On the Grid : Make Out

"Make Out is a vegetarian spot that’s new to the neighborhood. It’s in downtown Culver City, right across from the Culver Hotel. Matthew Kenney, plant based chef and cookbook author, is the owner of this hip eatery. When you combine MAtthew and KEnney you get “MAKE”. It’s catered to the takeaway lunch crowd, so that’s where the “OUT” comes in. Most of the menu is pre-made, but other salads and smoothies can be made to order. If you’re really trying to step your health game up, you can stop by on the weekend for some yoga. Namaste." - Rapt Studio

Where to Find Barista Competition-Worthy Signature Coffee Drinks Around Los Angeles - Eater LA

"Kyle Glanville and co-founder Charles Babinski (no longer with the company) are both former U.S. Barista Champions, so it’s only fitting that Go Get Em Tiger offers a multifaceted signature drink. The Business & Pleasure is a three-part experience at the growing company’s nine coffee bars that features espresso they roast in nearby Vernon, refreshing fizzy hoppy tea, and a frothy espresso drink shaken with house-made almond & macadamia nut milk, simple syrup, and ice that baristas strain and sprinkle with ground espresso beans." - Joshua Lurie

Compared to the Santa Monica outlet, the Culver City one was surely my pick. Huge open space even with nicely shaded patio in front. The contemporary design got me hooked and the fact that the indoor space was so chilly made it perfect for summer days. Their Iced Almond Macadamia Latte intrigued me especially since I mostly went plant based alternative for my latte, also knowing it’s apparently very popular. The default seemed to be unsweetened as when I ordered I was asked if I wanna get it ‘Sweety’, which was their jargon for sweetened (throw me away at first). I got it sweetened but I’d say the sweetness was kinda subtle; I might even prefer slightly more. Almost forgot to mention, they did serve it hot which I tried and was fond of.

Located in the beautiful One Culver building. The matcha was excellent, but the avocado toast and scrambled eggs were just okay. Service was very good

Google
I met a friend here for lunch/breakfast on a Sunday, which made it easier to find parking around the neighborhood. You order at the counter and then pay and then they bring your food to you. I definitely like this spot because it wasn’t as crowded as next-door and I don’t like places being too packed! But I am surprised that it wasn’t packed because the coffee was absolutely delicious and avocado toast with the egg was amazing! I feel like maybe people more so grab their coffee and go. They have a nice patio to sit at outside and they also have some tables on the inside as well. I definitely want to go back for more! They were also really nice and helpful at the counter.

The customer service was good, no complaints really, My drink was made pretty fast. I ordered a small hot Almond Macadamia Latte. It was not good to me at all, the coffee actually tasted burnt. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my drink.

Google
I love the coffee and enjoy their food. But I've found a hair in my prepared food twice. In a burrito a few months back and today in the box with my heirloom tomato bagel. Luckily the pastries are really good.

Google
Go Get Em Tiger in Culver City has been my go-to spot for years. It quickly became my unofficial office — a place where I could grab a great coffee, meet with colleagues, and reset between projects. These days, even though my role has evolved, GGET is still a key part of how I run my day. I’ll host business guests outside, stacking meetings one after another to maximize my time efficiently. The setup is perfect: relaxed enough to keep conversations flowing, but professional enough to make a strong impression. Plus, the coffee and food never miss. The team here keeps everything moving smoothly, and the energy is exactly what you want for productive, creative work sessions. I can’t recommend it enough — whether you’re grabbing a quick cold brew or laying out plans for your next big move.

Google
Went for a breakfast at this place. Ordered to go. The very first thing I really liked about the place was friendly staff, they were so welcoming and nice. I got orange juice which was delicious, I did try to take a picture but I don't think pictures will do justice. I also got the chipotle burrito which was super filling and had lot of great flavors. I am definitely coming again to try more items on the menu.

