Moona Is Making Mondays Better With Cheap Bar Bites, Starting Tonight | Eater Boston

"I’m reporting that North End grocery store Going Bananas encountered stiff opposition to a request to sell beer and wine: the North End Waterfront Neighborhood Council opposed the license six to one after hearing from a representative of nearby Wild Duck wine and liquor store, who argued the public need is already being met, and from a community member who questioned how many liquor stores the neighborhood needs." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

Google
Perfect spot to take kids for the afternoon or longer. We being my two daughters here occasionally. They have multiple tiers to choose from which can help families on a budget. The rides are fun and the staff are good at helping the kids have a good time. Food prices are reasonable and the food actually tastes good. A single pizza fed my whole family for less than $20. We really enjoy coming here and will continue to do so!

Google
This place is really well cared for. Talk about clean, WOW, very impressed. The managers Joanne and Shawn are very friendly and knowledgeable about the park. The staff was attentive and courteous. The birthday party rooms were a nice size with plenty of seating and amenities you don't see at other places. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the Lancaster PA area. I think I will get the membership as I am in the area quite often

Google
We had an awesome time tonight. All the kids had fun. Shout out to all the workers! They were extra friendly! I like how they have a call button for the attractions, for when an attendant was not there. Someone always came promptly, if we had to push the button. Thanks for the fun night!

Amy B.

Google
The noise level here was very high, however they do offer noise cancelling headphones for kids. My kid loved the bumper cars and jungle gym. The arcade games were not worth the money. Half of them don't work and the ones that do are expensive and only give you a minute to play. The laser tag was really fun! The pizza is good. We came for a birthday party so I don't know if the price point is good. It was very busy.

Google
Such a fun place for kids and adults! Celebrated our son’s 4th birthday party. Joan was very responsive and made sure our day was ready. Our party host Josie was very patient and kind with our group. The party schedule was very hard to keep up with because we had kids in different age group that couldn’t do certain things but it all worked out and the kids had so much fun. The staff had the room already decorated for us. We just had to show up! Highly recommend this place for the kiddos.

Google
Really fun! But... they rely heavily on AI! AI images are just strange. I mean, seriously, LOOK! And the images are everywhere. Very uncanny.

Google
Highly recommend a birthday party here! We had my son's party here today with a hostess name Taylor and she legit rocked it. I didn't have to worry about anything. The party bag were over stocked and the experience was just absolutely awesome. Every kid had an absolute blast. We will definitely be back for day trips and party's! And thank you Taylor for making my life easier today! You are the best at your job!

Great place to take kids. Hours of fun for all ages.

Yelp
Very fun place for kids of all ages. Can be a bit pricey for what you're paying. You do have to call an attendant for each attraction you want to go on and response time can vary, but on the day we went was very quick because it was not very crowded.

Michele H.

Yelp
I had a party planned for my granddaughter at an outdoor venue. The day before it became obvious that it was going to rain. I was frantic looking for another venue. I was very grateful when Go n Bananas was able to find a hostess at the last minute. Luckily the hostess assigned to the party, Desire, was fabulous! Other adults at the party also commented on her kindness and efficiency. She is a very hardworking person and helped to make the party a success!

Yelp
SO MUCH FUN!! I went here with a big group for work. Felt like a kid again. It's essentially like a family Chuck n Cheese, but bigger. There's go-karting, laser tag, ropes course, VR shooting game, laser frenzy (dodge the laser beams), an arcade, and a food center. My personal favorite was laser tag and the ropes course (it's not too high up and has ~10 different wooden planks/ropes you get to walk through). We spent about 3.5 hours here including 30 mins for lunch, which was a good amount of time to see everything. If you're looking to host a bonding event, kid's party, or whatever the occasion, I would recommend this place if you're in Lancaster :) Come here if you have/are a kid or want to be a kid again

