Google
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! good food and good service. parking is VERY HARD TO FIND!!! especially during times when people eat food like lunch and dinner. i spent around ten minutes in the plaza trying to find parking. ended up parking across the street. personally i think the cupertino chain is better than the one in dublin. more flavor.

Emily Wagner

Google
the fish tastes really good! nice selection of toppings and the sauce is good. a large rice bowl is enough to fill two small people, with salad there’s less base due to the space it takes up. i like the veggie scoop a lot compared to other poke places.

Google
The flavors of the sauces ( ponzu/yuzu soy) were light, which some might appreciate for a more subtle taste, but I personally found them a bit too mild, lacking the boldness I typically crave in poke. The selection of non-protein ingredients was also somewhat limited, with not many options to balance out the dish beyond the usual onion and cucumber. One downside was the seared albacore. I was disappointed to find that it still had some bones in it, which made for an unpleasant surprise in the middle of the meal. Overall, the poke was decent, but it didn't quite hit the mark in terms of variety and sauce flavor. I would recommend it for a quick bite, but it's not my go-to choice for a standout poke experience.

Google
The poke here is incredible. I'd say one of the best in the area. I usually get the spicy aioli salmon bowl because salmon is my favorite type of sashimi. All the topping flavors mix so we'll together, I definitely recommend getting poke from here. So good. Also add extra spicy tempura flakes.

Google
Poke was great! Had only one person manning the serving food and cashier. Made lines longer than should have been. They need to hire more people!

Google
Got a large Poke bowl with extra crab and half/half noodles/salad. Was really great and very fresh! Made the order online and it was done exactly as requested. But they did leave to order out and it was a bit warm when I picked it up. Wait was not too bad since I ordered ahead otherwise it would have been ~15-20 min since it was busy. Small dining area and a few outdoor tables. Recommend the plains proteins so you can mix your own sauce (tasted more fresh) instead of the pre-mixed.

Google
I’m a loyal customer of Go fish. I really like it but this time is horrible. I always order a large one so I know how much food in the bowl. This time it only fills 3/2 of the large bowl. In the first scoop of fish, there are only 3 pieces of Tuna. Are you kidding me? Also please take a look at the quality of mix greens. Again. I might go in the future. But this time is 0/5 stars for sure.

Google
Go Fish never disappoints, fresh ingredients with usually fast service. The staff are trying to move the line, but listen attentively. You'll never go wrong with spicy salmon, and they also have a veggie bowl that is yummy. There are a clump of toppings like seaweed and avocado that are a dollar extra each, so be watchful.

Yelp
Located right between the bakery and the market, this poke spot ended up being a great find for a quick lunch. Walked in and was immediately greeted with friendly smiles and some great recommendations from the staff. The ordering process was easy and fast, and everything behind the glass looked super fresh. I went with rice as my base and chose five scoops of fish, including salmon and spicy tuna, and piled on the toppings. The aioli is always my go-to for sauce at any poke place and theirs had a nice balance without being too heavy. What really surprised me was the yam noodles my friend had in theirs. They had great texture, no weird tastes, and held up well with the mix. The place is very customizable so it's easy to make it your own. It's more of a take-out vibe but perfect if you're on the go. The parking lot is a good size too which makes everything more convenient. I'll definitely swing by again when I'm in the area.

Yelp
Go Fish Poke Bar is exactly what I want out of a to-go poke place: conveinient, lots of variety, good quality ingredients, and a reasonable price. Of course, poke is expensive anywhere, but considering how customizable all their meals are, and the amount of fish they give, I feel it more than justifies a lunch out every once in a while as a treat. My experience with the servers has always been good - they really know their menu well, and tend to be generous with toppings amounts. The inside seating is limited, if you do want to eat in, but they have a couple tables, and the shop, though small, is well lit and very modern. Their menu ranges from the simplest possible base + fish, to relatively more complicated seasonings, dressings, and garnishes. In my experience, they ahve something for everyone, regardless of your poke preferences, including a tofu option if you don't feel like fish. Plus it is located in a great shoppping center, with plenty of dessert and drink options right across the parking lot if you aren't already full on your way out!

