Staff is nice, food is great, and the place is very clean! I love the new addition of the Kid’s Corner! It’s hard taking a toddler out to eat but my son loves the little table and chairs and the rug that he could drive his car on! The coloring books and crayons were a hit with him also!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute hidden gem in Tucson! 💎🥢 Go Dim Sum is hands-down one of the best food discoveries I’ve made in this town. Tucked away in an unassuming shopping center on Grant Road, this cozy spot is bursting with authentic flavors and charm. 🇨🇳🔥 I did a full sampling of the menu (yes, the whole thing — no regrets! 😋), and every bite was a winner. The dumplings were delicate and flavorful, the buns were pillowy perfection, and the noodles? Next level. 🍜🥟🧡 The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful — you can tell they genuinely care about your experience. The ambiance is cute, welcoming, and perfect for a casual escape from the bustle. 🌸✨ Already planning my next visit. Tucson, this place is ready to be discovered — do yourself a favor and go dim sum! 👏🍽️🎉 UPDATE: Came back for lunch today… and yep, still blown away! 😍🍽️ Tried even more of the menu this round and the quality is just as impressive — no dip in flavor, no missteps, just straight-up dim sum excellence. 🔥🙌 The popcorn chicken? To. Die. For. Crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned — I could eat a whole bucket. 🍗💥 The garlic broccoli was a sleeper hit — fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. 🥦🧄 Pork bao? Divine. Fluffy clouds of joy stuffed with rich, savory pork. 🐷☁️ And yes… I had to go back for the xiao long bao — still mouthwatering, still magic. 🥟✨ This spot continues to deliver on every level. Tucson, I’m telling you — Go Dim Sum isn’t just a hidden gem… it’s a rising star. ⭐️🔥

Google
What a cute place🥰 If possible I would give 6 stars. The service was absolutely fantastic. Our server May explained us every item on the menu. We even got an extra item from them for us to try. Delicious food. We were extremely surprised by the variety and quality of the food and service. I highly recommend their egg yoke dumpling. Best thing ever! Their rose tea is also exceptional.

Google
This place was delicious! So many veggie options. salt & pepper tofu and mushrooms were my favorite! It was so flavorful, I would definitely come back! Not to mention it was super kid friendly. They had kid size tables with books and crayons, ideal for adults who want to go out to eat with kids without the fuss and stress of entertainment and chill environment.

Google
Best Asian restaurant in Tucson ✨ We took a while to order food and was confused with some of the items on the menu but the staff was kind enough to patiently wait for us and even show us pictures of the items for reference. They were very accurate to the real food. The food itself was very delicious, closest thing you can get to a real Asian dim sum. Recommendations: Egg tart (11/10) 💋💋

Google
I got to the restaurant a little early, Rose let me sit in the restaurant and wait, she was super sweet! The food came out super fast and was super yummy! Along with the Thai tea 😋 Will DEFINITELY be back soon ♥️

Google
My very first order was last night, and it was take-out order. I was so satisfied that we went back the next day for lunch. Happy to learn that they had outside sitting since we had our pup with us. I ordered some of the same food again and tried a new one. Xiao long bao was very good and the egg tart was the best (for me) ive ever tasted. Everything we ordered was excellent! Friendly service and staff! I also tried the mango jasmine tea and it was also very good! They dont have a lot on the menu but all of the food that we have tried so far was excellent!

Google
We enjoyed the food ... especially the broccoli, chicken feet and tofu dish...I don't like ordering at the counter and paying before I eat...plus most dim sum places roll carts around offering different plates...dim sum all tasted frozen and reheated....hot mustard in a packet not good...plastic forks and spoons with paper plates not very environmental.

Yelp
This place is a gem in Tucson! For dim sum, the menu is fairly small, but mighty. Every item we got was 100% and the egg tart may be better even than in Taiwan. The xiao long bao are incredible, with the soup sealed perfectly, and their pork "bian dan" (which is like a bento box) was soooo tasty! Pretty much as authentic as it gets! And finally the kim chi is phenomenal. I plan to order a jar of it once a month, if they'll let me!