Yelp
This place is a lot of fun for kids and adults alike. However, I am giving it 3 stars for the overly strict policies related to outside food and drink. I drove 3 kids here for an hour drive on a Friday night and management decided to close the cafe at 6pm because they were slow. We were planning to eat there and play for the remaining 2 hours before they closed. Kids were hungry, so obviously I was annoyed because there was just a handwritten sign on the door announcing this- it wasn't posted on their website, Facebook, or communicated over the phone earlier in the day when I called. I was told but the not rude, but overly formal and unapologetic, front desk girl / "manager" that my only option for feed my 2 year old was to load the kids back in the car, drive to sheetz gas station next door, eat there, and come back. I did this and forced my kids to eat cookies as quick as they could so we would have time to play. They held very strict to their no outside food/drink policy but waivered on their food offerings that were posted on their advertisements. I tried to bring a water bottle in since I was told the cafe was open and a different guy at the front desk was actually rude and told me I couldn't bring it in... yet they didn't have an option for me to buy there. I understand no food or drink if it is sold there because it would take business away from them. However, when people drive an hour to get there with young children and the store makes a decision to close the cafe, they should also flex on their food/drink policy. This infuriated me and prevented me from enjoying myself because I was so irritated and knew my kids were still hungry. I'm short, cool place but go early and don't go hungry just in case! Unreasonable staff and "managers" who don't understand good customer service.

Maria Z.

Yelp
We really love this place! The only downside is that it's pretty expensive. I know you can stay all day but let's be real, you're there like 3-4 hours max so it's a good bit of money, especially if you're paying for multiple kids. We purchased the $55 arcade package in addition to the toddler monkey package, so our initial price as we walked through the door was around $73. Then we ate there, which was around $45. So the 3 hours we spent there were rather expensive but we had a fun day so we will definitely be back!

Yelp
Clean. Well kept. Safe. Monitored. Variety. Exciting. From the 4 story, ball shooting play structure, to laser tag, video games, virtual reality, ropes course.. the fun is endless. And it looked brand new. I would easily drive an hour for my kids to go back. Check it out!

Frank D.

Yelp
Update: Joan contacted me to make the situation right and my son was excited to hear how it was resolved. Younger kids enjoyed themselves in the kiddy ball area. The laser room only had 1 game mode working and the laser tag wait wasn't worth it. While the arcades are not overly priced like other places, don't expect them to payout any jackpots. My son hit a 1000 on the one arcade play a bonus spin. He got the bonus spin but never gave him credit for the 1000. When I asked about it they said it was only a 4 ticket win which is what my daughter won when she tried after he hit the jackpot. We won't be returning to a place that has my kid upset for something they should have won and the manager can't even come out to explain themselves.

David I.

Yelp
This place has a lot of fun elements, but could use a few improvements. 1. Avoid Lazer frenzy. Waste of $4 for 1 minute of play. Not a horrible deal if bought as part of a pass. Otherwise, total rip off, like many of the arcade games. 2. The Lazer tag needs a countdown. When it is occupied you have no idea if there's a 2 minute wait or 40. A TV in the lobby with a countdown would be an easy fix. 3. Hand stamps, circa 1990s chuck e cheese style. Kids can come and go with no oversight. My 4 year old was in ballocity. She snuck out and was running around the arcade and bumped into me while I was watching my other kid rope climb. She could have been taken out of the facility with no checks in place to prevent it. 4. More oversight by Staff. There were kids way over 12 in the ballocity not helping younger children. At times it feels (and sounds) like total anarchy. The few stuff you do see are often bush with parties. The xd theater is a neat idea but overly expensive. We were here for over 4 hours. I wasn't surprised the number of times I walked by and it was empty. Too high of a cost for maybe 3 minutes. For $18 you can do unlimited rides, which might be worth it if you're here for several hours or do one ride after another. $10 first one ride is too steep. You can stop by the snack stand and ask for a water glass. Cuts down on the cost of snacks if you'll be there a while. There was a lot to do and kept my kids entertained for almost 4 hours. They started getting bored towards the end. Having games that aren't ridiculously expensive would help. Almost every game is AT LEAST .50 OR $1 with most being higher. We went through the $7 game card in under 3 minutes playing only kids games. If I played any adult games, it would have taken a little longer, maybe 10 minutes max. Figuring out a way to contain the chaos would be a great first step. Kidd screaming at the top of their lungs isn't necessary. Even with all the people the sound carries, making ear piercing screams tough to tolerate. And there were times when unsupervised kids, maybe 6 years old, were running wild interrupting games. My 4 year old had her Lazer frenzy game interrupted when some of these little kids ran in and started doing whatever they wanted. Not cool, especially if we paid the $4 for the experience. I would have been super ticked. Other examples were older kids, maybe 10+ being in the toddler area rough housing with a younger kid. Things were being thrown and I was sure my daughter would get hit accidentally by something. We may be back the next time we are in the area. The kid had fun and it isn't super expensive if you eat somewhere else and stick to the package deals.

