Gocha's Breakfast Bar

Gocha's breakfast was amazing. Good vibes and great service. Our waitress KEY, was great. She assisted us with choosing a delicious meal. She was very knowledgeable and kind. The portions of the food were huge. We will definitely return.

This was my first time visiting from California, and from the moment we entered the restaurant, we were welcomed with a warm greeting and seated right away. Our server Terri was very informative and attentive, making sure all of our needs were met. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the crab and fried fish with cheese grits, the fish was fried to perfection. I also purchased the peach cobbler pancakes, which were excellent: very moist and not overly sweet. Overall, it was a great visit, and I will definitely be coming back.

This was my first time coming to Gocha's and there's a guarantee that it will not be my last! The waitress Tessa was absolutely amazing! Gocha is lucky to have her. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent suggestions and ways to upgrade my food items. We had the Cauliflower Wings that were absolutely superb. I also had the Georgia Peach Stack and there were the chef's kiss, just deliciousness in every bite. I also had the shrimp and grits (jalapeño cheddar style) and added the blackened salmon filet (Tessa's suggestion) and added spinach and diced bell peppers and it was AH-MAZING!!!!! If you are ever in the area or want a meal that will not miss, you NEED to stop by this place!

The food was really good. We had a great time as a family. Our waitress Tessa was the BOMB! She was on it. It was a table of ten and we never needed or missed anything. This is how great Tessa was as a waitress.

First time visit. Nyla was our server, she provided great recommendations and was very patient. So many amazing choices. I finally chose the hash brown bowl and a half order of chicken and waffles. Both were amazing!! I’ll be back to try the other selections.

We’ve been here before and it seems like they have focused on the service experience which was good before, but today was phenomenal. The food is always good, 100% on grading. We both enjoyed our meals, I had the steak skillet my girl had the omelet and we both enjoyed our meals with the shrimp cake appetizer. Terri was our server, I can’t comment on other servers but she’s amazing request her if you can. Over 5 stars for sure

Beautiful birthday brunch for my hubby. Molly, our server, was the star for sure! He ordered the Steak Skillet and I had the Grit Bowl. Oh and the buffalo cauliflower as an appetizer kicked it off well. It was truly a delightful experience.

Mother, daughter, grandparent Brunch! We were seated right away! The music and atmosphere was great! Nyla our waitress was amazing! She made sure baby girl and the family were taken care of! She made us try new things and everything was excellent. 3 silvers pancakes and sausage Fried green tomatoes Steak and egg and Grits and a honey buttered buscuit (that dang biscuit) but that steak! Fried flounder (two large piece, no overcooked and also warm for at least 30-45 mins after we started eating) and sweet potato fries.

Ask for Janay! She took great care of us, checked in often, and made the whole experience even better. Fantastic service all around.

It's a hit and miss. The food quality is way better when they aren't crowded. To go orders take 45mins past scheduled pick time on the weekends without an apology for the inconvenience. The biscuits are usually good but on this particular day they were dry and hard at the bottom. A clear sign of trying to rush my order and bad time management.

From the moment we walked in, the vibe was immaculate great music, good energy, and the kind of atmosphere that just makes you feel at home. But the real star of our visit was Baby, our server LAWRENCE! Not just a server, but a true customer service guru, party hype man, and angel all in one. Lawrence loves what he does, and it shows he made our experience A-1 from start to finish. He kept us laughing, smiling, and feeling like VIPs the entire time. And let's not forget the food delicious, flavorful, and absolutely finger-licking good. Every bite hit just right, and paired with the vibe of the place, we honestly didn't want to leave. Gocha's Fayetteville is definitely THAT spot for brunch, vibes, and memories. We had a blast and can't wait to come back!

I was in the area looking for a quick breakfast and decide to stop in at Gocha's. I sat at the bar, and Molly was the bartender. Molly was great, she made me a awesome Moscow Mule! The food was great! Service was great, drink was great!! Im glad i didn't stop at Waffle House.

I had a really good experience here celebrating a birthday! The ambiance was comfortable and laid back. The music selection was great. The staff was friendly and fun. Shout out to Tessa and the crew! The food was delicious and came out hot and fresh. I would highly suggest you make reservations. Good parking as well.

I'm back again today and you all earned my 5 star review. Everything was excellent. Nyla, our server, was sweet, attentive, gracious, and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and came out quickly. The ambiance, as always, was great. This time around, we had the fish and grits, shrimp and grits, meat lover's omelette, and various pancakes/waffles. I almost asked to be carried out - and I think Nyla would have done it too! She really was wonderful. The hostesses were polite and friendly. The margarita was good too! Quickly becoming one of my favorite breakfast spots. See yall next week!

We had a great experience today at Gocha's. Delicious pancakes, flavorful bowls, and tasty omelets. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The deliciousness of the food was topped only by the graciousness of our awesome server AJ. She was attentive, informative, and friendly. We will definitely return!