Yelp
I had a chance to try Go Fish Poke Bar which is kind of like a chipotle but for fresh poke bowls! The ambiance is casual and service is good. For my bowl I got the spicy salmon poke with yam noodles with crab salad. I can say for sure that the fish here is really good and fresh and was well marinated. The yam noodles although a nice healthy options were not my favorite- I think I am definitely a rice girl! Would go back to try more bowls here!

Yelp
It's a small place with limited seating, but I love coming here. I usually get the regular poke to-go with half brown rice and half salad. My go-to proteins are the spicy scallops, sesame gomae shrimp, and the limited-time shoyu poke. I also add onions, masago, ginger, Gilroy garlic furikake, and green onions. So delicious! The employees are always nice and fast too, which makes the experience even better.

Yelp
After trying to find my go-to poke spot in San Jose, I still think Go Fish is the one! Their gomae sesame and chili sesame sauces are things I can't find anywhere else, and they are SO good together. Fish is buttery as always. Portions are mostly consistent. I'd say bowls are cheaper on average than other spots, but you get less variety in toppings.
google avatar

Yuria G.

Yelp
We ordered online this time. I was surprised by how many base options this restaurant had! Usually, you'd expect rice or salad, but they also offered nachos and noodles, which was pretty interesting. I went with a half salad and rice base this time, but I'd love to try the other options next time. The prices were reasonable, and I liked that there were so many toppings to choose from!
google avatar

Irene Q.

Yelp
i love poke. i recently got into it and it does not disappoint. They have quite a selection of fish and toppings. The prices aren't too bad as well and the portion itself was very filling. Tasty!
google avatar

Yelp
Used to be one of my favorite poke spots in the bay, and would even drive 30 min out of the way for it, but been recently disappointed with their price and portion sizes. Ordered a large which comes with 5 scoops of protein. Most other poke spots (shoutout poke house) uses regular ice cream-sized scoopers but go fish poke has swapped out theirs with tiny ones that ive used before for bite size cookies. I will say, however, that the taste is still fresh, and toppings provide a satisfying crunch to an otherwise fatty protein. Just don't be alarmed to feel a little under-satisted for a ~$20 meal

Yelp
Go Fish Poke Bar is the gold standard for poke bowls in the South Bay. I've been coming here since they opened in 2016 and they been knocking it out of the park ever since. It's easily a Top 5 go-to meal for me in all of the San Jose area. The fish is fresh, the portions are generous, and I've received nothing but impeccable service from the staff every time I've been. If you are looking for recommendations, you can't go wrong with the Signature Poke Mix which features ahi tuna and they recently added a new Seared Salmon Shoyu Poke Mix which is equally delicious. I always opt to add avocado as I think it adds a wonderful creaminess to the bowl but it's not essential. If you are getting any of the other fish options you get to choose a sauce to dress it in and I highly recommend the Spicy Togarashi Mayo which provides just the right amount of heat without being overpowering. I've tried a number of other poke restaurants in the area and they just can't quite live up to the standard set by here. My only complaint? That Go Fish isn't located closer to my house so I could go even more frequently, though it's probably a blessing for both my wallet and my waist line.
google avatar

Vanny K.

Yelp
My go to place for poke for the consistency of the fish quality and the condiments. Parking is a little challenging, but you'll get a space somehow if you are patient.