Yelp
Food took forever, and was overpriced. When it came it it was wrong and cold after waiting for French fries for 30 minutes. Beyond that, my son was hit in the face by another kid because the woman overseeing the laser tag was letting kids run wild. I had to take my son out to clean up his bloody nose, and then the manager argued with me about the fact that it happened. Don't waste your money or time. Went to Round One after. Much better time.

Yelp
Very nice place to spend a few hours with the kids. I took my daughter and her friend here recently to spend a few hours away from TV and electronics. It's a fairly reasonable place to go on cold winter day. The cost for everything is not too bad, but expect to spend thirty dollars plus for each child. The arcade can get expensive. The kids spent an hour running around a large playscape. It always makes me pleased to see them come back to the table nice and sweaty for a drink. We got a pizza which wasn't too bad and some pickle fries for me. The cafe menu is better than most places like this. So that is a plus in my opinion. Then they got to play games and win coupons for "prizes". They each went through a $25 "game card" pretty quickly, but got to pick things they wanted. Most of the arcade games cost a dollar or 2. Although this place is squeaky clean, the staff were exceptionally average, not the best but by no means the worst. It wasn't terribly packed either, which is great for places like this. During the last 45 minutes unfortunately there was one little girl who was able to scream so loud (and frequently) that I jumped almost every time she let out one of her frequent squeals of joy. Can't blame that on anyone but the parents though and it's rare they'd do anything about it at a place like this. What I am most amazed with by this place is how much they fit into a small area. They have an arcade, ropes course, 4d theater, bumper cars, ball zone, cafe, laser tag, and party rooms in a pretty small space. Aslo the bathrooms were real clean when I came, always a good thing for a place with young kids. Overall not the best place, but not the worst place to bring your kids. I is definitely an improvement over taking them to Chucky E Cheese.

