina again.

Yelp
I was in the mood for a Caesar Salad for lunch and decided to check out Glory Days menu. I discovered that they had a Salmon Caesar and decided to give it a try since I love salmon and it's rare restaurants have it as a Caesar option. Overall the salad was tasty. The salmon while seasoned nicely was slightly over done, however, there wasn't an option to select how you would like it cooked so I understand why it was cooked well. The Caesar dressing was yummy and since it was served on the side I was able to create the perfect bite of salmon, salad, crouton and dressing which made me happy. I'll definitely give them another shot as they had a grilled Buffalo chicken salad I was interested in and lots of bar food favorites I'll try when I pop in to pay them a visit since I literally live in walking distance of the place. Overall a good yummy lunch.

Yelp
Was one of my go to's. Not any more. Ordered for delivery and the food quality was so poor the only thing in my order I could eat was the mac and cheese. The ribs were raw and unedible. I understand with delivery that the quality might not be the same as you receive in the restaurant...but this was pretty bad. The clam chowder tasted like it had been the kettle since lunch and rancid. Appreciate the fact the sweet potato fries are fresh, but if they are undercooked it takes away from being freshly made. All in all super disappointed. May try again as it was one of my favorites but not any time soon.

Fred R.

Yelp
- Not too different from the many other locations. Convenient and plenty of TVs for the weekly games. Their current seasonal menu (for Oktoberfest) features a Beef on Weck sandwich that really needs to become a permanent menu item. Very good, plenty of beef and the bun is fantastic. Highly recommend while it lasts
google avatar

Ericka S.

Yelp
Pros: lots of different Sunday football games. They ask you what game you want to see to help sit you in a good area for watching! Friendly host staff too! There's a sports select system at each table so you can choose the game you want to listen to - it's always nice to have sound! Cons: we were seated at a table that was not wiped down. It was clear by the water rings and napkin... the host picked up hr napkin and grabbed silverware off another table and put it down. When I asked our server to wipe it down she did, which was good. The fried foods were REALLY greasy, like beyond what you would expect for fried foods. We ordered the boneless grilled wings to try them. We ordered 12. It's approximately a 1/2 chicken breast total, skewered, with sauce poured over it. Absolutely ludicrous that they charge $13 for that. I get that there's a markup on wings, but holy crap, that's a lot. I posted a pic, look for yourself. Also, their "craft" beer list contained the following: angry orchard, blue moon, yuengling, Guinness... these are NOT "craft." To be fair, there were a couple from local breweries. This wasn't the best experience. It kind of felt like a hometown Denny's (late night food specials, lots of easy fried foods, etc).

Yelp
Awesome local watering hole! Superbly nice people. Thank you for all your kindness and great food and prices.
google avatar

Yelp
The Glory Days in Herndon used to be so good. Sadly, now days the servers are untrained and you have to wait forever for your food and drink order. Our waiter said, "I forgot" when questioned how much longer on the food. We just ordered the daily special 2 tacos. I ordered a diet coke which took @10 minutes to get to our table. I was not offered a refill the ONE time the waiter stopped to ask if things were okay. Lousy service with so so food. Don't waste your time or money. I won't again!

Peter M.

Yelp
always good food, been eating there since they opened their first restaurant. the atmosphere is always interesting

Yelp
I have no idea what brought me here. I generally don't do sports bars unless someone else wants to give it a go, but today I was just looking for something to eat and this came up on my radar. The reviews are decent and I hadn't had cobbler in a long time so I figured why not. I was surprised to see they're carrying the impossible burger. Not only that but they have an impossible cheesesteak which I almost ordered. Initially the nachos were calling my name but I try to stay away from the vague "queso" so instead got their Morningstar veggie burger with the seasoned fries and a blueberry cobbler. The burger comes with grilled onions which is a smart move as it makes the usually dry Morningstar burger quite juicy. The lettuce, tomato, and onion are fresh. I like the fries, they're seasoned well, and although asked to have the cobbler without the ice cream I guess they wanted to cover it with something as it came smothered in whipped cream. I didn't want that either but I guess points for trying? I like the music, it's like soft rock (Eagles?) and it's not blaringly loud like some other bar restaurants. My server Shawn has checked in on me every few minutes. It's kind of a lot but hey, so much better than the alternative. It's 5:30pm and the place is packed full of people. More people keep coming in, all ages. There isn't a big game on or anything so it seems everyone is here to eat. I never would have guessed this restaurant was so popular! I guess it's a lot of fries as I'm not even close to finishing them. I'm also taking the majority of my cobbler to eat later. They do military discounts, but only if you're in uniform. I'm glad I gave this place a try and will probably return.