Yelp
Go Get Em Tiger has good vibes and an open air feel while serving delicious breakfast and artisan coffee. Even with a mid morning buzz, the staff was efficient and friendly. I ended up with a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, complimented with a whole milk cappuccino. The bacon had a great smoked flavor and the bun wrapped all of these ingredients into a satisfying sandwich. I'm a baseball fan so seeing the Dodgers Bobbleheads "supervising" the going-ons of breakfast was a plus!

Yelp
The prices are too damn high. Like head shaking wtf am I doing high. But other than that, love it here. Corporate demand and turnover must have pushed out a lot of the baristas I used to love seeing, but still some super homies working and service is always kind from the counter to back of house. Most consistent chai, not as luxurious in flavor profile as super domestic but get the iced oat chai with extra chai to make it a bit spicier. Everything is good but just feels like it's on mob shakedown prices.

Yelp
Ambiance: it's super spacious inside, with stylish decorations on the floor, cozy tables and chairs Service: fast and friendly, although the ordering system is less organized, it could be a hassle during busy hours by calling out the drinks without marking any names for the drinks Drink: simple menu options TURMERIC ALMOND MACADAMIA - **** bright colors and bold ginger flavors, recommend Price: small portions, standard 8oz, surcharge for 12oz, cost about $8 per drink after tax and tip

Yelp
Great coffee at Go Get Em in Culver City! I ordered the Espresso Tonic and was really impressed by how smooth and refreshing the drink was. They also have a variety of pastries available as well. The atmosphere inside is spacious and very modern, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Although there is no dedicated parking lot, theres street parking and neighborhood parking available. Service is quick and friendly whenever I stop by. I didn't see any outlets but the cafe is conveniently located within One Culver, a workspace with ample seating and outlets available for those looking to get some work done. Overall highly recommend Go Get Em tiger in Culver for anyone looking for quality coffee!

Yelp
As a matcha lover, I was apathetic about Go Get Em Tiger's matcha. There are much better matcha lattes in LA. I visited on a Sunday afternoon, and the store was mostly empty. The store interior was beautiful and sunny, a perfect peaceful study spot. I ordered the Iced Honey Matcha Latte. I wanted to love it, but I just didn't. The matcha taste was so faint, and the honey flavor did not come across. The Vegan Strawberry Muffin was much better. I loved the chewy consistency of the inside, and the strawberry pieces added a fresh bite. I don't know if I would come back here for the matcha - it was an unmemorable experience. However, I did enjoy studying here

Yelp
Heard about this shop for a couple years and decided to try the Culver location since we were in the area. Service was friendly and the space was beautiful, they had a bunch of people inside and a long line so I was excited. I came for their latte and it was not good at all. Not sure if it was an off day but it was bitter and very, very sour, so bad that I tossed it and went across the street to the place with no line and got a spectacular latte there.

Yelp
I came to grab a cup of coffee after having a late lunch with my mom at Sōgo Roll Bar. I ordered the almond macadamia latte which ran about $7.50 after tax and tip. The drink itself was really good. It's a smaller coffee shop with a few seats outdoors. I imagine on a nice warm day, it's ideal to work out there. It's also very dog friendly. They were able to bring out my drink relatively fast even if they had a long line. A cute place to go grab coffee in the East Hollywood area.
google avatar

Sian S.

Yelp
I'm so sorry but this was by far the worst matcha latte I've had in my entire life -- and it was $8, too. Now before everyone comes from me, I know this isn't what Go Get Em Tiger is known for, but I do think that if you're going to charge nearly $10 for a drink it should not taste like dirt. I genuinely could not finish my drink.
google avatar

Diane M.

Yelp
Pricey $$$- a 12 oz turmeric latte was almost 8 dollars, so I won't be back often, but it was delicious for a once in a while treat. There's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and it's a nice space for a coffee date or catching up with friends. Service was very quick the day I visited, but they weren't that busy that day.
google avatar

Heeju S.

