Godiva Caf

Great little cafe to go in a busy Penn Station in New York. Their signature cafe is lovely and their legendary fresh strawberry covered chocolate is always my favourite aside from their waffles. They also sell Godiva gift items which is already beautifully wrapped. Always nice to stop by here for coffee break.

It’s Godiva, in Penn Station. ‘Nuff said. Love their soft-serve swirl and my coffee friends like the coffee. But the best thing about the place is the staff. Always super friendly and nice - gotta find out what training manual they’re using. Or are they just happy to be around all that chocolate all day? I’ll be back.

I commute through Penn Station weekly. Decided to stop in. Was pretty pleased with the breakfast options. Service was pretty efficient. I read previous reviews about the crioffle, was a little hesitant but found it to be pretty delicious. I only wish the coffee tasted a little better... usually I get hot chocolate but decided to go with coffee. Not my thing at Godiva I guess.

Just Opened Feb 10th. Food was great. Customer Service was great. The was basically cooked there. Fresh waffles too!!!

Slow. Managers barking at cashiers. This is what $7 of mini waffles look like. A crumbled bag with smooshed mini waffles with cinnamon sugar just dumped in the bag. This is not the Godiva quality that one imagines. Maybe only get the hot chocolate and coffee in the Penn Station location?

The staff are so delightfully pleasant, they brightened my day! Here the coffees are yum and a chocolate dipped strawberry is basically a super food - so why would anyone get their coffee from Starbucks??? ((Next door)) Also they have outlets!!! 🔌🔌

I agree with Jen. I received this soft serve for 6.4$ I could barely dip my finger in it. Godiva; do better. Check prior to selling your franchise or make surprise checks!

I had a hazelnut praline chocolixir, which was basically a thick coffee, chocolate, and hazelnut shake. It was absolutely incredible. I found the small size to be more than enough. With whipped cream on top, it was basically sinful. The customer service was great. This place just opened at the beginning of the year, but I do hope to see a recycling bin eventually. I also think warmer lighting would be great for drawing more people in. Chocolate lovers in transit, delight, this place is for you!