Yelp
My son recently contracted to have my granddaughter's bday party here. While he takes her here often it was my first experience. First impression coming from 72 south was that I realized I really didn't know how to get in this place. I turned on Dillerville Rd only to hold up traffic trying to turn left. Little did I know there's a side road right past (or before if coming from the city) the Sheetz that will lead you right to it. Inside the place is overwhelming with screaming kids, lights, noises, and all the stuff that kids love. Since he had a private party booked I was ushered to the party room decorated in the theme of her choice. There were plates and décor on the wall as well as a screening monitor with her theme. I assumed my son had done the decorating but later found it they did it all. It was nicely done. Part of the benefits of having a party here is they provide your own party attendant who sets up a strict schedule (i.e.: cake 1-1:30, free play 1:30-2, etc.) which we were able to tweak due to some family leaving early. I assume it's also her job to "lead" the party and take charge. However I felt she fell short in this area and everyone was kind of doing what they wanted until we (rather I) got involved and prompted the guests and her otherwise. She mostly stood around. I felt so much pressure was put on the schedule (they even write it on the board) but she did little to ensure everything ran smooth. I had not expected as a guest to be as involved as I was but was forced into that role instead of enjoying the party. There were 4 kids in attendance plus their accompanying adults and a few adult relatives. My son brought in outside food but was told it wasn't allowed and he had to take it outside. He said this was not relayed to him beforehand. He already had pizza and drinks on order as part of the party package which the "attendant" served but she was beyond slow and the pizza was cold and meh. She was equally slow with the cake and again I had to take charge. She simply did not have the experience or personality to take the lead and corral kids to keep them on "schedule". Included in the party was a (scheduled) game of bowling and one round of the spinning bumper cars. Than each child was given a $5 card to run around and do whatever they wanted. The birthday girl got a $10 card. Some of the games accumulated tickets which you redeemed for prizes, only the "tickets" are loaded to the card. $5 goes pretty fast since virtually everything requires a swipe of the card and I assume that's how you utilize the place without a party is to buy a "card". In all my son said he spent close to $300 which I think is exorbitant considering the experience and shortfalls of our attendant. Even opening the gifts is "scheduled" and when I asked her for a trash can for the wrapping paper she had the nerve to hand me a small powder room size can instead of grabbing the big one present. Obviously she's not a mom and shy a few doses of common sense. The room becomes very tight quickly with coats, people, and gifts and it was hard to move around or I would have gotten it myself. But I was "leading" the gift unwrapping to keep us on schedule. The kids all had fun but the adults were grinning and bearing it. The noise, lights, and running kids was sensory overload. While our room was nice (it even had its own sink and mini fridge) they were more than ready to dump our coats, purses, etc. outside of it when the schedule said the party was over (during free play). I also didn't see any safety measures in place to ensure you leave with the child you came with, although since it was a private party the policy might have been different. A hit for my granddaughter and a nice option when it's ugly out and your kid is driving you crazy with boredom but otherwise not for me.

Tiffany A.

Yelp
We had a fabulous experience for my son 10th birthday celebration. Taylor our host, was very organized, friendly, and actively engaged with our kids and family. The kids had a blast and we all enjoyed the food. Joan answered all of my questions prior to the party. I would certainly recommend others to host a party with Go' n bananas!
google avatar

Tracey S.

Yelp
This place is a ripoff. Don't waste your money. Paid $23 per kid to get mini bowling, a laser game and a playground thing like at Chick fil a. The price also included $7 towards video/arcade games. Our kids really only wanted to play video games so their $7 was gone in like 10 mins since they really have no clue how to play them. So basically I'm spending $16 for them to play endless mini bowling which they were bored with in 5 mins and laser frenzy which also went in once and said o more. Go to a trampoline place where they can get energy out not here. One star because it was clean.
google avatar

Omar C.

Yelp
It's a great place for the little ones they love the giant play zone with the soft ball guns it's responsible prices staff are always helpful and if you go during the week it has less people

Kelly M.

Yelp
It's too expensive, I went a few days ago and I was surprised how they raised the price. What used to cost $22.00 now costs $29.00 and my son told me that he couldn't play on any machine because he didn't cover it and before they did, so the prices went up and there were fewer games. I feel like I paid $29.00 to take my son to jump. I better take it to a park and it's free.
google avatar

Daniel L.

Yelp
This is a great rainy day activity (or any day really). They have spin zone which is like bumper cars, mini bowling, laser tag, rope bridges and more. The Congo Cafe is their restaurant and has pizza burgers and sandwiches. I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of the food. I think this is a great value overall.
google avatar

Yelp
If you want to have a great time with your kids, and know that this place is clean, safe, fun, full of joy.... it's kids little piece of heaven..! Place has great parking place, seats to sit all over the place to rest while your kids are doing what they do best, play and have fun. The staff are extra very nice to people and kids from when we came in till we left. I went to there food stand, great pizza by the way GRANDE CHESSE they use, I loved it and there French fries all Awsome too..! My son injoyed it as me and my wife talk to make this a regular place to bring ower son from now on. I give this place a A + in Buisness, keep up the great work, ANOTHER GREAT PLACE IN LANCASTER, P.A
google avatar

CN H.

Yelp
Cool place. The food is actually really good too. A couple things that are negative: 1.) the cranes are rigged. Don't play them. 2.) there are a couple (very) elderly women that work here. One completely messed up paper tickets I had and didn't count them onto my card. Overall, it's worth it once in a while.
google avatar

Melissa L.