Yelp
Great place to get coffee and do work or chat with friends. They have a nice seating area, both indoors and outdoors, with free WiFi. If you get the filter coffee, you can get refills during your stay which is awesome!!

Yelp
Quick, nice service. No frills. Nice clean environment. Great place for a quick drink and a chat.

Yelp
Facing out towards Washington Blvd., you can't miss it nestled next to HomeState. Parking is sufficient, but don't skip out on reading the signs. You can safely get away with parking across the street in the residential area for at least two hours. There is outdoor seating available located directly in front of the the coffee shop as well as in. I got a turmeric macadamia nut latte ($7 x one size only), and I'm currently smitten. I used to get something like this number from Whole Foods years ago, and I am overcome by acute nostalgia. I've officially been reignited. The barista took my order from an iPad, and I was able to Apple Pay. The plus to this place, is the courtyard situation. Exit right, and you'll find yourself in a hallway situation. Continue straight, and you end up in an indoor outdoor workspace area. Free wifi, mini golf, comfy chairs, tables, bar chairs and islands await you. It's quiet enough to read a book, take a call, and cute enough to meet up with someone for a cute catch up. I came here on a hot day, and it wasn't overbearing inside even in a sun soaked spot. On the contrary, if you do happen to go with a shaded area, bring a jacket, hoodie, or whatever your apparel of choice may be to keep you warm.

Yelp
So it was my first time trying here... Never heard of it until my friend mentioned it. We were on the mood to get a drink so that we could chit chat in the outside seating they had available. I wished that we had gotten there earlier to try some of their baked goodies and savory goodies but they closed at 4pm and all food ended at 3pm... We missed the food by 30 minutes. The cashier was friendly and explained to us that in order for us to order anything that we had to order through their app... Or online. Uuummmmm... It didn't mention any of this when I looked them up in Google. Other than that the service was alright. The drinks were ok as well.

Yelp
Killer bean and cheese burrito. Bun Bun is delicious and indulgent. Coffee is consistently good, but it's the burrito that has me coming back.

Yelp
GGET is a great coffee shop chain with locations throughout LA. This one located in Culver City is a great compliment to the local neighborhood. There is no parking lot, but street and neighborhood parking is available. Once you walk in, you'll see a spacious and modern interior with lots of outdoor or indoor seating options. They open at 6am so it's a great way to start off your day with some coffee and/or pastries. For those looking to try some of their hot breakfast items, they don't serve those until 7am. Overall, the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. This is a great place to get some work done, socialize with some friends, or just to grab a quick coffee and go.

Yelp
It's so difficult to find a place that has a house made milk. The brands most of places carry have lots of additives, inflammatory oils, and allergens. I was so happy to learn that here they made their own nut milk! I got back from Europe not long ago and noticed that the coffee tasted very similar to theirs - it was so smooth and strong but not overpowering - I think I could drink 5 of these lattes all at once. Thank you for existing :)
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious breakfast burrito and good egg sandwich! This place also looks like Tati's "Playtime".
google avatar

Nami A.

Yelp
What a cute lil coffee shop! The vibes are immaculate, the drinks are YUMMY, and the baristas are perfect!!! It's seriously the cutest place to hang out with friends and enjoy delicious drinks. Also, their merch is absolute FIRE!!!

Yelp
Not going to lie initially drove to this area to buy sandos at Konbi -- they're permanently closed btw A friend gifted me a bag not too long ago, I was impressed with the note from the founder, I thought little details like that make the business special. Came in and noticed that this is the 2nd coffee shop in LA that has herringbone floors, must be a thing right now. Feels like a bar when ordering a drink. The barista (sort of) makes it in front of you (like Philz-ish). Barista was nice (enough), the usual hipster LA coffee shop feelzzz. Got myself an espresso tonic, liked it. Perfect balance of bubbly, coffee (which was brewed great) and orange/tangerine. Cool architectural seats that are very IG worthy but probably isn't too comfty after a long time, which I guess isn't bad from a business perspective lol.

