A late-night ramen and sushi original since 2013, still going strong. Cited by Miami New Times in 2025 for bowls like curry ramen and the Hangover, it’s a neighborhood standby that keeps downtown fed past midnight.

We’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and always loved the sushi — generous portions, good-quality fish, and fair prices. But after today’s visit, we won’t be returning. While the prices stayed the same, the portion sizes have shrunk dramatically. What used to be enough food for two people wasn’t even enough for one. We ordered extra dishes but still left hungry. The sushi rolls were small, and there was very little fish, as you can see in the photo. We asked to speak to the manager, but were told there wasn’t one — just a single waitress covering the whole restaurant. She said the portions are now smaller because they use “better quality” fish. Sadly, we didn’t see or taste that improvement. There was not a lot of fish in the sushi in general. We’re disappointed and unsatisfied. Not coming back.

The Service was excellent, the atmosphere is nice and clean. They don’t have many ramen options besides pork , or veggies. The broth was very salty. I got the veggie ramen. Everything was alacart . You had to even pay extra for chili oil. The portion size was small compared to other places and they put auto gratuity on the bill which is not cool. There was no sign saying that . I would have given her more than I did if she didn’t auto gratuity. She deserved it. She was really on point.

Loved the vibe and atmosphere of GoBistro. Brandon and Sui were phenomenal servers with great recommendations. The little peach jelly sake in the can, spicy chicken bao, and curry ramen with fried chicken- full of flavor! I was feeling kinda crummy when I came in but good food changed that! I wish I had room to try the cookies and cream dessert. Found street parking close by. Go try it!

Joanna was our server. She took the time to go over the menu with us. Gave some good suggestions. She was very pleasant and patient. It was our first time. The food was excellent. The pork in the ramen was a bit salty. But I really enjoyed it. I will definitely be a regular.

Brando is Amazing!! Was my first time here and he did a good recommendations. Customer service Outstanding!! I came for the Curry Ramen and the Ginger Soy Wings. The Hibiscus Lemonade was the perfect drink for a hot lunch and summer vibes.

Google
This place is super cozy, and the atmosphere is amazing. My server was very sweet and attentive. Excellent service. I wish I remembered her name. When I went, the place was empty so it was even better lol my only small critique is that the tonkotsu broth could have been way more flavorful, as well as the pork. It was just missing something, like it needed more seasoning. But it was decent! I would probably come again. Note: the parking is limited here and you do have to pay a meter. It was $1.50 an hour when we went.

I’ve been here a couple times and now it’s my favorite spot. Today I tried the Tom yum shrimp soup and it was amazing!! Love it!! Sue helped me with everything, really good service. Loving it even more every time I come ❤️

Yelp
GoBistro is one of my favorite spots for ramen in South Florida and a place I always recommend to others. I'm always so hype to go here. Unfortunately this last visit disappointed me a bit. Service was quick and friendly, as usual and we came at a great time, it wasn't crowded and our group of 7 was the loudest there (sorry lol). But the flavors from ramen really fell flat. I ordered the tonkotsu and my husband ordered the shoyu pork, we agreed on the underwhelming flavor of the ramen (which is usually super rich) and abandoned our bowls when we were halfway through. Sushi was DELICIOUS though. Hooked on the Holy Smokes roll, we ordered two. Also, the GoNuts have also fallen flat. They were pretty dry and lacked that delicious drizzle of condensed milk over them. The condensed milk pooled at the bottom of the plate and we were scraping it off trying to get some for the donuts. This wasn't disappointing enough to deter me from coming back but I was really bummed to not be blown away by GoBistro like I usually am.

Yelp
This spot is always a reliable source of great food when in town! Came for an early dinner on a Friday and enjoyed my regular delicious curry ramen! Also tried the mango rice wine which is very good and the fried Oreo mochi dessert. All was good. Service was also great.

Yelp
Food here is awesome. The first time I've ever came. I had the fried chicken wings, and they were definitely different from the traditional style. The service here is always quick. I barely ever have to wait to be seated, ambience is perfect if you're looking for something to eat by yourself late at night with no one bothering you.