Nyla was an exceptional host for our first time here! The fresh squeezed OJ, fried green tomatoes, and breakfast skillet was DELICIOUS! This place was a great stop for our first time in Fayetteville. We will be back!

Sat at the bar, it was a little warm in there though. Clean always, with a simple ambiance. Service was good, the bartender was on point. She was very personable. Food always great, no matter what it get. I love this location and highly recommend it.

We visited this restaurant on Easter Sunday, and Nyla, our waitress, was an absolute delight. She really became half of our wonderful experience here. The food was equally impressive, making the service and food an excellent combination. I loved the seafood grits. I'm so happy we discovered this neighborhood gem. We're certain to be back.

My husband and I decided to try this spot for breakfast. I ordered the blueberry pancakes and chicken sausage. Hubby ordered the pecan pancakes. The food was excellent. Our waitress, Nyla was great as well. Next time we're in town, we'll be back.

I've heard good reviews and was excited to try it. We got takeout french toast, chicken waffles, and pancake all with potatoes, bacon and sausage. The pancake, French toast and bacon was good. I get food is bulk prepped but the waffles and berries were soggy and the potatoes were not my cup of tea. Didn't know they added service charge for takeout - not worth the price to me. Sucks because there's no good place to eat breakfast besides this in Fayetteville but probably something to experience in person!

This experience was definitely not like my first. We did not have reservations so we expected to wait. There were quite a few patrons waiting outside. We left our name with the hostesses and they would text us. It ended up being about a 45 minute wait which wasn't so bad I guess. We were seated and that's when the fun started. After about 7 minutes I had to ask for the QR card so we could access the menu as the table had not been set. Then we waited for over 15 minutes and I finally had to ask the hostess if she could get our waitperson. Jasmine arrived shortly after and after greeting took our drink orders. She gave us a few minutes and then came back to take our food order. Our drinks took 25 minutes to get to the table and food took almost 45 minutes. While I can respect that everything is cooked fresh, these are breakfast items and with the seven folks working the line in the kitchen, wait times for food seemed excessive. When my entree arrived, to add insult to injury my eggs were ice cold. The manager happened to be at the front entrance at the time and I heard Jasmine tell her what the issue was. She authorized them to have them redone. Our second round of drinks took just as long as the first. By the time they brought the eggs back we had finished our entire meal. Another 25 minutes for eggs?!! The rest of our food was tasty, well seasoned and portions are good. In total with one app, two entrees an extra side and two cocktails the total was $105. I also noticed that the manager was giving directions from a chair in the front window for about 15 minutes and then we never saw her again. Her lack of urgency and presence might account for some of the inefficiency we were experiencing. Our waitress was okay. The most time spent with us was when she inquired about us signing up for the rewards program. The restaurant was definitely busy but we saw empty tables sitting for long periods of time while people waited outside on the sidewalk. I will mention that the new decor piece in the dining room was very pretty.

Such a vibe as well as good food, good drinks to be enjoyed with great friends. I recommend this spot to all of my guests who need a brunch spot recommendation at my place of employment.

I visited Gochas Breakfast Bar today and the experience was amazing. The wait time wasn't excessive and I'm so glad the music wasn't at club level like a lot of the black owned restaurants nowadays. I could actually converse with my dear friend who I had not seen in years. My server was beautiful Nyla. She was attentive and provided top tier customer service with a smile. I ordered the salmon croquette meal and it was perfection. I will definitely return soon.

I have been here many times and every time I have enjoy myself. We sat at the bar and Terri took good care of us. If you haven't been yet you definitely need to check them out.

Decided to try this cute restaurant tucked in the corner of a strip plaza in Fayetteville. We came for lunch. The menu had a nice variety. We got breakfast food for lunch and loved it. They have a nicely stocked bar up front and had an overall good vibe. I wish they would have had printed menus so I could have seen everything before I made my choices. The restaurant is a bit loud so not a place to come have a work conversation but we enjoyed it. We were happy we stumbled upon this restaurant and will for sure come back. Servers were very nice. Jay was exceptional and we will come back to see him! Thanks Jay!

Went for take out today. Has the salmon croquettes and grits. For the first time visit, I am not impressed. The salmon was fried too hard and in small balls (nothing like the menu picture) and lacked any kind of seasoning or flavor as did the grits also. Maybe I will give them another try and dine inside but I was totally unimpressed.

So I wish I had some pics to post but this place really is the Truth! I can honestly say I've never had a bad tasting meal here! From the fried green tomatoes to the homestyle grits, everything is pretty tasty.

Amazing! The pancakes are crispy. They come with melted butter & warm syrup, not a lot of sugar on top ( which I loved ). The black bean bowl was delicious. It will definitely fill you up without giving you the "itis" after your meal. Customer service was fantastic very attentive very nice. Will be back.

I am about 2 days late. But Lawrence took amazing care of myself and mother in law. Janae (bartender) always takes care of me when I sit at the bar and make crazy customized requests . I literally ordered the wrong drink on accident. But it was a delicious mistake and they still corrected my mistake. Their food is always good, plus the music selection never disappoints!