Eleanor S.

Yelp
I only had an iced latte here, and it was nothing to write home about. Service is nice and friendly. Indoors is really loud, so I sat outside. Parking is TERRIBLE!!!!! I paid $9 for my latte then another $20 for parking, bc they do NOT VALIDATE!!!!! Every other store in One Culver validates EXCEPT here. Street parking is hard to find too.
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
The fizzy tea (on tap) is refreshing. Today I had kumquat fizzy. It's good, not too sweet. Even if you ask for light ice they still fill the cup half with ice. The macadamia iced latte is good, again always too much ice. I ordered the turmeric macadamia drink thinking it was a latte with coffee. It's not. No coffee. They changed it for a plain macadamia latte. The breakfast foods are good here. The outdoor seating is nice. While I gave it 4 stars, I'll probably not return unless I'm at a meeting nearby.
google avatar

Kristine M.

Yelp
Visiting a few of the GGETs around L.A., the Culver City location has a lot going for it. 1-a variety of drip coffees 2-the open space layout is more inviting to hang out coffeehouse style 3-There are plenty of windows to soak in natural sunlight A homeless man came in asking for a cup of coffee and I was happy to see that the barista gracefully helped the man to a fresh pour. While I trust and choose GGET for my cup of coffee, that choice is based on familiarity, trust and ease of finding a convenient location. A star is lost because GGET lacks creativity, and the locations lack consistency. With that being said, GGET understands that they don't need to recreate the wheel to deliver a great cup coffee.
google avatar

Yvette S.

Yelp
Just alright coffee. Nothing spectacular, although I truly wish I understood the hype with this place.

Tc E.

Yelp
The place is fine; the people are sweet... They shake the lattes.... This I will never understand. For the love of all things espresso, WHY? This is, aside from having a total lack of taste for deliciousness 1st thing in the morning when all is good, great...And then...Dum da da dum ...Oh Comon!..The entire espresso morning experience, at nearly $7.00 a pop is now a wash.
google avatar

Yelp
This has become one of my go to weekend coffee shops! It's centrally located near downtown Culver; which makes it the perfect place to study on a weekend. After an active morning working out or shopping nearby, I like to stop here to study for a few hours then go out for drinks/dinner in downtown culver immediately after. Making for a super productive weekend. They have bot indoor and outdoor seating for your liking. There is a huge window that allows for a naturally lit indoor experience as well. The drink selection is vast and they have plenty of nondairy alternatives. The staff is polite and knowledgeable about the menu, and they are dog friendly. It's really hard to beat a place like this.
google avatar

Miranda M.

Yelp
That was an exceptional breakfast burrito. I got the egg, bean, and cheese. You can tell they use real dry beans (instead of canned) and all the ingredients tasted fresh and homemade. It comes with two mild salsas - one is green and one is red (and definitely has a chipotle/smokiness to it) - both were delicious. Service was friendly. Food was prompt. And they open at 6 AM which is great for an early bird like me. I get that it's a bit pricy for a breakfast burrito - but it's quality.

Bryan R.

Yelp
I love going to this place! It has an amazing looking interior filled with natural sunlight and the staff are really nice. Even though the coffee menu isn't very expansive, it still tastes very good and is great quality. My personal favorite is actually their Amerciano, they make it so well!
google avatar

Cayla G.

Yelp
I've been to several of the Go Get 'Em Tiger locations and they have all exceeded my expectations. The staff is kind, quick, and knowledgeable about their beans. I had the banana bread last time I was there and it was out of this world. I'm normally a harsh critic when it comes to banana bread as I make it often from a family recipe, but theirs may have been better! I love the furniture and lighting in all of their locations. It's perfect for meeting friends or curling up with a book.
google avatar

Natalie K.