Yelp
The place is tiny but accommodates plenty of people! I sat by the bar and the service was quick and simple. Food came by fast and they even had a happy hour special with their sushi and drinks. The ramen was flavorful and just right.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday night. Food service was good and readily quick. Ordered the tonkatsu ramen - broth was rich and flavorful. The pork belly was ok / pretty bland. Got a side of fried chicken. Some pieces were overcooked and really dry. Our chicken thigh yakitori was borderline uncooked in the middle. Could've used at least another few minutes on the grill. The tuna crunch roll was good / on the sweeter end. You get 10 pieces. The maki is on the smaller end. Overall - it's not bad. Would try other items on the menu. The

Yelp
All I can say is wow! Whenever i'm craving ramen this is my go to place. The inside is a little small but the decor makes up for it. The staff are super friendly and are willing to give recommendations based on what you like. The provide water pitcher so you'll have endless refills on water. I've seen and heard many good things about the curry ramen so I decided to give it a try...best decision I made. The waitress asked if I would like to substitute the pork belly for fried chicken, I wish I did. The pork belly still complimented the broth but for sure the fried chicken would've taken it up a notch. I was also in the mood for some sushi so I decided on the Bagel tempura. I highly suggest adding crab to it, trust me. Overall I truly enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back. Everything was chefs kiss! Tip: 18% gratuity is automatically included on the bill.

Yelp
it was our first time here so we weren't sure how it worked but we started ordering and the waitress gave us major attitude at first for sitting down at a table before ordering (it's like a food hall situation) which was def not a great start but that's really the only negative about the experience. my food didn't take long at all to come out and tasted absolutely delicious!! my boyfriend and friend ordered the ramen and said it was the best ramen they ever had! there's took a little longer to come out but it wasn't too bad! the restaurant is super cute and very on theme. they have good music playing and they also have anime playing on the tvs.

Yelp
I hate that I love the ramen here because today we came back and it took 20 minutes for service, we sat inside and were given menu's right away but then had to get someone's attention for service. I also saw pork thawing out in the open on the way to the bathroom, it was just sitting in the hallway. It was there the entire hour we were there.

Yelp
I love this place I come with my boyfriend we have been here a couple times it's always a special treat I love this place the ramen is amazing the sushi is amazing and the workers are so nice

Yelp
The place is small and quiet for the most part. People didn't really start coming in til later (this was a Tuesday). You can pick where you want to sit once someone attends you but some tables are reserved for larger groups even on slower nights. Service was quick both in taking of our orders and the food coming in. We weren't done with each plate as more came in so we just spread everything around on the table to eat. We ordered the avocado fries and dragon roll to share and each had our own soup. I had the miso pork soup. My favorite of all the food was the avocado fries. I'd come back here again just for that. But the dragon roll and soup were both good too. I'm normally not a sushi person but the roll was great. I loved the texture and dipping it in spicy mayo was delicious. The soup was good too. I tried adding red chili to it to add some spice to it but this places chili isn't that spicy compared to others. It just didn't hit the way I expected so I think I'll opt for the spicy curry soup next time. All in all it was all delicious but the avocado fries won the night. If you come, you have to order them.

Yelp
Service is always pleasant. Food was good, we didn't wait too long. And the ambiance was great, as they were playing good tunes.

Yelp
recently dined at GoBistro in Hollywood, FL, and it was an exceptional experience. The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere with a modern touch, making it a perfect spot for both casual outings and special occasions. Food Quality: The menu boasts a variety of Japanese dishes, with the ramen and sushi being standout options. I tried the Tonkotsu Ramen, which had a rich, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The sushi rolls were fresh and artistically presented. Service: The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Ambiance: The interior is stylish yet comfortable, with a lively atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. Overall, GoBistro offers a delightful culinary journey with authentic Japanese flavors. I highly recommend it to anyone in the Hollywood area looking for quality Japanese cuisine.

