GO DONUTS

Wanted to thank Godonuts for the box of 50! Workers there are really sweet, understanding and willing. I work at a school for District 75 kids and the staff loved the donuts. We hope to order again in the future! They were fresh and super cute. Loved the variety of different flavors!

I wanted to give this a good review so bad 😩 I love black owned businesses but this place was overhyped. To begin with, the wait was extremely long and the staff looked like they were ready to go! (To be fair it was an hour away from closing) but the donuts themselves were not appetizing. They were so small you might as well have thrown them in a bowl with some milk and call it cereal. They did not taste like donuts and were more of a mix of pancake batter/ and funnel cake. You would have to be extremely baked to enjoy these. Will not be going again but I hope they make some changes and continue to succeed!

Man.. this donuts are amazing. Freshly made right infront of you. So many different toppings to choose from. Service was amazing and great prices. Definitely a MUST TRY

Man, I pull up on this spot as an Uber driver, right? I’d seen Cloudy Donuts before — that cinnamon crunch ad hit my Instagram. I don’t even eat donuts like that, but I said, nah, that one look worth trying. Today I had a pickup from them, and soon as I got there, I could feel it — lights outside, the whole setup got swag. They really trying to make everything work. Maybe the lights don’t pull every customer, maybe the swag don’t matter to some — but they giving everything a shot. I love that. First time I picked up from them, the customer told me, “Yeah, I ordered from them before — they good.” Today I had another one — she ordered from their website by mistake, couldn’t pick it up, so she went right back and ordered again through Uber. That tells you the spot got people’s attention. I still haven’t even tried the donuts myself — I don’t do sweets — but man, if you do, go get that cinnamon crunch joint. They doing it right. They giving effort. They giving energy. This the kind of place you want to see win.

The donuts are crazy good. The staff was super kind. Fried chicken and shrimp are the stars of the show. Absolute must haves! Also really kid friendly. Def recommend.

I’ve been waiting to try these donuts mostly because they look so good and the presentation on instagram and that they are black owned but mess I received absolutely horrible they put my donuts in a bag and they were not even mini donuts they were little balla with topping looked an absolute mess I maybe had one donut then I called to ask about presentation the guy on the phone just said oh they are not always donuts the sometimes are munchkins and we ran out of boxes when answered it was just go donuts how can I help no excitement and once I said okay he was just like aight so disappointed I love watching the content and I live in Cali this was so not worth it

wish I could give zero stars. This place has no respect for its customers or the neighborhood. The music is blaring all day, it’s completely unnecessary. Instead of creating an enjoyable atmosphere, it feels like they’re trying to host a nightclub in the middle of the day with no regard for people trying to rest. The service? Even worse. The staff were rude, careless, and downright lazy. Every request felt like an inconvenience to them, and when they finally did acknowledge us, it was with an attitude. Absolutely no professionalism, no friendliness, nothing. This place is a joke. Between the obnoxious music and the terrible service, it’s clear they don’t care about anyone’s experience. Don’t waste your time or money here, you’ll leave frustrated and wondering how a place this bad is even still in business.

I came here for a 50 piece box. The donut batter itself was good, but I feel they skimped out on my toppings. The wait for my large order wasn’t too bad but that’s probably because they threw it together too quickly as the icing and toppings were all over the place. Honestly, I don’t think I’d come back because the donut preparation didn’t make a good first impression. I can’t say they tasted bad, the donuts that were properly topped did taste good but it wasn’t even half of them that were well made.

The Donuts were actually really good however the staff and environment made me not want to come back I believe this business has potential but lacks customer service so I would rate the food 3.5 service 1

Not only is this donut shop black owned . It's so gorgeous inside . A nice variety of donuts with cool topping options , ice cream , and even lemonade. It's a must try located right in Harlem on the east side . The donuts are so tasty . They are open late which is a huge plus for those late night sweet cravings . Everyone who works there is so friendly and polite . Highly recommend

Donuts are actually good, place is chill but customer service was not. Me and my sister ordered 2 orders and they messed both of them up and would not accommodate for their mistake.

Wasn't good at all , service was terrible, very ghetto. I won't be going back. They were playing music the service took long,it was someone in the front smoking weed.

if I can give less than a star I will. From the guy (Glazing the donuts ) talking and raping to the song playing in the back . To the guy flipping donuts w/a chop stick and getting burnt .My order being forgotten and waiting extra time . To the lady who lives in the building next to the place walking out with a shake saying Fu** you forgot my order got me standing there looking stupid . The store being hot. And sold a side of "GO POLLO CHICKEN ONLY" and it be pebbles for 8.00 . it's all wrong .. I won't be going back