Yelp
Really enjoyed my drip coffee here! It is more of a medium/light roast blend. Just the type of drip coffee I like. Not too dark and well-balanced cuppa. Didn't try any of the other drinks but they have the usual variety of espresso drinks. Non-dairy milk like oat milk is available. The store itself has a pretty open concept/ feel & lots of daylight from large windows! Decent amount of seating as well. Not that many pastries available (and limited vegan options for treats). They also sell their beans and some other goodies like granola, apparel. Go Get 'Em Tiger is abbreviated as GGET- which is part of their branding! Overall cool coffee shop with nice vibe and good coffee. Good for a casual hang out.
google avatar

Kariann T.

Yelp
Their chai is AMAZING, and so are their hot chocolates. I really enjoy this place and coming here. The sun shines through very bright as well so it's great to get work done here.
google avatar

Kevin L.

Yelp
Got a breakfast burrito and a espresso tonic. Espresso tonic was great and had a hint of citrus that made it refreshing. The breakfast burrito was decent, has good flavor but was pretty dry and kind of small for the price. Over solid but could definitely do better on the burrito.
google avatar

Ashley J.

Yelp
2 stars cause this could've been better, especially for price range. The drinks were not that flavorful - latte was plain and the turmeric macadamia had no macadamia taste and the sprinkle of pepper on top killed it. I had a scratchy throat for 20 minutes after because of sipping into this and getting straight pepper pieces. It needs to be boiled in, not used at all, or a fully grounded pepper instead of chunks. The blueberry corn muffin however is 5/5!
google avatar

Rhiannon K.

Yelp
I visited this location last week when friend invited me to get coffee with them here. It's such a cute spot with indoor and outdoor seating! Parking was difficult to find since it's off a main street and around all the business centers. The service here is excellent. The staff are all very friendly and were informative when I was looking at the menu. I ended up getting a oat milk latte and my friend got a B&P (business and pleasure): espresso shot, fizzy tea, and an iced macadamia (something) latte. Both drinks were so good! I'm bummed I didn't try any of the foods here because I heard they were really good and also looked delicious. I'll be back next time when I have an appetite.

Nicole T.

Yelp
Awesome breakfast burritos. I also really love their BLT. Lattes are amazing. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Shanelle S.

Yelp
Cute coffee spot with multiple locations across LA. Came to the Culver City location on Sunday morning pre-Culver Stairs and got a chai with oat milk. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well as takeout. They do have food. Credit cards accepted. Metered street parking or parking garage available. They'll call out your order once ready so keep an ear out while you're waiting. The place is spacious and bright.
google avatar

Rosie M.

Yelp
Great place for coffee and a breakfast burrito! Quick in and out and causal place to go!
google avatar

Yelp
Wow. I am so impressed with the customer service! I was immediately greeted when I arrived As I stood back to check out the menu, a roaming staff member checked in with me and directed me to a smaller more detailed menu The same staff member gave me recommendations and got my order started while the cashier (the person who greeted me) was ringing someone else up They even helped me change my food over to the to-go option when something came up Everyone was so friendly and helpful! It all felt so nice. On top of that: The avocado English muffin breakfast sandwich was FIRE. The roasted tomatoes were a nice touch that added something I haven't experienced in regular coffee shop options. The bread was soft on the inside and crispy-edged. The eggs were luxurious. All about it. I also got the Grapefruit Fizzy Hoppy Tea. Had a little of a kombucha vibe. It was refreshing and delicious. Would go back anytime for anything