Yelp
Boy, we're we grateful that this restaurant was open so late. I do feel for the staff. I came really late. It was just after attending Holloweird. The staff was very friendly. Our waiter, a bearded guy dressed in a dress costume with a colorful long hair wig was phenomenal. He had us laughing the entire time. He gave a surprisingly great service. I ordered some type of roll. I liked them they tasted good. My friends were happy with what they had. The rolls had a good size to them and the ingredients tasted fresh. The parking is street meter parking. I saw two parking garages nearby. The city does have plenty of parking all around the place. The restaurant is easy to find. It has a nice outdoor sitting area. The inside is a little small. I had a good experience and was glad the place was open.

Yelp
Food is good but the price is not. Definitely a once a year kind of thing so you don't get mad at how much you are spending to get full. Maybe a place for lunch or light food but not if you are trying to feed your man.
google avatar

Christina D.

Yelp
The food is excellent, especially the ramen and the pork bao buns! The service is friendly and it's nice to see all of the servers looking out for each other. The ambiance is cozy, artsy, and buzzy. Speaking of which, I took one star off because there were a lot of fruit flies in the restaurant. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our experience.
google avatar

Lucy W.

Yelp
The restaurant is bustling yet cozy. During dinner, it's as the youth would say, "a vibe" with the dimmed lights, neon signs, and anime playing on the TVs. I havent The curry ramen and pork belly buns are a must have, I'm salivating while typing this as I think about it. The service is friendly and efficient. The only downside about this restaurant is the parking given its location on Hollywood Blvd. Even then, I'm already plotting how I can ask my boyfriend to go here for dinner tonight.

Yelp
Guys listen... Justin Bieber is outside the Kava Bar... he's hosting a special night for the delight of the city... frying crisp fresh fluffed glazed and sprinkled donuts. THERES ONE MORE THING !! He's gotta be putting kratom and cbd in these thangs ;*

Yelp
I love Go Bistro! I enjoy both the Tonkatsu and Miso ramens and the shrimp bao buns are great...the shrimp are huge! Also dont sleep on the yakitori, order a bunch of different ones and share with a group of friends!

Yelp
GoBistro is a really good ramen spot to try if you're in the Hollywood area. No wonder this place is packed. We were seated easily. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and the broth is really light. It was a good mix of creamy and umami. The pork was very tender and melts in your mouth. The noodles are really bouncy and has that nice chew. The vibe of the restaurant was really cute as well. You can also watch anime. My only off comment is that the servers don't really pay attention to you at the very end, so it took us a while to get our check. But overall it was a good experience. I will definitely go again.

Yelp
It can be hard to find good ramen in South Florida, but it is not hard to find good ramen at GoBistro. I visited this spot frequently in years past, and recently went back with my fam. It was so good! We ordered soy ginger wings and tuna crispy rice for the table. Both were excellent. I went with the hangover ramen, which is a huge portion of spicy miso broth, pork, spam, and an egg. It was so large I got to take half home and enjoy for dinner. The prices are solid for the portions and the service is friendly. One thing to note is that it is a bit hot in the restaurant. They also have a sushi menu which is nice if you're not in the ramen mood. Would def go back.
google avatar

Morgan A.

Yelp
Food and service here is good! But small this roll isn't worth 20$.... It's a tiny piece of fish on top, with crab and avocado inside and mostly Rice.... in Miami a 20$ roll has a lot more to offer. Prices don't need to be that high
google avatar

Yelp
The food and service is all amazing. The place is on the smaller more intimate side. We love the pork buns, and the ramen is excellent. 10/10 recommend if you're in the area.

Yelp
GoBistro is a hip little spot to grab a bite to eat. I was in the area for work and decided to try GoBistro with my coworkers for dinner. The restaurant has a nice casual vibe with optional outdoor seating. The food was better than I was expecting. Get the Tonkotsu if you're in the mood for ramen , it had good flavor and was filling. The shrimp Bao bun was a tasty little appetizer as well.

Veronica M.

Yelp
I advise everyone not to go to this restaurant. They're overly priced. The food sucks and their manners are very very low class not recommended to my worst enemy. If you want stomach aches, this is a place to go.