Yelp
Great customer service and ambiance- Super clean restaurant, great place for a date! Dumplings were delicious, love the idea of shareables! The sauces are delicious as well. The popcorn chicken is a little bit too chewy for my liking. The sesame balls are perfect. My suggestion is to have pictures of some of the menu items if you're unfamiliar with Dim Sum because it can be intimidating to try new things!

Yelp
I've been craving dim sum for a while now, and I'd heard quite a bit about this place, so I headed there for lunch in the midst of a busy errand-running day. Once I shared with the individual at the counter that it was my first time, they were incredibly supportive and answered all of my questions in depth, as well as gave me additional information to help me make decisions (like steamed or fried dumplings!!) I ordered the Portuguese Egg Tart, BBQ Pork Bun-Char Siu Bao, Salted Egg Yolk Custard Bun, Crispy Chicken Dumpling, and Garlic Broccoli. A good mix of different meats as well as some sweet items, and a healthy dish thrown in there too! I had leftovers of everything which was the plan, because I like being able to try a variety of things and also don't want to leave feeling like I can barely move. Everything was delicious and honestly I couldn't pick a favorite if I tried -- they are all very different so they can't compete amongst each other. They have a nice big space with plenty of tables, so I settled in to relax and enjoy my food there. While I wish that Tucson had a cart service option for dim sum, I'd rather have something tasty regardless. This definitely fits the bill!

Yelp
We didn't go to the actual location. We ordered it through Uber eats it was delivered super fast. It came packaged really well. It was still hot and steamy and delicious. We got pork barbecue buns and we got pork soup dumplings. We also got some shrimp siu mai and sticky rice and salted egg yolk buns. Everything tasted freshly made. It was delicious if you love dim sum this is the place.
google avatar

Yelp
Yummers! Even though it was busy, the food was delivered within 10 minutes . Everything was hot and delicious. Good ambiance and ample seating.

Yelp
We went here for Christmas Eve and we were excited to try it out. Their attendant was so sweet and helped us select 4 options from their dim sum menu. The Pork Soup dumpling was not my favorite because the ground pork tasted a little old (we all got a little sick from eating those), the chicken pop corn was very flavorful but a little chewy, the pork and cabbage rolls were crispy and delicious, the steamed crispy chicken dumplings were excellent and the pork and shrimp Siu Mai were a little too fishy for my taste. The place is very open, clean and airy with a beautiful mural resembling a city in China.

Yelp
We were running around the crammed (holiday) roads of Tucson the last few days and ducked in here for Linner (2:30p). We love dim sum but haven't tried any in Tucson. This place won't compare to San Francisco but it's solidly reliable good dim sum for Tucson. On Chinatsu's (cashier's) recommendation we tried all of her and customers' favs: Pork Soup Dumpling ($8/6); Popcorn Chicken ($8.50 for approx 20+ small pieces); Steamed Chicken Dumpling ($7/8); Pork & Cabbage Spring Roll ($3.79/2); Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai (mini dumplings) ($4.59/3). She also showed us all of the menu options via pics on the front counter iPad which was very helpful. Our favorites were the pork soup and the steamed chicken dumplings as well as the spring rolls. The quality is quite fresh/good. The only critique would be in the variety of dim sum available but this market (Tucson) probably cannot sustain what I would experience in a place like S.F. or N.Y. There were several "sweet" dumplings and sticky buns but we had a cake at home so that was the only reason we passed on those (along with their menu of sweet/boba teas). Do get one of the sauce racks from near the water station table. They harbor several dipping/condiments including my fav, a spiced orange(?) marmalade. Staff was very friendly/helpful. Dining room was clean. Parking is free/plentiful. There's a self-serve water station. Note: you order at the front counter and you bus your own tables so perhaps keep that in mind when the "iPad spin" happens while paying and tipping at the counter.