Yelp
- Locale Destination - It's on Washington Blvd and Madison Ave in Culver City. It's in a big office building, first floor. Right by Sony picture studio. Ambiance: Simple, modern, casual. Very roomy. Lots of seating inside and outside. Menu: Coffee, tea, pastries, light meals. Service: Quick and friendly Parking: Walk a few blocks for street parking. Limited. - Gluttony Expedition - Cappuccino: lighter body, lots of acidity, ground bean "coffee" after taste. Smooth and mild overall. Chorizo breakfast burrito: it's smaller size than usual, but perfect. Great flavor with nice kick of spiciness. Great! English muffin with scrambled egg and avocado: It's a bit hard to eat but cooked well. Good. - Conqueror's Deduction - Food: 4 stars. Coffee: 3 stars. I'll come back for food, but not so much for coffee. I think it's a decent coffee (definitely better than average), but I still prefer "Blue bottle", which is heavier, smoother and creamier well-round coffee. Foods are actually tasty, well-portioned (which means a bit smaller than usual, but perfect size for me).
google avatar

Phillip L.

Yelp
The macadamia latte always hits the spot and has been consistent regardless of who has been making the drink so you know they have a solid team there. I also had the breakfast burrito and it totally hit the spot. There's outdoor seating if you want some fresh air which is great and if you prefer there usually plenty of indoor seating since people don't stay too long. Plenty of foot traffic so its not one of those come do work at this cafe, coffee shops BUT it is located adjacent to the One Culver building which does have a space to work from if you feel inclined to do so. Big thank you to the GGET team, I appreciate all you do every time I stop by.
google avatar

Kevin L.

Yelp
Busy. Nice ambiance, good service. The person who waited on me was fascinating to watch. A real mixologist. Staff were pleasant, joking and in good spirits given just how busy they were.
google avatar

Maite M.

Yelp
The staff is very friendly and their coffee is so good! I appreciate that they serve oat milk here, as most of their other locations don't. I also like to pick up their beans and cometeer frozen coffee pods. Seating is available both inside and outside. I recommend walking, parking can be tricky.
google avatar

philip s.

Yelp
A no-frills coffee place the best place about It is the environment. Nice place to sit outside or inside, but the Coffee itself could use help it's not great, but it's not the worst I've ever had. Very limited pastry selection just a random coffee espresso place if you have no other place better to go, then sure come here. Helpful hint is if you want good coffee in Culver City go to the Conservatory for Coffee And Tea or if you want another place go to intelligentsia coffee as well

Yelp
I love living so close to so many excellent coffee purveyors! GGET or (Go Get 'Em Tiger) has 8 locations around town, so pick the one closest to you :) The staff is very personable and professional and their menu is delicious. I usually get the oat milk cappuccino, but one day they were out of oat milk! In the spirit of community, Tyler suggested two nearby coffee places that would satisfy my preference and I appreciated that very much. Daniela also offered a gift one day after seeing me come in several days a week (thank you)! Their blueberry corn muffin is the only sweet I have tried and I liked both the texture and the restraint of sugar use in the muffin. When I can't really eat much, I order the granola with oat milk and I am always happy with the lighter coconut granola and gigantic golden raisins in it! A slightly more substantial breakfast is their scrambled eggs and biscuit with a side of avocado for $11 with a fermented hot sauce that is addictive! Their protein breakfast for $13 includes the perfect scrambled eggs, brilliant bacon, side salad and avocado. An ideal meal for those who love this combo :) Their breakfast sandwich is what I grab on the go, made with their homemade English muffin, sausage, egg, roasted tomatoes and spicy aioli for $9 this is a perfect choice when you are not too hungry but need to sustain yourself until lunch. Lunch can be the chicken avocado sandwich for $12 on beautiful Bub and Grandma's focaccia with frisée. Their burger for $12 is 5 ounces of old fashioned nostalgia, with Cooper's American cheese, caper aioli, grilled onions, and butter pickles. Get smashed potatoes on the side for $4 and then call your cardiologist :) For hunger pangs, their burrito for $12 with bacon, avocado, eggs is the way to go. The only salad at the Culver City location is the chicken kale caesar for $15 . It's easy to get to GGET, but the quality ingredients, deft use of them, and the wonderfully personable staff are the main reasons I keep going back.

