Beautifully executed Japanese cuisine with attention to detail. The sashimi was fresh, and the overall quality was consistent across dishes. The atmosphere at the counter was calm and focused, with the chefs working just in front of us — a treat for anyone who enjoys the precision of traditional Japanese dining. It’s on the pricier side, but worth it for a special meal in Lisbon.

It seems to me that there is a reservation phone number given only to regular (special) customers, It means that it is impossible to reserve a seat unless the manager remembers your face and name. I have not been able to go to this restaurant for several years because of the lack of reservations, but recently I entered the restaurant with an acquaintance and was able to have a meal. I was able to enjoy my meal. The sushi items are as fresh as ever, and the food is not fusion, but rather near-traditional Japanese cuisine. The sushi is naturally delicious, as the sushi chefs are trained by Japanese master( long time ago)

We got lucky to get in with no reservation as we came early and the table we got was booked for later in the night. It looked like all other tables were booked out, so I would recommend trying to get a reservation. Very well made sushi & other Japanese dishes, the eel nigiri in season was exceptional! Also enough veggie options to make it a very good meal for a vegetarian friend. On the pricer side but well worth it and made a special meal on our trip to Lisbon

For real sushi lovers, this is a place. Wednesday evening, without reservation, the lovely lady(I think she is the owner) let us sit at the bar. It was fresh and clean.

Lovely authentic japanese restaurant. Reserved seating at sushi bar the night before since they only take reservations on phone. The sashimi selection is fresh though there’s tendon in the toro pieces🥲 The eel is the must-try dish!!!!! It’s freshly grilled and sauced to perfection. The chef gave us a free appetiser to start with and it’s surprisingly good. Definitely the best meal we had in Lisbon😻

I’ve been here dozens of times and have never been disappointed. I strongly recommend this place as one of the best and most authentic sushi places in Lisbon

Had a good time eating here but the experience and the food did not particularly mark me so I think my rating is appropriate, and potentially even generous. There was some confusion between the waiters with regards to what was available and what wasn't because one would say yes and the other would say no and then I'd receive a lower grade sushi dish (in terms of tuna fat content) without being asked. Most importantly however, every specific dish I wanted to try was unavailable (toro, chutoro and unagi) 🥲 so we opted for the largest sushi/sashimi combo platter, which was fresh but ok/pleasant, several pieces were really quite miniscule. The miso eggplant and sea urchin however were spectacular, and kind of carried the dinner. All in all great ingredients, didn't LOVE it, but know several people that really enjoy this place, so I don't want to prevent anyone from having a great experience here, give it a try! ✌️😊