Yelp
Really enjoyed our food today Overall great tasting food ribs fell off the bone, the glory burger was fantastic and my steak was well seasoned , Really recommend this location Fun experience our server Oscar was very very Nice

Yelp
Well we keep coming back because the food is always consistently good - and the kids love the TVs. Service can be spotty. Our server today at 1:45pm only had two tables, but was never to be found. We literally had to sit around and wait for 10+ minutes to get his attention and ask for the check. When it finally came, he had brought us someone else's check. Just being able to complete our meal and leave was very frustrating. This restaurant always has issues with staff and training.

Al R.

Yelp
I just want to say THANK YOU to Edgar Amaya , he went over and beyond for my meal today. I order from Door Dash never received my order although I got a text that said my order was handed to me. I called to Glory days and spoke with Edgar Amaya and explained to him what happen he look my order up in the system. He told me he will re-make my order and drive it to me. And he did. Edgar went over and beyond customer service for me. My food was delivered it was hot and fresh and my burger was cooked to perfection. Thank you again Edgar you are what a outstanding amazing leader is. I will definitely recommend this Glory Days north point to everyone I know.

Yelp
Four stars. Nice sports bar with decent food selection. We come here quite often so we are familiar with the menu. Overall, a good place for a lunch or dinner!

Mj L.

Yelp
We've been pretty reliable customers over the years, but the service on 8/5/23 was so bad we are reticent to continue ordering from there. We arrived around 4:30pm and there were only a few customers. We (two adults/one child) got seated promptly, but then waited, and waited, and waited. 20 minutes went by and nobody came by to take our drink order. Servers were milling around, but none of them seemed particularly engaged. At one point, three employees (one may have been a manager) were hanging out at the front talking to each other. After 20-30 minutes, we gave up and left. On the way out, the lady who seated us simply said, "have a good one." I doubt we will be returning to the North Point location.

Yelp
Food is always good. Sports on TV for adults, cartoons or Nick for kids. Cannot go wrong.

Yelp
I'm not sure what is going on with this Glory Days, but I would NOT recommend going here for lunch. I stopped in with a co-worker last week after telling her how much I love Glory Days as a chain and left pretty disappointed. We were greeted with confusion and the rest of our visit didn't get much better. There was a large party in front of us and we were not acknowledged until they were taken to their seats-even with two greeters! Then when we started heading off to a table with one person, we ended up being taken back to the host stand and being re-routed to another table after he conferred with the other hostess. Then it took a while for a server to pay us a visit, so by the time she took our drink order we pretty much knew what we wanted to eat. In the interim though, it took so long to get drinks that another server stopped by our table to make sure we were being helped. Once our soda's arrived we put in our order and waited, and waited, and waited. We were able to flag our waitress down for a soda refill but we only saw her once more to drop the check at the end, and even then, I had to flat out ask for it. The food took so long to get out to us that it was almost room temperature and my sandwich was so greasy I could barely finish half of it. We actually watched our aps come out and try to be delivered to a table behind us, only to be sent back to the kitchen and come back out 5 minutes later. So I am sure that was part of the problem. (see my pretzel pic and you can tell they had been sitting out a while) Sadly, we were so hungry at that point we didn't flag anyone down to make it right. To their credit, the bartenders that delivered our food and the other server that came to check on us were hustling, but even with their efforts, we were still there for an hour and a half for lunch. But still, and I think this is because I was not technically their table, when I asked for extra mustard and a side of mayo, I only got the mayo, and I only got that because I asked a second time when food was being dropped at a nearby table. Unfortunately, in this area, with so many other options this is just unacceptable to me. Maybe it was just a bad day, maybe the staff is new and under trained? IDK what the deal was, but I don't have that kind of time to come back to find out. Update: Almost immediately after posting this review I received a message from GD PR asking me if the manager could contact me. I obliged and provided my contact information and have heard nothing... *crickets* It's been a month. So, I'm going to guess that management is the issue here... too bad.
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
My family loves Glory Days, but the Reston location is by far our favorite. We actually drive past a closer one to go to the Reston location. The staff is amazing, and very attentive. Something that is lacking at other locations. Plus, the managers are always checking in to see how everything is going. Only Glory Days we will go to!!
google avatar

Veronica A.