Yelp
Great Poke, great flavors, unfortunate small portions. Overall I enjoyed the Dressed to Impress Poke Bowl and the sauce used was very enjoyable however the amount of fish and seafood included was below my expectations. Pros - Fresh fish and other seafood - The recommended bowls seem well thought out and I would be happy to come back and try the rest of the menu if they start filling the bowls with more rice and toppings Cons - Portion size, there was very little fish and you can see the side walls of an already shallow bowl. There are plenty of other Poke places that I would consider first because of this

Yelp
Came to Go Fish around 1:25pm on a Sunday and it was moderately busy. There were two people ahead of us but we ended up waiting longer than you would expect to order because it seemed like the staff were working on online orders. The inside is a little cramped but cute, and there's a self serve water and condiment station with sriracha and soy sauce packets. Regular bowls (3 scoops of fish) are $15 now, and the large (5 scoops of fish) are I think $18. The regular bowl usually ends up being plenty of food, so despite the temptation of getting a larger variety of fish I try to go for the regular bowl most of the time! I like that they offer scallop, so I always get that, and then I opt for getting the plain tuna and salmon to mix in with my own choice of sauces instead of the premixed poke. All in all, a good selection of pretty good quality poke for a decent price! My go to for poke in the area :)

Yelp
Every visit to this poke spot is a standout experience, and it's all thanks to the amazing team--Ryan, Chef Jared, and Chef Deven. Ryan is hands-down one of the best people you'll ever meet at the front. He always greets us with a smile and makes each visit feel personal--like we've known each other for years. He's thoughtful with suggestions, remembers our favorites, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure we're happy every single time. You can tell he really cares. Big shoutout to Chef Jared and Chef Deven in the back! The house specials they create are next level--fresh, flavorful, and beautifully put together. You can taste the care and creativity in every bite. This place isn't just good food--it's good people. You'll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit. Thank you all for making this place feel like our go-to spot!

Yelp
Go Fish is my favorite poke place! I've DoorDashed from here numerous times (my app says 9 times) lol. Their poke bowls are so good! I always get their yam noodles as my base. These noodles are so yummy that I even called the place to ask where they get their yam noodles from! The fish is always so fresh and tasty too. Their lychee lemonade is also very refreshing.
google avatar

Ashley G.

Yelp
The food here is so good, miso crab is impossible to find on the east coast so this is a must if you're from the east coast!
google avatar

Maggie W.

Yelp
My friend and I ordered online and they gave us such little amount of fish. Our entire bowl was like 80% white rice. I've ordered poke bowls online from other restaurants, and none of them have skimped to the extent that Go Fish has for my friend and I.
google avatar

JoAnn Y.

Yelp
Generously portioned and lots of options. I like their frequent visitor program. The staffis nice and friendly. Small but sufficient dining area.
google avatar

Vika T.

Yelp
Menu is a bit confusing but the service was awesome and fish was fresh! I got recommend their new salmon and I loved it. The spicy miso sauce is great too and the seaweed salad is fresh!

Yelp
I'm not the biggest fan of poke, but decided to give it a try since my boyfriend is a huge fan. This place is small with 1 table and the rest bar style seating around the edges. It's mostly a take out space, but we didn't mind sitting on the bar stools. The service was good! Only 1 guy working the front and 1 guy in the back so be patient if there's a rush. I liked that this place had options for hand rolls and other dishes besides poke. I really liked the sauces here! My boyfriend and I each got a bowl. They had scallops as a choice of protein which I was surprised by. The bowl was super yummy and tasted super fresh. We also opted to get 3 hand rolls, and loved that they came with the seaweed wrap separated so it wouldn't be soggy. All 3 were delicious! (I had the salmon skin, miso salmon, and spicy salmon) One downside is I didn't really understand why you had to pay $0.50 for masago when the bowl was already $15 without tax :( I was super content with our food and was super surprised since the only poke I love and crave are the ones from Hawaii.
google avatar

Michelle C.

