Godfather's Pizza

This is a great Godfathers! It is too bad that corporate won't put any money into it. There are holes in the seats in the dining room, holes in the walls in the women's bathroom, not to mention that the locks on the stalls don't work. Thats all okay because no one stays to eat as far as I can tell. The staff is always awesome & great. Too bad corporate won't help fix the facility up. 😒 UPDATE: Management for this store did some renovations!! New pics added! Now the joint looks as swell as the pizza tastes!!

It's an old place but the food was fantastic. Reminiscent of my childhood! Would recommend!

The food was great and service was quick. The lady working at the counter was super friendly! The place seems to have a lot of call in orders we stayed and ate in the dining room which could use a few updates. The bathrooms were very clean one lock broke in women’s bathroom. Overall a great place!

Sat around for 20 mins waiting for order and then only brought out half of it then said it was guna be a bit longer!? I ended up just canceling and leaving..

They skimp you on your toppings. Pizza not cut evenly. The pizzas in the pictures are suppose to have 5 toppings

The pizza was good, monkey bread was fresh and hot good service not very good parking for the moment alot of construction but everything else was great

Food has been poor quality over the last 4 weeks, every time I got cheese sticks they just have a small patch of cheese just in the middle I complained to corporate and nothing was done

When family member went to pick up pizza they didnt have right last name. The pizza is over priced. The pizza was over done and hard. I will never order a pizza from there again.

Food came out pretty quick, and the pizza was loaded with cheese and toppings. The garlic cheese bread was hot and cheesy. It's pretty bare bones on the inside, but we were still provided with some To-go plates for the salad bar. The salad bar is pretty basic but it had what I needed.

The customer service is wonderful. The lady who answered the phone helped walk me thru the door dash website and she was extremely helpful. She did her job and went above and beyond to make sure I understood door dash and really helped me order a pizza for my father in a nursing home 2 blks away. She really did a great job helping me navigate so my dad could have pizza at his nursing home. Props to this lady at Godfathers.

So I ordered a hamburger pizza and when i picked it up and took it home me and my family was eating pizza and I was chewing and realized it was chewing on something and it was mixed with the cheese so I spit it out and it was a finger nail !! Yes a thumb nail is as in my pizza !! They gave me the money back but that it I mean they can't do nothing Else but it's just crazy !! I found a thumb nail in my pizza !! S

This place just feels like home and most of the time, I get pizza here when I'm in town. I called in the order for carry out and asked about deals . I was only informed about a large pizza special. When I arrived, there were several options for the the price I paid for a large specialty pizza. I'll check online next time to avoid the deficient customer service.

Love this place. I've eaten here twice recently and both times I received good service and had great pizza. It's a clean place and the employees were nice and efficient.

Haven't had godfathers pizza in a long time and I thought I would try them again. Staff was good, pizza was good, definitely will get pizza from here when in the area.

The service here at this location has declined severely. I couldn't place an order at 8:15pm even tho they don't close until 10pm. This has happened multiple times. I'be been coming to this location for 25+years not anymore tho. I see this location closing soon.

Growing up in Ponca Hills, this was the only place that would deliver to our house. Now that I live within a few blocks and having fond memories of them from back then, I thought I'd give them a shot at delivery. Two hours later, and the pizza still hadn't arrived. Had I walked to the storefront, ordered, waited for my pizza, and walked home I would have gotten my dinner before the delivery driver showed up. We got no indication we'd have to wait that long, or we'd have just sucked it up and gone through a drive through. But as it was, we were stuck waiting for our delivery and couldn't just leave to go pick something up because we didn't know if and when we'd ever see our food and wanted to be at the house if they showed up. When we got the pizza, it was lukewarm and soggy. Not impressed.

I travel a lot and I was pleasantly surprised on how good the pizza was. They were short staffed, but who isn't these days. But the staff was friendly and was working really hard.

We have ordered from this Godfathers on a few occasions when we have had the urge for an easy dinner, or when our daughter has had friends over. They deliver in Florence so that is a plus. The location itself is fairly small, with an equally small salad bar, but generally clean and the staff friendly. Godfathers is not my favorite pizza, but with pizza options being limited in Florence, this will fit the bill.

Fresh pizza and excellent service. Pies came out fresh every time to replace old pies. The staff made sure the buffet was up to par.

Was looking for a kid-friendly place in North Omaha, as I had my friend and her two babies in town and LaRon & Sarah went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We ordered our pizza and sat down like a fast-casual restaurant, but LaRon and Sarah kept checking up on us and treated us like VIP's. They even brought us quarters for the gumball machines to keep the kiddos entertained. they were so sweet and Godfather's should be proud to have them representing them!

Waiting for delivery for over an hour and we only live 2 minutes away maximum. When we call they keep saying the driver left with it, but yet still waiting.

We ordered a combo pizza, $19. for a medium and there wasn't a single piece of pepperoni on the entire pizza. There may have been some sausage, but not sure. Mainly hamburger which was so over cooked that it was dehydrated. Very doubtful that we will order from there again. The pizza from HyVee that you cook at home is better and cheaper.

We just had two mini pizzas and two salads, great service & great food! The restaurant is clean and neat, not new but neat although the bench seat cushions are a bit worn.

Great place! Staff is friendly and always treats the kids really well! Clean inside & out.

This place has been around my whole life. It's always clean with good service. Great great pizza. Classic combo is my favorite! Good desserts too :-)

Went there and ordered a #2, was told that it'd be 15 minutes, so I left and came back 25 minutes later. People that came in and ordered after me, got their orders and were gone. After asking about my order I was told 5 more minutes, after 5 minutes I asked again, and the very rude employee said very snarky " I said you were next in 5 minutes. Took over 30 minutes for a pizza that should have took 15 minutes. Wong be back there again!

Best service ever, very accommodating, I came here with family and several small children and they made it easy to do business with them. I will always support businesses with great staff like this

Take out takes forever-waited about 45 minutes for one pizza and nothing else. Staff are polite but to the bare minimum. I was there about an hour before closing time so it's a possibility that they were just tired from their shift but still, customer service and efficiency should be a priority.

The management at this store is absolutely HORRIBLE! Jennifer is extremely rude and will flat out lie to your face. Travis the General Manger is even worse, RUDE and has zero people skills. Their store fraudulently hit my credit card for $3 more than the total on my receipt. Travis suggested that I drive all the way from Elkhorn, NE back to his store on North 30th, with my bank statement showing they overcharged me, for hime to give me a $3 credit and a free pizza. He didn't even apologize for the overcharge. After the horrible initial experience I had in his store with Jennifer and then they steal extra money from me he had the audacity to get angry when I didn't want his free pizza or the $3 credit. I wanted the entire order credited for the hassle and inconvenience I'm experiencing in dealing with all this. To show you how they lie he had the nerve to tell me this was all he could do. REALLY Travis? No one is stupid enough to believe that lie. He obviously has someone doing a side hustle scam in his store and he's not concerned about how the theft occurred or how often it's occurring. I bet if I was white he would've offered me a full refund and a free pizza. Wake up people and boycott this store. I realize this is the only pizza spot in that area since the Ames street location closed but we deserve better treatment and the same respect any other customer of the majority persuasion would receive if the theft/overcharge to their credit card had a occurred. General Managers who raise their voice at a customer who DID NOT raise their voice with them should be FIRED! Godfather's needs to do a better job at hiring General Managers because Travis is the absolute worse.