Monica S.

Yelp
Overall the waitresses were quick and friendly and The food came out super fast. The miso tofu ramen was fresh and tasty and the curry ramen was super spicy and flavorful. Also got the spicy tuna roll not pictured but it was super fresh and delicious. The waitress recommended the Sake due to me saying I like fruity sweet drinks and it was amazing. The bathroom was clean, music was good as well and added to the ambiance. No complaints.

Yelp
If you looking for good ramen soup- this is the place to go. Relaxed place, good sevice and reasonable prices. Highly recommend

Yelp
Really great Japanese food spot with lots of range on their menu from ramen to bao buns and maki rolls. Our table got chicken bao buns, half with the ginger soy and the other order with spicy sauce. The chicken was perfectly cooked, nice and crispy, with a flavorful sauce. We also got the white hot & captain crunch roll, both really yummy! My boyfriend got the beef yakitori which he said was packed with flavor. For dessert we did the (happy) mistake of ordering 2 of the cookies n cream buns (each order comes with 2 buns & we were 3 people) & I got the vanilla mochi ice cream. The mochi was good but boy those cookies n cream buns are a must! There is a host stand out front & we waited for someone but saw lots of other people seating themselves so not sure what their exact system is. Interior space is small and has a couple tables but it's a bistro so not much with a handful of tables outside. Would have loved to have seen some ramen on the menu with meat other than pork as we don't eat it & it looked delicious. Our server was kind & attentive, checking out is easy as they have mobile devices for it to be done tableside. Parking here is street parallel parking with a few lots & parking garages around as well.

Yelp
Amazing stuff, delicious food and the ambiance was delightful. The service was very efficient. I loved it
google avatar

Kelsey P.

Yelp
A year later and we still love this place. The quality of the food is absolutely unbeatable in the area. Same goes for the prices and deals. The one negative is the slow service, which I think can be contributed to the team being understaffed... BUT the servers are still friendly and helpful (just busy and perhaps a bit overwhelmed to be attentive). Be patient, this place is worth it.
google avatar

Kenya B.

Yelp
Found this place on a strip of many restaurants not far from the airport. It was pretty hot outside that day and we definitely did not want to sit outside. The inside is pretty small itself. Not a great place for big groups unless you want to sit outside. My sister and I decided to get the lunch deal where we could get an app and entree. We both got edamame and it was very bland. Just tossing it in a little sea salt would have gone a long way to add more flavor to them. We both got ramen too. They were out of the regular mushrooms that went in it so I had to add mushrooms to it. I feel as if it should not have been an extra charge because they didn't have to correct ones to go in the ramen to begin with. The ramen still was good though. The bowl may look tiny but it was pack with ingredients. We left full which was the end game after a long flight.
google avatar

Korri G.

Yelp
My first time here and. I had a lunch date . I will say you must walk in to this place. I loved the ambience and the menu was soooo good. I had the hamachi jalapeño with the shrimp po boy Bao buns and it was . The hamaci was. 10 but that shrimp I would give it a 3. The Service was prompt not much interaction as they placed your food down and kept it moving.

Michael C.

Yelp
Food was great, location awesome, and the staff amazing. Gee was very professional and cooked great food. Our waitress Johanna was amazing, kind and efficient. The atmosphere was like I back in Japan with a local twist. It wasn't exactly Shibuya, but it was close enough.
google avatar

Jeremy F.

Yelp
Returned here last night after several years since my last visit. Quick summary: Disappointed and won't be coming back. Service: Servers were not friendly and gave off an attitude of not wanting to be there. Warning: they add an automatic 18% tip to your check which cannot be lowered. This is pretty annoying to be forced into a tip especially when the service does not match the 18% threshold. Food: Very salty all around. We got the tonkatsu ramen, crunchy tuna roll and grilled chicken skewers. Nothing to write home about. Skewers were dry and bland. Soup base was over salted and over priced at $18.

Mariamalia C.

Yelp
The food was very good! The service was awesome and helpful when accommodating to GF/DF options we loved the place with good music!

yami g.