Yelp
First time impression: Food: Egg, Avo and bacon burrito - 7/10 * Their scrambled eggs are very runny...it feels like they are mixed with something. Its preference, but didn't feel right in the burrito. It's a small burrito too... Drink: Homemade Chai - 8/10 * I need a hint of spice in my chai. Didn't get much spice but still good. Wifey got a drink and food too. Total was $48. Kinda pricey for what you get.

Yelp
A great coffee shop to go to get some work done! There is plenty of seating available, and the glass windows offer lots of natural sunlight inside. The staff was also very friendly, and quick with serving my Hot Mocha Latte with oat milk and Bacon Breakfast Burrito. In my opinion, the coffee and burrito was average as they didn't stand out for me. However, I wouldn't mind coming back to this shop as it has a great environment to work in with friendly staff.

Yelp
Great low key spot in downtown Culver City, good clean, wholesome, organic and locally sourced ingredients. Coffee and tea with some unique options. I had the turmeric latte and it was delicious. Could have been better if it was hotter so make sure to mention extra hot. Indoor and outdoor seating. I had the overnight oats with chia and berries - was yummy. Order at the counter and they'll bring it to your table. Servers are friendly.

Yelp
If you want a comfortable place to study or work, this is it. I walked in on a Sunday at noon after a exercise sesh. The facility itself is really spacious and I enjoyed the service. I was having problems connecting to the wifi the first few minutes as they share wifi with the whole complex. The oat latte was just okay and I am not sure it's worth $7. Burrito was also very tiny and salsa had no spice whatsoever. Overall a nice place but a bit overpriced. Would recommend just having a coffee and no food.

Yelp
I first came here because someone whose food opinions I really trust recommended it, and I have now been a couple of times because I had such a great experience. I love this particular location because it's spacious and warm and cozy with lots of seating. It's the perfect place to hang out and chat with a friend or do some work. I park on a residential side street and walk over, but the signs in the residential area should definitely be read in their entirety if you choose to do the same, because I believe there are qualifications to parking there without a permit. My first visit was in 2021 just after BTS's Permission to Dance on Stage in LA. I was meeting up with a friend who was in town for the concert, and they showed up in a BTS sweater. The barista who took our orders was also a fan, so they ended up giving us a couple of pastries on the house and even played us a few BTS tracks while we were there! The pastries were soooo delicious and sweet, which worked out well because I think the drinks here tend to be a bit on the less sweet side. Drinks come in mugs and glasses by default unless you ask for to-go, which I like. I believe I've had the housemade chai and the almond macadamia latte, so next time, I would love to try their fizzy hoppy tea as well as the food for once!

Yelp
For as good as the food was, Go Get Em Tiger is in a bit of an awkward location in Culver City. It's on the bottom of a big office building next to some medical facilities, where there's seating outside for customers to enjoy on a nice day. The place was busy around 11:00 AM, but the employees were working fast and efficiently to get the food out. We had a big order so I was excited to see how the plates looked/tasted. The menu isn't huge for breakfast, but the Breakfast Burrito and Protein Brekkie looked most enticing. I went with the breakfast burrito, which was absolutely fantastic. The ingredients all work really well together, highlighted by perfectly cooked chorizo, scrambled eggs, and potatoes. Though I wasn't a fan of the side of the side of salsa and didn't think it added much to the burrito. While the acidity was nice, the flavors were off. The burrito was excellent, and to be honest, one of the best I have had. I hope to be back soon to get my hands on that Protein Brekkie, which looks incredibly healthy and delicious. Wherever you are in LA, a Go Get Em Tiger is most likely in sight, so try to make the effort and give em a shot. Totally worth it.

Yelp
The mocha was one of the worst mochas i have ever had in my life, it was bitter and left an unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth. This may have been because it was dark chocolate mocha. I would order something different if I were to return The customer service was great though! Street parking was also easy on a weekday afternoon