Yelp
This place is pretty good! It was a little hard to find as their sign is not on or the light wasn't working. We got in, maybe 15mins until closing lol and they were still really helpful! I got the large with possibly every mix that looked like there was spicy mayo on it, and the tuna shoyu one, and did my own with salmon and spicy mayo. All were good, the shrimp one I would probably skip next time as a personal choice. The inside was decent with a couple places to sit, however, they already had all the chairs up by the time we got there. Will definitely be back! :)

Yelp
We really enjoyed eating at this place, but I think we are done. Something in the last bowl we ordered over the weekend made us sick. Check out the last safety inspection report.

Yelp
I can't think of a better place to get poke in Cupertino than Go Fish Poke Bar. This place is located in the H-Mart plaza in De Anza, so plenty of parking exists. The inside of the place is small, so there's barely any seating. You can order at the front or you can order online and pick up your order to-go (which I recommend) My go-to order is the Regular Fish bowl ($16), which comes with 3 scoops of protein. I usually get a mix of salmon and tuna and pair it with the half sushi rice and half salad side. Go-Fish poke bar also offers a decent selection of toppings from onions to miso crab to furikake. The bowl is very filling and has a great balance of rice, greens, and fish. The fish tastes fresh, juicy, and melts in your mouth in a couple of bites. I come here pretty often, and this place always hits the right spots!
google avatar

Ted R.

Yelp
Portions have gotten skimpier so it's harder to justify. Fish options are more limited than a couple years ago -- mainly just ahi, tuna and salmon. Decent quality. You could do worse, but you could also do better without too much effort and maybe a 10 minute drive.
google avatar

Caroline P.

Yelp
Delicious, fresh and great customer service! The salmon especially was so good! I don't know why people why this place does t have higher reviews.
google avatar

Quoc H.

Yelp
Takeout order: 9/10 Miso Short Rib $16.50 - Short rib was amazing! Portion of meat itself was small because of the large bone but quality was solid! Super tender and juicy and falls right off the bone. Egg was fried medium well so it was still a bit nice and runny. Also wished the bowl came with some veggies and some more sauce from the rib to go with the rice. Good meal to splurge on sometimes but not good value.
google avatar

Grace C.

Yelp
i love that you have the option to choose multiple bases- recently, i've gone with the yam noodles, white rice, and salad mix. i also enjoy the diverse toppings that complement each other really well and taste fresh.
google avatar

Samson H.

Yelp
Ordered two items online with extra avocado and extra seaweed. But after returned home, found that they didn't include extra avocado nor extra seaweed. Need to go back and get the extras...
google avatar

Maggie L.

Yelp
Go Fish is our favorite poke spot. The bowls are flavorful and they have gluten free ponzu.
google avatar

Katie F.

Yelp
Good food. We typically get as delivery, and understand we're paying a premium for the convenience, but the listed price for a side of gomae string beans was $4, which seemed a bit excessive for the tiny little cup they came in. They were a yummy single-serving side. Just not what I expected for the price. So now you will not be surprised either.
google avatar

Marge C.

Yelp
Fresh Poke Bowl place, with the main protein choices, and good amount of toppings to choose from at a middle range price per bowl. They have choices of 3 scoops and 5 scoops of proteins. Tried the salmon, tuna, and house tuna. They're all good. They have rice or greens options for the base. For the toppings, they have guacamole for an extra charge. Also seaweed cost extra. The rest are included - crab meat, onions, cucumbers. Jalapenos, masago, ginger, garlic, furikake. I do wish there were corn, mangoes, and beans options. Other than that, it was good and fresh. Definitely one of my reliable Poke Bowl places.

B S.

Yelp
I come here for what I consider the best poke bowls in the South Bay. Generous portions, great variety of sauces and fish options. I'm usually grabbing and going or ordering via DoorDash while at work- so ambiance is not an element here - clean and fresh but small place; Redwood City branch a bit more cozy for eating in IIRC. Service efficient and courteous. Overall a great value and uber tasty!
google avatar

Anne C.