Yelp
First time visiting, everything that we order, it was delicious, the hamburger and cheese burger, meatloaft sandwich, the hot wings, no mentioned my boston style clam chowder. I can not leave out the amazing server. Actually every one was very attentive, I really appreciate when the server check on my table frecuentlty making sure that everyone is okay. Thank you keep the good work. Okay if you are worried about covid-19 , I ensure you that they are taking precautions.

John K.

Yelp
Again, food is good. Service is good. Why is it always so cold in here. Asked at the bar and they don't care.
google avatar

Barbara L.

Yelp
Service - 5.0 stars Food - 1.2 stars We loved the Glory Days grill off Dranesville/Route 7 in Sterling. It was a regular haunt for us. So, once they closed that location, we have tried out this location twice now. My husband loved the Dranesville location's Slam Dunk Pretzels but boy were they disappointing at North Point/Reston. The pretzels were way over cooked and burnt on the ends. The Chicken Ranchero Wrap was so bland and dry; even hot sauce didn't help it. Will we be back? Eh. Probably not. We might hit up the Herndon location next to see if his beloved Slam Dunk Pretzels can be restored and worth the trip.

Ashley F.

Yelp
My husband and I visit often, and it's always a great experience, however this time was exceptional, and it was all because of our server, Tina S. She greeted us promptly with a bubbly, warm, and friendly welcome. Her energy was radiant, and she managed several tables at once with ease. The food was great as well. Korean #2 wing sauce is delicious. The manager also came around to see how our food was, which is always great to see! This continues to be one of our go-to places in the area.
google avatar

Kat M.

Yelp
Always a great place to grab some food and a drink. Always check or ask for their specials. They tend to have a few good ones during the week days

P J.

Yelp
Good service, good food and nice atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and the bear is cold... I can recommend Glory Days in Reston
google avatar

Robert R.

Yelp
Stopped by here on Sunday afternoon with my brother's family for a soccer related party. It was pretty quiet for a weekend, but there were no major events on so that probably explains the lack of crowds. Since we had a large group, service was a bit difficult but that was somewhat expected. That being said, the food was pretty good. I had the old Bay wings with fries, the wings were very good. In fact they were the highlight of the meal. Fries could have been a cooked a bit longer, but suspect they might have suffered for waiting for the rest of the meal. While it is likely that I will not be back in this area soon, I would stop in here for beer and burgers again.
google avatar

Nuggy T.

Yelp
So here's the deal. I am a regular. I come often on the weekends to the bar and occasionally to the floor with my wife and two kids. The atmosphere can be loud, especially during a big game. It can be quiet. It's a sports bar. The food is very good bar food. There are some things that are surprisingly great. Check out their seasonal menus. Wings are good. My kids like the pizza, wings, ribs, burgers, and linguine. My wife likes the wings and ribs. I like a lot of stuff here. Not a fan of the fish fry. Not everything is a home run but, most of it is good quality for the price. The bar service is fantastic if you are a regular. It's very good if your not. The bartenders are personable and good at their jobs. The busier it is, the better they are. I have seen that people complained about bartenders not being attentive. This does sometimes happen when it's slow. I believe the reason is, that is when the managers use slow times to address things with the staff. So I would knock management not bartenders. Floor service can be hit or miss. Some servers are on it. Some not so much. I don't know how you fix this. We have nights where are servers were some of the best. And nights we couldn't get attention. It is what it is. Most of the time we are in no hurry and we don't particularly care. I know that is not the way everybody works. So there are my thoughts. Nick, Hannah, Christina, and Chris are outstanding bartenders. Sheridan is a very friendly server/tender. There are other servers I have dealt with that are very good.
