Food is too slow for Fine Dining Standard.
30 mins for each sticks of Yakitori is a bit too much.
Seeing Head Chef as the only one Griller and struggling to keep up the pace of a full house is somehow pitiful.
There's even a Japanese Couple walked off halfway as they couldn't wait.
In 14 years of Fine Dining Restaurant in many cities in Japan, this could be one of the worst.
We have tried many Yakitori Restaurants before and we know exactly how it works.
Compared to 焼き鳥 と ワイン 源 moto with the same (or lower) Price,
Food Presentation/ Drinks/ and Hospitality there was another level.
Ended up the whole Ambience was covered with unsatisfied-waiting Customers, that we decided to leave and found near by Ramen Place to complete the night.
Anyway, wish you would take my comments for improvement.
We know doing fine-dining restaurant is tough, but not every Customers are that patient and forgiving by trying to bite as small and have as much conversation as they could.
Cheers
