The Hottest New Restaurants in Philly, October 2024

"Every Thursday through Saturday afternoon, this take-out spot is serving Center City diners a great array of flavorful gnocchi that’s both affordable (only $10) and convenient. Bonus points: They have awesome vegetarian options." - Ernest Owens

The loveliest servers, presentation and great idea! The gnocchi and tiramisu are so good. However, I wish it was a bigger portion/ more ingredient like burrata or other toppings for the price point. Looking forward to additions on the menu!

These gnocchi were so good and so were the meatballs. I got the pesto sauce 🤤. But it doesn't open until 11:30 online it says 11.

Gnocchi is very well made, however too dry ! We have been dying to try this spot… meatballs were vg but again way too dry ! Please give us more sauce or the option to purchase some.

My favorite pasta in the world is Gnocchi and a hobby of mine is to try them all and since it’s my favorite (and I’m from South Philly) I have super high standards. With that being said, I have been consistently let down by restaurants that try to serve pre-packaged or frozen gnocchi and pass it off as “homemade” and then charging $30+ for a serving. It truly disgusts me and I am so thankful I will never have to deal that nonsense again because I found Philly’s hidden gem - Gnocchi to go! Now, I did have my reservations since this place wasn’t in South Philly but I gave them a try and they did not disappoint! The HOMEMADE gnocchi feel like little clouds in your mouth - so soft and flavorful, which is because the gravy is delicious as well! Truly the perfect combination of heaven. An added bonus is that the owner is wonderful, staff are attentive and efficient and the prices are so reasonable. Please give them a try! Absolute perfection!

Was excited to go here since it seemed like a great concept and I love gnocchi. Unfortunately, was quite flavorless (I had the pistachio pesto). Might be because there was very little sauce so felt like I was basically eating boiled potatoes. And price was a bit high for the quantity. Unfortunately, cant make it a regular spot.

Best gnocchi al pesto I’ve ever had! And the tiramisu was excellent too! Everything tasted very fresh! Great place for lunch on the go!

The place is a small window on Arch Street. At this window, you order your food and get it from there because there is no place to sit. I would say I enjoyed the food! I got the pomodoro gnocchi and I would definitely recommend!

Love the concept & the cashier was super friendly, but I found the gnocchi to be flavorless and overpriced - added $2 for 2 pieces of meatball, totaled to $15.
