Best experience of any GNC, of any supplement / vitamin store. I met Perry who to me, is the perfect for those seeking better health. He spoke as a highly educated professional and yet, as a new friend as well. He asked plenty of intentional question to help deliver spot of recommendations. I walked in a bit overwhelmed, and after my experience and interaction with Perry, I left informed and inspired to achieve peak perfomance and better health.

I came to GNC on Buffalo Speedway after a leg injury left me with limited mobility and chronic joint pain. The team here has been awesome , it’s always fun to see who’s shift it is cause they’re all amazing, always suggesting the best joint support supplements that have really helped my recovery and performance. They understand what I need for my specific limitations and never push anything unnecessary. Thanks to their expertise, I’m feeling stronger and more mobile each day. Can’t thank them enough!

Anthony was so so helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE about specific vitamins/supplements I was looking for. I told him what I was currently taking for my condition and he was well aware and even offered some helpful tips to add into my new routine/lifestyle change. Daniele was super helpful and kind! I bought a product from another GNC and it was almost expired. She exchanged the item without a hassle, and made my visit smooth. You can tell she really cares and wants to help! Definitely recommend to anyone.

My very first time in here and customer service was amazing. Anthony is a great guy, very helpful and he knows everything about the business. Definitely recommended!

Out of the GNCs in the city, I like this one the most as their shelves are clean and full (instead of half empty which is sad) and have a good variety of products. It's a great place to check out products that haven't hit mainstream and are available at grocery stores yet. Service has always been nice. I had issues redeeming birthday membership coupons though but was able to redeem a recent membership coupon without issue. And I always feel like I'm being watched when I browse (I take a loooong time looking at ingredients and nutrition facts!), since the store is so small so it's a never super comfortable visiting, but I don't think that's their fault. I'll be back to browse next time!

The customer service at this location is horrible. I had an issue with placing an online order and versus the cashier trying to resolve my problem, he brushed me off and made me go out of my way and drive to another store(did I mention it was out of my way). I will never patronize this location again. #Rude

Charlie just said he's going to bed, so Good Night Charlie. I tried to get some of my protein here but it didn't work out because they're a little bit on the expensive side. You can save 10 to 20 on the same buckets of vegan protein online. Their selection isn't bad but obviously the internet is better. Service is nice which is why I give three.

They don't actually care about health; attendant wasn't wearing mask. They commit consumer fraud: they don't label prices correctly, and then wouldn't accept the return (even though he had just handed me the bag three seconds ago) or give me the actual price. Had to challenge it on my credit card. Will be contacting the Texas AG's office.

Nice clean store. They carry some good lines of products other GNCs may not have. Staff seemed pretty knowledgeable and helpful. I got off my anti-acid med coz the young lady recommended something more natural. I came back a month ago to let her know the Apple Cider Vinegar Complete supplement she recommended allowed me to wean off my med.

Good place, had what I wanted, actually it was on sale and Im also a GNC member so I got a discount.

Recently visited this location for the 1st & last time. A gentleman was already helping me but another employee swooped right in & took over. I reckon she does this often because the male employee didn't look surprised at all... he slowly backed off & he was behind the counter before I even realized it. She was a little too pushy for my taste. I just wanted to be in & out but this lady just kept talking & trying to get me to buy more stuff. Even pulled out a book to reference. She frowned upon my current brand of supplements & of course pushed the GNC brand. Pushy sales people make me feel incredibly uncomfortable so I won't be back to this location despite the close proximity.

I went to another location that actually honored the prices. I didn't even ask. I went in to see if it was the same everywhere. I will now be going to that location for all my needs