Yelp
This place was really fun! We had kids from age 5-13 and they all enjoyed themselves. Even us adults! Perfect place to go on a rainy day or just looking for something fun to do.

Livia C.

Yelp
Great place for kids 4-10 anyone older will most likely only do the arcade. The xd ride was so much fun. I personally got the biggest package and only could go on the xd ride once this whole trip. It was overall good but if your gonna come prepare to get a slight headache and prepare to spend at least $100

Yelp
We celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday with about a dozen friends at Go N Bananas last month - and she is still talking about it. She tends to rave about the games and the rides, but I've been raving about the staff and service. This is the first party where all we had to do was show up with the dessert and gift bags. The room was fully decorated with the Paw Patrol theme, which my daughter selected from a good variety of choices, and we had two party helpers who kept us on-schedule and helped wrangle the kids from one activity to the next. Their assistance allowed me to take pictures, have conversations with the parents, and actually enjoy my daughter's party. And THAT was priceless. Apparently the guests had fun, too - one of our neighbors booked a birthday party there for her son this month, so we'll be back soon!

Scoba B.

Yelp
fun for the whole family! went here with my wife and daughter and we had a blast! Cant wait for the
google avatar

Chris D.

Yelp
Excellent and friendly staff. My son came in with crocs (my wife bought them... not me... hate crocs...) and to play in the area they require socks... but they have socks to sell there too... for like an extra 2 dollars which isn't a bad price. Also... I just threw those socks away afterwards. Everything will be sticky. EVERYTHING... but it's a play area for kids so what do you expect. 5 stars... my son keeps asking him to take him back but I'm from DC and he's realized that chucks cheese isn't the same... talk about brand loyalty...
google avatar

Jenna K.

Yelp
Fun place, lots to do. My son is 6 and we had hours of entertainment. Arcade, thing to climb around in, bumper cars with music abd more.

Linda R.

Yelp
visited the Lancaster location yesterday with my grandchildren ages 9 and11, and we had an absolute blast! We purchased 3 extra XD tickets so mom, dad, and I could enjoy it with the kids. The prices were well worth it for the deluxe packages for the kids. We had a pizza at the snack bar and it was amazing! Homemade sauce and a ton of extra pulley cheese! Endless refills at the soda fountain! The fact that adults do not have to pay an admission price, but can opt to pay per activity, makes it very affordable. I can't say enough about this place. My grandkids don't even want to go the beach this summer; they want to go back to Go N Bananas! A+++++

Yelp
I called in before I came, asking if it was okay to bring snacks and milk for my son who is allergic to all dairy including eggs, all tree nuts and sesame. The person who answered, plainly said "No, our policy is no outside food." I then continued asking if they would consider making an exception for a highly allergic child. She said it was their policy and there is a cafe where I could purchase food. At this point, I'm livid... Knowing that most likely my child would not be able to eat anything at their cafe but I dared ask, if they would have anything dairy-free, nut-free, egg-free and hemp milk that I could purchase for my son... She paused and said she didn't know. That's it. She didn't say anything else. I asked if she expected my son to starve while he's there... She answered with an annoyed tone that she will make sure the manager okay'd the food I brought in. Wow, just wow. I ended up going because we were meeting friends there and needless to say I will never be back. Their cafe didn't have anything healthy for my kids and the only thing that comes with the kids meal is juice. No kids bottled water nor any milk. My kids do not drink juice and I had to purchase an adult bottled water. They didn't have apple sauce or even goldfish as a side. Goldfish crackers aren't even healthy! If they expect to serve food then cater to who your customers are... Kids. Help parents and kids make better food choices. You lost a customer before we even stepped in the door.

Yelp
Very disappointed! Disorganized, overpriced, rude and very little understanding of customer service! There was very Little help with getting the most out of the packages. No one could find a manager- or thought to offer to get this person. One employee followed us out of store to talk AT us. I asked him to leave and he left with saying "we don't need your money." The young woman at the front desk was helpful.
google avatar

Veronica S.