Yelp
Food to me is the best Japanese cuisine in town. Been coming here for a long time and I recommend this place to everyone. Rice is so fresh and food has so much flavor. Service excellent Colombian Johanna was very friendly sweet and professional. Chefs Yenderson and Jose do an amazing job. Ambiance is unique! Everything about this place is spectacular.

Yelp
This restaurant been on my places to go for years and I'm low key mad that it took me so long to go. I went on a Friday night. Even though it was busy our food came out fast. Literally everything we ordered tasted amazing. The softshell crab bunssssss. Omgggg!!! 1000/10. We had to order 2. It was that good. I ordered the spider roll and my friend got the captain crunch. Not sure of the name of the sake we got but we had 2 bottles. I can't wait to go back and try something new .
google avatar

Porsha H.

Yelp
Based off the reviews, I really wanted to like this place. Indoor seating area available with a couple tables as well as outdoor seating. We ordered shrimp boa buns, chicken boa buns, curry ramen now, vegetable ramen bowl, shrimp tempura, and chicken wings. The chicken wings weee the best tasting, everything else was lack luster. The ramen (both curry and vegetable) lacked flavor and took a while to come out. The noodles also looked more like spaghetti noodles than traditional ramen. The sushi was okay. Not bad, but nothing to return for.
google avatar

Nafeeza A.

Yelp
Located on hollywood Blvd. And walking by the place you might not notice how great it actually is! Decided to try here based on local recommendations and we were very happy. We came on a Saturday night and were able to get a seat fast. They are know for their sushi rolls and Ramen bowls. So so many choices to choose from. The restaurant it self is kind of small but the servers are very nice. Every seat and table looked taken so it's Definitely a good place. Our sushi rolls were super good and very filling! They are a good portion and great to share!
google avatar

Daniel R.

Yelp
Ramen was absolutely delicious! The service was very good but a small establishment. Expect a long wait on busier days. Not a fan of the shared table arrangements but the service was phenomenal. They offer water in a very refreshing ice cold stainless steel container. And the waiter was very kind and fast. The ramen came out after like 15-20 minutes but was delicious nonetheless. The pork slices were perfectly tender and flavorful. All the toppings are delicious and go great together. The broth was warm and delicious. Haven't had better ramen in the area. For $17 you get a big portion, but could be a little bit cheaper. The restaurant is interestingly decorated in a busy Japanese city scene with cool art all around. The music had a great playlist and the TV showed interesting content. Overall: 9/10. Best Ramen!
google avatar

Josue P.

Yelp
The sushi was so amazing and great quality. They have plenty of sushi options. The variety was amazing and freshly made sushi. I really like it so much! The ramen was the best for me. I had the Tonkotsu ramen which has rich of flavor. It was packed of ingredients and broth was so good. The beers were cool! They have so many food to offers and try them again next time. The restaurant was more of a bar vibe than a restaurant experience. The food was good and the service was great.

Joseph L.

Yelp
This place slaps hard!!! This sushi spot is a little on the smaller side but definitely worth a stop in. Such a chill vibe with great music and ambiance We had sushi rolls during happy hour. Sushi was fresh and tasted great... But the icing on the cake was the curry Ramen... Perfect blend of curry spice and coconut in that broth... I wish I could find this at my local spots... well done Go bisro -- chefs kiss for sure!!! ps... our waiter was amazing super friendly, very tentative... All-around a great job