Yelp
We were welcomed warmly as we entered the restaurant and quickly placed our order. The plates began to arrive after a few minutes and they were generally hit and miss. The Pork Soup Dumplings, Pork and Cabbage Spring Rolls and Steamed Chicken Dumplings were quite good. The Park and Shrimp Siu Mai, Salt and Pepper Tofu and Shrimp Har Gow were a bit of a disappointment. The place is very clean and the decor is very simple except for an interesting wall-sized image of what I believe may be a Hong Kong street scene on one wall.
google avatar

Yelp
The two women at the front were beyond nice!! They greeted each customer like a long lost friend and seemed to know all their regulars. The inside was bigger than expected! Lots of seating and a fun atmosphere; would be a great place to catch up with friends and try new food and beverages; I can't wait go back. I picked up - to go - salt and pepper tofu which was perfectly crispy and seasoned; the shrimp wontons were good; the popcorn chicken was yummy as well as the BBQ pork buns.

Yelp
Unexpectedly tried this place out instead of the noodle place next door & so glad we did! The service was great and the people working there were very nice and even stopped by our table to chat for a little & asked about the food we ordered. I think it may have been the owner? But she was super sweet and talkative to everyone who walked through. The food was 11/10. The fried rice was my favorite and usually other places are greasy but this one was perfect! The dumplings were great it was my first time having dumplings and the buns. Overall 11/10 and will be going back :)

Ann A.

Yelp
The best! The atmosphere inside is so cozy and relaxing, not to mention the large variety of delicious menu items. My favorites are the sweet egg tarts and red bean sesame balls. Love the boba tea too! Wish they would hurry up and finish that stupid construction on Grant so I can have easier access to this heaven-on-earth establishment.

Yelp
We were craving some bao and fried rice and saw this place on Yelp! We are very impressed. The restaurant has dine-in and take-out options. It is clean and well kept. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They will explain any of the options and have pictures inside. It is a little different from having a cart that roams around which you order from but it allows for a take away option. We had a variety of dishes and each one was flavorful, fresh, with great texture. We really loved both buns and the sui mai, as well as the fried rice, but everything was delicious. We also enjoyed a tea and a milk tea with boba. Having boba tea with dim sum was a great bonus. The only downside may be the price if you want to eat lots of dim sum, but the quality and taste is well worth it. We are very excited to have a dim sum place to visit. Highly recommended and we look forward to our next visit.

Yelp
My daughter and I came here for a lunch on Sunday. The staff were kind and attentive. There was plenty of seating inside. We ordered the bbq pork bao, salt/ pepper tofu, egg tart and shu mai. Remember to check in on the Yelp app and get your free drink. The food was all tasty and we even had some leftovers to bring to mom and little brother. If the prices were lower, we'd definitely be here more... but for now it's a fun special treat.
google avatar

Zuriel L.

Yelp
Every time I come here the food is so yummy. So delicious and fresh. The service is so sweet. Very friendly and welcoming. Ordered crispy chicken dumplings and waited 15 min for my sesame balls cause they ran out. I'm glad I waited because serving fresh was so much better! Only sad thing is... is they stopped serving MATCHA I got a Thai iced tea instead and it was good.

Yelp
Lovely ambiance with Jazz music on the stereo, big windows, sleek design, and well-cleaned/maintained. Lovely service that was quick, kind, and considerate. And, very delicious food at a good price.

Eileen S.

Yelp
Tasty food, good midtown location since the rest are kinda far to the west. Pretty sure it's not made on the premesis, but I don't really expect that in town. Ithought the prices were high for the selection. I'll go back, sometimes I get a craving for dim sum that I don't have to steam over a hot stove.

Yelp
We were in Tucson and Yelp had Go Dim Sum as a featured place to try. When you arrive at the restaurant, you grab a menu at the counter and pick a table to sit. When you're are ready to order, you go back up to the counter, and after a few minutes, the food is brought to your table. We ordered Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai, Shrimp Har Gow, Steamed Chicken Dumplings, etc. We also tried the Pork Soup Dumplings and the Portuguese egg tarts for the first time. The Soup Dumplings were absolutely delicious, with a splash of broth inside the dumpling. The Egg Tarts...the BEST ever. The flaky crust and egg custard made it a perfect desert after the delicious dim sum. We frequently come out to Tucson, and we agreed that Go Dim Sum will be on our go-to list.