Yelp
It can get pretty crowded at times but they always have a blast. The prices aren't too bad and get you 5 hours of play time. I've never been here less than that. Its a nice place to just let them run loose and burn energy. The laser tag is a blast I've done that a few times with my oldest. I also enjoyed doing the bowling and bumper "cars" (not sure what they are considered) Been here a few times and will continue to come back.
google avatar

Etzer D.

Yelp
Loud! The kids love it but for me personally it's a nightmare, save for seeing my children enjoy the heck out of themselves.
google avatar

Olivia F.

Yelp
Not impressed with the cleanliness. I have a one and a half year old and there isn't much to do when it's cold outside with a one year old. Go N Bananas is a great concept and should be a really fun place! But I can't get over how dirty it is. When I asked the front desk about cleaning procedures the girl said they wipe down the walls every night and use an actual mop on the floor to clean the 1 inch foam flooring of the toddler zone. There are a bunch of soft fixtures for the babies to play with that do not get wiped down. Beneath the one inch foam is a solid concrete cement floor. There are also no gates to keep the babies in so we had to get creative to block the exits. The rest of the place looks fun but it is definitely not safe for toddlers.

Yelp
Kameron was the party host for my niece's party today and he did f a n t a s t i c. I know my whole family was super grateful for his efforts to go above and beyond in making sure our experience was nothing short of perfect.
google avatar

Dan R.

Yelp
We went here had a rainy day alternative to Dutch Wonderland and we were very impressed. Fantastic play area were our 3 & 4 year old could run around and burn off their energy. The arcade games were fun and the have a good mix of games for all ages. The staff we nice and helpful and the place was spotless
google avatar

Andrew S.

Yelp
Pricing confusing, and slow process to pay for entry but overall and great place. Staff is very friendly, but mildly slow service providers, but I'll take it over fast & rude. Ball area was great for small kids. Bought a pizza, wings and drinks and price & quality was comparable to any local pizza shop. Definately a good value for people with kids under 10.

Stu M.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our time at Emmett's birthday party last night! The young lady who was in charge did a great job keeping the kids entertained and the food was great!
google avatar

Michael B.

Yelp
I hope they make it. Seemed like a lot of staff on hand was waiting around. Overstaffed? Cool concept. The kids (4 1/2 & 1 1/2) loved it but not sure it will be frequently revisited as once you've done it, you've done it. The kids arcade was a huge hit. Lots of fun in the convertible car. They serve Hershey's ice cream at food court.

Dee A.

Yelp
Was a horrible experience!! Paid $206 for 6 passes and $15 for an additional unlimited XD ride.....Well the XD wasn't working and had to beg for my money back....half the games dont work properly, the Rope course they kept shutting down and reopening and shutting down again and again....The food area closed an hour & a half earlier then they should of!!! Truth be told I would never waste money here again......It's totally crap and I deserve some sort of refund
google avatar

Logan R.

Yelp
Came Lancaster to visit family from out of state. Friends of the family recommended that we come check it out while we were here. This place has got it all...laser tag, ropes course, arcades, bumper cars, etc. Kids can stay busy for hours having a great time. Looks like there are plenty of staff to make sure everyone is safe. Equipment/rides and area look very clean. Can't wait to come back.
google avatar

Keisha H.

Yelp
This place superseded my expectations. Very clean even the bathroom was kid friendly too. All of the staff were very hospitable. I just love- love this place!! The owners really created something amazing when they made this. I wish this was in Long Island NY. The price is so right and my 9 year old son and 2 year old daughter had a blast individually and separately. There is just so much to do. Even my husband and I were able to take in some fun! I want to especially thank Karina, Alley, and Judy for their kindness and help. Don't just read the reviews about this place I urge you to go there now and see for yourself- you will not be disappointed. Thanks, we will be back!