Yelp
GoBistro has been around for awhile. They've even expanded down to Wynwood. I first tried them there, but this time around, I went to the original in Hollywood as it was much closer. Have to say I prefer the Wynwood location. The Hollywood one, in comparison, is tiny and I felt cramped while dining in. Tables were extremely close together and there were a lot less of them than at Wynwood. There are maybe six or seven tables inside with a couple found outside. That night, given the chilly weather, we sat inside and that was after wondering if we could just sit ourselves or we had to be sat. Turns out here you have to be sat unlike the Wynwood location. A bit annoying but whatever. Fortunately for all these minor grievances, the food is still the same. As in it's consistently delicious. Ordered some edamame and a curry ramen as whenever it's cold I immediately crave some soup to warm the soul (and the limbs - can't forget them!). Happened to have stopped by impromptu during happy hour, which is from Monday-Thursday 3 PM to 7 PM, and actually partook in it for once. Had an Ikezo peach jelly shot and it was smooth and flavorful. I'd have ordered another one, but I know all too well that those fruity drinks are the ones that sneak up on you after. The edamame was seasoned with salt, and my friend who joined me and didn't bother ordering as he was going to the gym soon after, even snacked on a few of these. He was happy with them or so it seems. Overall, it was a tad surprising given his comment about how edamame were basically just green beans. Shrug. Adding onto this, the curry ramen came and the broth was sizzling. You could tell that this had just been made. It smelled so potent that even my friend, who is a non-pork eater, said that the meal looked amazing. And well, amazing indeed it was. That curry ramen was specifically what I went to GoBistro in Hollywood for, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Good thing, too, because honestly the size of the restaurant, and the waitress for that matter, were off-putting. Not to ding the waitress here as she did her job, but she just seemed so cold and unfriendly to me. My friend managed to speak to her more than I did, but to me, she simply radiated business in a no-nonsense manner and I didn't like that.

Yelp
So .... I kept hearing good things about this place and decided to try it out. I got there and it took 20 minutes for someone to just take my water order. There was another table connected to mine that got there after and got their food the same time i got my water. I ordered a tuna roll. The roll itself Wasn't anything spectacular. It took forever as well so i closed the bill and left. I won't be back

Yelp
Sat outside on the benches. Service was fast. I got the Tonkotsu ramen with extra pork belly and extra egg. You can add extra toppings for extra $. It was delicious and rich but the eggs were sad. They were just regular eggs soft boiled.

Priscilla V.

Yelp
Food was excellent as usual. My go to is their hangover ramen, perfectly spicy and always generous in spam and pork belly. We ordered the Gonuts, tower of donuts with a delicious condensed milk sauce at the bottom that was absolutely yummy! Marcelo was awesome, service was nothing short of great! This place will continue to be our go to place for ramen!

Yelp
Went on a Thursday night and it was our second time there. We were really excited too cause we loved the food so much the first time. Ended up having a horrible dining experience. The company was shooting content for social media the whole time. They were yelling and being so loud that we couldn't even hear each other talk. The camera light was bright as hell. It was crowded because they were walking around the restaurant making it difficult to walk around. We had no idea what was going on but we were definitely in their shots. We wouldn't have came if we knew. We asked what was going on and turns out this is a regular thing. I just don't understand why they can't do this when they're closed?... they open at 12pm... or at least before 4pm when the restaurant doesn't have as many guests. We couldn't wait to leave. I will say that the food was as good as we remembered and they offered us a free drink and donuts to say something for their video. Personally, I think everyone in the restaurant during filming should automatically get the free drink and donuts regardless of saying something for the video because they are using us as extras without giving us any notice. If you can avoid coming when they shoot or if they change their shooting schedule this place gets 4stars.

Yelp
Dined here last night with one of my girlfriends (she's 38 weeks pregnant) and they sat her early in the front booth, while waiting for me. They informed her they may sit 2 people at the booth with her if they needed the space and she explicitly stated she'd rather move to a 2-top. They kept her at the table anyway. Halfway through our meal, two male employees bombarded us, letting us know they were going to add two people to our table. I was not okay with this and I voiced it to the two men (a Latin server with thick-rimmed black glasses and a tall guy with a snapback on holding an iPad). They both gave us an attitude and went back and forth with us about seating another couple at the table with us, and we refused. They gave us a nasty attitude, rolled their eyes, and walked away. Totally unprofessional. They proceeded to rush us to pay our bill, so they could seat another group. I was SHOOK over this. Please see attached photo of the *empty* table they never filled after we rushed to vacate the restaurant. However, our server, Liesl, was an absolute gem and took great care of us. Always a great meal here. Just wishing the men would've been more professional and used a different approach.