Yelp
We were in the mood for dim sum, We looked up places and Go Dim came up, So we decided to try it. It was a cute little place and very clean. The server was really nice and even helped us with ordering our food. Everything was so delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
This is not traditional style with the funky role around carts that you choose from, so the experience is a little different. Still the food is about what you would expect. They have tea...hot, cold, or sweet. I ordered fried shrimp wontons. Fresh, full, delicious! Sesame balls with bean. Yum Yummy dessert. 6 small perfect pieces. Sticky rice wrapped in some leaf. Moist, in the middle was like a type of mushroom I'm not sure but delicious. Warm and comforting. Pork shui mai?? I am butchering this one probably a bit in spelling but sound it out and you know what I mean. Traditional. Thank you. Also don't forget the garlic broccoli! So yummy I would get this every time. I'll try more items next time. Good prices. A must try!
google avatar

Kendra C.

Yelp
I enjoyed this place very much because 1) It's so affordable and that leaves the option to order many things to try. 2) The food and portions are good. 3) The service is excellent. Will be coming back :)

Yelp
What a great spot for some yummy dim sum. The service was great and the food amazing. Love the BBQ Pork steam buns were so good we order two of them.
google avatar

Glenn T.

Yelp
I ordered red bean sesame balls yummm good. The bbq steamed bun was a lot of breading and little bbq. And it didn't taste good. The bbq pastry was deliciously loaded with tasty pork. Pork & shrimp siu mai wasn't tasty and i found a hard unchewable piece of gristle. The pork soup dumplings were disappointing dry and chewy. Nice little store front and clean bathrooms. Probably wud not return.
google avatar

Michelle R.

Yelp
Not your traditional cart crazed dim sum. It's dim sum meets counter service. Honestly a really smart concept, as you don't have to pay out wait staff. Service was fast! The boba is sooooo good. We got milky red bean. Atmosphere: casual! Great for kids. Very clean. Food: Potstickers: standard Chicken feet: YES. BIG FEET. BIG FLAVOR. Red bean sesame balls: I don't like these in general. But husband and kid loved them. Garlic broccoli: good! Steamed, still enough crunch. Soup dumplings: DIDN'T LEAK. GOOD FLAVOR. EASY TO PICK UP. Siu Mai: a little better than standard. Shrimp Har Gao: really good. Good chew. Not too soggy or salty. Will definitely be back!
google avatar

Ed G.

Yelp
Very nice selection of a la carte Dim Sum., in addition to boba teas. This is right next to the Noodleholics on Grant, same co-owners. Friendly service, Modern ambiance.
google avatar

Sunshine J.

Yelp
We walked in kind of on a whim with no real knowledge of the place. We got four or five things, a bit random. Completely blown away. This was stellar. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. Especially blown away by the salted egg yolk buns. Everyone was so nice and the place so clean. LOVED!
google avatar

Gina R.

Yelp
I went on a momma-son date with my two boys and we tried half the menu items. Everything was delicious. The only item I felt could use work was the sticky rice- it wasn't well put together and didn't love the flavor. The popcorn chicken could have been more tender too. We also got boba tea which was tasty. The custard buns, sesame buns and pork buns were cooked to perfection - our favorites for sure. We can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Mark H.

Yelp
what a great place full of great people. went here for lunch hankering for a mix of something something and was delivered. woman working was probably top 5 nicest people i've ever met who immediately suggested her favorite and most popular dishes something i can really appreciate as a first timer anywhere. she also is clearly a hard worker and cares for customers and even gave me suggestions for a meal i could make with my leftovers. was served our food and her recommendations were great, the shrimp har gow felt special and magical. i loved the pork fried rice as well with the slightly singed and abundant egg that made every bite full and added balance. also had some milk tea that i loved in a cool dining area with cool wall art. great food, good prices, A+++ service.

Yelp
Been craving for some dim sum for a while and Go Dim Sum hit the spot! Staff was super friendly and had great service! The restaurant was clean and I loved the decor. And the food was amazing! Their menu is small, but the items they do have they have perfected. I'd go back just for their Portuguese Egg Tarts. And their prices are great, especially for the quality you're getting

Bentley L.

Yelp
Frozen Dim Sum...... its not bad... but its nothing special. The portions are small and everything tastes like its old inventory.... Service is good, and staff friendly.... too bad they dont have a bigger selection.... May or may not return.....
google avatar

Robert C.