Yelp
My favorite poke spot! It's a small space but their offerings are amazing! For poke - I usually get their regular poke that comes with 3 proteins. I always get the Gomae Sesame Shrimp, salmon and tuna. Sometimes I switch the tuna with the scallops. Over sushi rice with crab and cucumbers. Fresh fish for sure and their Gomae Sesame is just so good! They have tons of toppings as well. If I don't feel poke, I get their short ribs. It comes with rice and topped with egg. Delicious! Today, I was in a hurry and just got some hand rolls. Bacon of the sea (salmon skin), Crab and Furikake Salmon. They have mochi ice cream and their spam musubi is made to order.
google avatar

LeeLee C.

Yelp
Fish is fresh and the kids meal is very good value. They added hand rolls and I was excited to try it. Nori is crunchy and the proportion of fish, avocado and rice is right, only complaint is that the wrapping is so stupid. It literally makes you peel off the sticker and re-roll yourself after taking the seaweed out of the plastic wrapper. Portion of the bowls are not that big, Paradise Poke off 280 and Lion City plaza is better in value.
google avatar

莹

Yelp
Very rude, and the portion so small. I ordered large bowl but the guy always said extra will pay extra. The large bowl just filled half it. Very disappointed experience! I was the loyalty customer and only this week I came here fourth times! That's the attitude your store back to me! I won't came here again!!!
google avatar

Christopher S.

Yelp
Good poke and has all the standard options and then some for meats. The large bowl has a decent amount and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Service was nice as well. Inside is smaller so I'd recommend taking it to go, and parking can be tight
google avatar

Claire L.

Yelp
This spot is pretty good for a quick lunch or dinner. Their fish is always fresh and they have a good variety of toppings! Sometimes there is a little bit of a line and it can take a while, the store is also quite small so I would recommend taking your food to go. The sushi and brown rice are both a nice texture and my personal favorite fish is their signature tuna blend that is nice and flavorful. I will say that their portion sizes may be a bit small for some people and some employees are stingy with the scoops, but I think it is still a decent amount.
google avatar

Melissa P.

Yelp
Go Fish portion size has gotten super tiny here which is so sad because we love the flavors of poke and toppings. It's probably shrunk down to 1/2 the size of before and prices have increased.

Dirk S.

Yelp
Standard poke, nothing special. 18 bucks. Would be nice to get a thank you for tipping once in a while.
google avatar

Casey M.

Yelp
This spot is fast and delicious. The reason for four stars is the portions and sushi rice. The portions are tiny on everything besides the base. I got sushi rice as the base because well, it's my favorite. The rice was actually just sticky white rice and unseasoned. It was easy to tell there was no vinegar or sugar in the rice. Great for those on a diet but I was looking to indulge. The staff was friendly and helped me throughout the ordering. Also, yellow tail is blacked out on the menu and no longer available. I was hoping to get that so wanted anyone else who likes that to know too.

J. P.

Yelp
I've ordered takeout from this location many times. The quality and the service are good. I especially like the hand rolls and the miso short rib. Most recently I ordered a side of Asian slaw, a side of gomae string beans and a side of sunomono salad. They're $4.00 each. See photo. I was disappointed with the size of the sides. Otherwise, I love this place.

Naomi H.

Yelp
Service was great, friendly and let me use the restroom before I ordered anything. The worker was attentive to me ordering and when I walked up to the counter, was ready to take my order. This spam & egg musubi is good too.
google avatar

Elvis L.

Yelp
Def a solid spot for poke. Do I wish it was cheaper? Yes but don't we all am I right. Consistently pretty good. Also next to 85c if you want boba or a lil treat or smth too so pretty good combo
google avatar

Alexis M.