Yelp
Tried it for the first time with out two kids, ages 4 and 10. Confusing pricing structure- 10 year old couldn't do the activities he wanted without spending $30 on the highest tier ticket. While the activities (laser tag, ropes course) are fun, there's a LOT of waiting in Lines for everything. The 4-year-old bored quickly and was intimidated by the mix of ages in the ballocity. The arcade was typical of arcades: great games, but burned through the game card in five minutes. All in all, an expensive, loud way to stand in line. But if that's your thing....

Yelp
Super fun indoor play space for children! Great place to spend a rainy afternoon, or any day really. It can be a bit pricey to get in, but the price covers 5 hours of play - and most features depending on which package you choose. My kids are 9 and 5 and they had a blast.

Yelp
Kids love it! The mini bowling is fun, great for all ages. Laser Maze is confusing, and no one is at the game to explain or assist so my kids only played once and lost interest. Need to bring socks if your kids will be going in to Ballocity. Lots of different games in the arcade, which my kids liked. The "ropes course" thing looks cool but my kids aren't big enough for it yet. My niece and nephew said they liked it though. Food is okay- if you don't like, I'd bet you can leave to get something nearby and come back- most packages are for a set amount of time (5 hrs). Note- Ballocity is fun but a bit loud when the balls shoot up/out of the one machine, which scared my youngest kid who is sensitive to sound. They did have a staff member at the entry point of Ballocity, but she didn't seem to be doing much and I didn't see her speak to anyone or really do anything during the hour or so my kids were in there so I'm not sure what the point was. I would have liked to see her regulating some of the stuff that the older kids were doing in there: physically blocking off the pathways, yelling at other kids they "can't come through" because they were gathering balls and using a specific ball-blaster gun, and actively trying to push/physically prevent kids (some of whom were many years younger than them) from walking through the spot they were in. The path they were blocking was the only way up to the third level so it happened quite a bit while I watched. I even watched some kids be asked to "explain" why they should be able to walk through, if they stood up to the boys, then if they were allowed through the boys would yell at them not to touch any of the balls they had collected. Luckily my kids didn't come into contact with the older boys, but it was disappointing to see that kind of stuff going on and that staff either didn't notice or care what was going on inside. I have gone twice, seen similar things both times in Ballocity... Overall, however, the facility is fun and I would return. Just be prepared to watch your kids and say something if bigger kids are being too rough around your little ones in Ballocity as it has been unsupervised by staff both times I've gone.

Yelp
Fantastic family location. Highly recommended to any local residents or out-of-towner. Management staff and employees were heavily engaged in all activities and did their best to ensure everybody had a great time. The facility was safe clean and welcoming. The food provided at the in facility dining area was very good and reasonably priced. Will definitely make the trip back here again. Special thank you to Kayla and Shawn.

Yelp
All in all great experience. Kicking my self for forgetting her name, but the young lady at the check in desk was wonderful. We found it more affordable to piece together our experience instead of purchasing a package. 4 out of 5 because they pressed no running at the desk briefly but didn't enforce it at all. Kids are in socks and the diamond sanded concrete is very slick once you leave the carpet or mats. I almost ate it myself. It had quite the buzz going. I wish they had a way to encourage more of the parents to be involved. Most of them were droning somewhere close by but no interactions. Kind of sad. We will be back enjoying the quality time and making memories.

Yelp
My family and I stopped in on a whim on a Saturday afternoon and thought it was great. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Our son had a blast. It was busy but to be expected on a Saturday. We can't wait to go back!

Yelp
We came here the first weekend it opened. It was really packed! I really like the environment and you can tell the place is new and clean. I tried to get my son's birthday party here this year, however unfortunately it was already booked out for 2 months ahead. This place is a gem for low cost at great value. Check it out and make sure you book birthday parties well in advanced!

Yelp
Kids had a great time. It would be awesome if there was a package you could pick and choose which activities you wanted to do. We wanted to participate in activities with our kids and had to pay for regular price passes. Wouldn't have been a huge issue but we ended up spending $50 for 2 passes for myself and my fiancé. Lockers would also be very useful. I know there are hooks but I have no intent to hang my purse up open like that.
