Where to Watch Football in London Pubs and Restaurants - Eater London

"Anyone who spent the 1990s and 2000s watching James Richardson sit with an espresso, cannolo, and pile of Italian sports papers on Football Italia will love Golazio, and so will anyone who enjoys pizza and beer. This is a sports bar for the obsessive as much as the casual observer, with 1990s and contemporary football on the screens and hot, decent pizza by the slice on the plates. Italian craft beer, natch." - Adam Coghlan, James Hansen, Andrew Leitch, Tom Ford

Really great football bar. Booked a table for 6 with Tim the owner. More friends showed up and he accommodated everyone despite the place being fully booked. Highly recommend if you like good beer, pizza by the slice and football with the commentary up.

Super nice place if you want to enjoy a slice of pizza and some moretti. Try the garlic oil!

Tucked away in Camberwell is one of my favourite spots to watch football and have a beer. Opened in June 2018, this fun little bar serves pizza, beer and football nostalgia with gusto. The space is fairly spartan - chairs, tables and not much else. It's very much meant to ape the experience of watching a game in Italian bar. Themed heavily around Italian football (the ceilings papered with classic copies of Gazetta), it's also more than that. Very much a must visit for anyone with an interest in European football, good beers, and pizza by the slice. Extra points for the super friendly owner !

Awesome trip down memory lane! Gazetta wall paper and other fantastic paraphernalia. Good selection of beers and pizza is decent and reasonably priced. A great afternoon or evening venue for watching a game or just reminiscing about 90s Italian football.

This place is fantastic - a much needed invigoration of ‘cool’ for the Walworth/Camberwell road! Golazio is a retro Italian sports bar, with cool decor and football memorabilia, and a brilliant setup for all the big games (including multiple screens for different games). It serves good beers, delicious huge pizzas, and has a darts board to boot. The owner is also a top guy and is clearly making a great success of things. I just wish this place had been here when I lived in the area in 2017, but I’ll certainly be making the short journey back here soon!

Nostalgia overload. If you ever watched Football Italia in the 90s on C4, this is the bar for you. Good selection of beers, interesting staff and fantastic Pizza by the slice. Great collection of memorabilia on the walls too!

Fantastic bar, especially for football fans. The Italian craft beers are great and something different to most bars. You are surrounded by amazing artefacts of 90s Serie A, from magazines to jerseys. Add to all that the owner is a legend and always willing to chat about footy and much more besides. I went on a whim, but you'd be mad to miss this place

Yelp
Love this place so much. Came here on a whim because they were playing some soccer games and the boxing match and it's a great environment. Really fun place, and the owner makes you feel really welcome. Next time I'm in London will definitely make this a frequent stop.