Yelp
Great food and great service at a low price. The food comes on a cart and the counter service people are very friendly.
google avatar

Mayu Z.

Yelp
This isn't a traditional dim sum restaurant where they walk around with carts of food, it is counter service and delicious! Lots of options for small "dim sum" bites. I highly recommend the sui Mai (I think it's also referred to as shark fin- although isn't shark) Staff is very friendly and attentive. There is plenty of seating and the restaurant was super clean..highly recommend Go Dim Sum! Perk: they also have fun drinks- bobas, smoothies etc...
google avatar

Jeff David G.

Yelp
A good place to go with friends to try a lot of Chinese Dim Sum items. They are tasty, but I agree with some of the other reviews that it was all too salty. Most dishes came out with 3-6 pieces so it makes it very convenient to share. Everything is authentic and the workers were helpful and a lot of fun to be around. I don't eat pork but ordered almost everything else on the menu. I enjoyed eating most of the food, especially with the chili oil, and loved learning about all of it from the staff. The actual restaurant is clean and modern and adds to the Dim Sum experience.
google avatar

CJ F.

Yelp
Excellent service and very good dim sum. Next time we are in Tucson we will stop here!
google avatar

Melissa G.

Yelp
Love this place the food is always sensational and one can never be too tired of just one dish . Service was welcoming and she put an extra sauce when I had to take food to go. Ambiance was quaint and everything is always pristine and bathroom is always presentable and clean.
google avatar

Yelp
Spectacular place! Seamed to be a family owned or fantastically managed restaurant and the food was fantastic. They served of what I ordered in waves and it was awesome. Totally recommend!

Yelp
Finally dined in after several decent takeout/delivery experiences and the food (unsurprisingly) is even better when served fresh from the kitchen. The space is small and very casual - it gets busy so be sure to get there early or be prepared to order takeout. Our favorites: - BBQ Pork fried rice - recommend if you're looking for a good sized portion and craving something salty - Crispy shrimp wontons - filled with shrimp no extra filler and goes well with the sweet chili sauce; 1 order includes 6 wontons - Salt and pepper tofu - my husband's favorite, lightly breaded with a nice crispy outside but soft tofu on the inside - Portuguese egg tart - if you're looking for something with a hint of sweetness and creaminess, definitely get this The pork and shrimp siu mai, pork soup dumplings, and red bean sesame balls are pretty good as well, but the bao and shrimp dumplings don't particularly stand out. Overall, we have been satisfied with our meal whether it's dine in or take out and are happy to have another dim sum option in Tucson!

Miranda T.

Yelp
The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and the staff was very friendly! We had the bao buns, soup dumplings, tofu, and a bento box. Overall, it was satisfactory. I tried the tai tea to drink and it had a great flavor but the boba was a bit too chewy for my taste. My son tried the toro milk with rainbow jelly which he didn't like. They promptly offered to make another drink which was super nice of them! We declined because I tried the drink and it was exactly as ordered and my kiddo was just being picky. If you're looking for a fast casual restaurant with overall good food this is a great option!
google avatar

Gene T.

Yelp
I enjoyed it. What I had was good! All of it. BBQ Pork Bun! Shrimp Har Gow! Pork & Shrimp Dumpling - Siu Mai! The Pork and Shrimp Dumpling - Siu Mai we're my favorites! Small place. Good to take things to go. However I will try to stay and try more things. A varied menu of drinks and food offers variety for every palate.

Yelp
I had lunch here today with four friends. We ordered nine dim sum items plus a plate of fried rice with egg and pork. It was more than enough for all of us and quite tasty. My only complaint is that the food is too salty. The dim sum items ranged from two pork and cabbage spring rolls ($3.79) to popcorn chicken ($8.49). The overall bill came to $81.50 including tax and tip, or about $16 per person. A bargain, in my opinion, and I usually gripe about restaurants being overpriced. This is an order-at-the-counter place, but they do bring you your food. You eat out of little paper containers. They don't provide a knife to cut the items for sharing; when we asked them for one, it was a big negotiation but they finally gave us a knife. There's nothing special about the decor or service; come for the food. One other negative: they don't have Chinese hot mustard.