Yelp
At this stage of the game, I consider myself about that "Poke Connoisseur" life. I've become somewhat obsessed with Bay Area poke restaurants. I'm trying to stay healthy and stay thin while still experimenting on that "raw fish" life. To-go sushi is where I've flexed my niche. Go Fish Poke Bar does not hit on the levels of what's considered *my* level of Poke "fannism" (I promise you, I am not a snob. And I'll tell you why) ... First off, there were not enough employees working to keep up with the demand. I have no idea what the inside degree of demand looks like. I just know, there was one group and one solo individual in line in front of me, yet it took more than 7 minutes for me to be called to the forefront for my order to be taken. In a Chipotle, chain like restaurant, you want to pride yourself on quick, efficient service. The quickness was lacking. This place was also missing key ingredients and options for me. No edamame, no mango, no imitation crab or other pertinent offerings that other basic poke joints offer. "Go Fish" isn't bad... but it has has a ways to go before being considered really good.
google avatar

Elizabeth L.

Yelp
This restaurant is tucked into an Asian grocery shopping plaza and it's very small. I wouldn't recommend dining in here as there are barely any tables to sit and eat. Having no expectations before coming here, I'm pleasantly surprised by how good it is. The fish are really fresh and good quality. Their bowls include a base, cucumber, onion, fish, and toppings. I recommend their salmon and tuna fish. The cashiers were so nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back whenever I'm craving poke!
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
First, let's get all the covid details out of the way. The shop is a little smaller so they only allow 3 customers in the store at once. They smartly placed a napkin dispenser outside where the queue forms so you can grab one to open the door with. On the inside, they have placed chairs in front of the ordering counter to stop people from getting too close to the employees and the poke assembly area. Payment is handled on a touch screen and they have styluses for you to use that are sanitized (there's separate holders for clean and dirty ones). To avoid dealing with all this, you can order ahead online. The order ahead orders are sitting right by the door when you enter to the right so you can grab and go which is really convenient. As for the actual poke, it was quite good. The only thing I was surprised about was how basic the available toppings were - no fun or frivolous toppings like mango, different seaweed, edamame, etc. The avocado also has an extra charge. It was still tasty though hence the good rating.
google avatar

Carolyn D.

Yelp
I'm new to the world of raw fish so I researched hard before choosing my next poke experience. In the past I always get shrimp or octopus (which they don't have here sadly!!) but this time I got the 2 scoops of poke house special, and a scoop of salmon. The fish was good BUT the topping choices are so limited! Plus the seaweed costs extra. I'm used to there being some choice of fruit (pineapple or mango or both) for my poke bowl but that wasnt an option here. It's also a bit pricier than other poke shops. Also I read a couple of reviews regarding the service but I had no problems when I came. The servers were pretty normal. But I'm not sure if I'll come back given theres other poke options nearby with a larger topping selection

Amy I.

Yelp
I thought prices were super reasonable until they started prepping. SUPER small portions (baby scoops). Not a lot of toppings. Krab scoop was on the mushy side. I've been to the Redwood City one and it was way better. Not sure if quantity and quality for the chain has decreased over time or if it's just this location. Would not recommend.
google avatar

Gamielle R.

Yelp
Went here for lunch and everything was fine till an hour later I got food poisoning and hives that my area around my eyes had a purple rash. I threw up 3 times till everything I ate was out of my system. Either the quality control of the fish was bad or the person who handled my order was not clean. Worst feeling ever!
google avatar

Esther K.

Yelp
Was really excited to try this place tonight since I've heard so many good things about this place and this place was really good! We ordered online and picked up in person. Unlike many other places, they don't pile and drawn your poke in sauce, they serve just right amount! but I just really wished that they didn't skimp out on their fish scoops and their toppings (?) My order was three scoops of fish & I got two salmon and one seared albacore. I counted and I got 4 pieces of albacore tuna in total for the scoop.... it was very easy to distinguish because the seared albacore had a totally different texture. I also ordered my base as half rice and half salad and there were only a few pieces of greens.... Overall, even though they got the proportion to sauce ratio right along with the fresh fish I'd have to take off stars for the bowl just being so small compared to other poke places I've been to for the same price. Unless this is changed I probably wouldn't come back here