Steven W.

Yelp
Food and service was exceptional. Staff greets you warmly and always make you feel welcome. Finding Dim Sum in Tucson is surprisingly easy with great access!
google avatar

Erick D.

Yelp
Glad to see another dim sum option come to town. The food is good but expensive for the portions you get. As I understand they're currently in soft opening. The menu was small and they were sold out of 4 of the menu offerings. It would be great if they offered more variety later on. The restaurant is small, but clean. I would estimate the inside can seat about 22 folks. The patio wasn't too large either. A good dim sum option, but not my first choice in town.
google avatar

Amelia G.

Yelp
The place itself is more spacious than you think. I had an incredible dining experience at "Go Dim Sum"! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The dim sum dishes were absolutely delectable - each bite was bursting with flavor and made with such precision. The buns were steamed to perfection, and the char siu bao had a sweet, melt-in-your-mouth filling. The variety of dumplings and steamed buns left me in awe, and the tea selection complemented the meal perfectly. "Go Dim Sum" is a hidden gem that I can't wait to revisit for more mouthwatering dim sum delights! I ate bbq pork buns, pork soup buns & drank peach tea with Crystal boba. Pork Buns: pork cooked well, the dough was nice and fluffy. They came out right away Pork soup dumplings: Even though they took a little longer but who wouldn't wait for a delicious pork dumpling? Peach Tea: Great flavor, the Crystal boba was a little harder to chew than I expected. Still delicious though.
google avatar

Lynn V.

Yelp
Ambiance: The inside's gotten bigger and they've definitely expanded their space and menu. Service: Efficient and personable. Everyone tries to be very helpful in deciding what to choose and being genuinely friendly! Food: The quality can flux I feel like. Their BBQ pork fried rice use to be my go-to but it seems like the recipe's recently changed. Other standouts include the popcorn chicken and salt and pepper tofu. Their actual dimsum options are average. Overall, there's not too many dimsum options in Tucson tbh, but Go Dim Sum isn't bad!
google avatar

Mark A.

Yelp
I love me some Dim Sum! The Dim Sum was good here but the experience is lacking, meaning the food was good but expensive and it took a lot to make me feel not hungry. It is a at too bright, it's like being in an interrogation room. There are boxes stacked everywhere and you have to go up to the counter for everything, it takes a long time, and I don't think I ever want to go back. I guess I'm a Dim Sum cart type guy, I want that experience. This while the food was good, it did not make up for the lack of service, the lighting, the junk piled up.
google avatar

Connie M.

Yelp
Portuguese egg tarts were delicious. The sticky rice lotus leaf wrap was so tiny. The staff was good. Pork & shrimp sui mai was firm, and I liked it!!! Crispy shrimp wonton was okay. Barbeque pork bun-char siu bao was not recemented; the skin was so thick. It's pricy. The atmosphere was so Hong Kong-style and clean.

Silas K.

Yelp
Amazing food, a place to get fast yet delicious and real Asian/Chinese food that ISN'T Panda Express or Pei Wei. Will be going again

Yelp
Finally we have chance to have a dine-in early lunch after Sunday service. It was not that busy, we order in the cashier then got the seat right away. The food come pretty quick. All the food are delicious. The place is not that big, but nice and clean. So not really good for big group. Great and friendly service. But have not too many choices in the menu. Easy parking.
google avatar

Rachel C.

Yelp
We came in here for a quick dinner before heading to a local theater. The dim sum itself was tasty, as was the accompanying boba drink, but the ambiance is that if the food court at the mall.
google avatar

Jessica A.

Yelp
This place is very cute and a nice restaurant to go for finger food. The crispy chicken dumplings and the steamed chicken dumplings are to die for. They're very tasty. The pork bun was okay. It was my first time having a bao bun so I'm not 100% confident in my review of it but it was good! The filling was somewhat sweet. The one thing I wouldn't get again is the Taro milk tea with brown sugar boba. It was too powdery and grainy and I couldn't even finish it. The service was fast and efficient and I will be back again to try more items on the menu!
