I hate having to run other people's businesses for them. I have my own to run and when I pay for something I expect to have things go as told me by the very people providing their own product or service.
I'll keep this short, but placed one order with them and it was dictated to me all but with an iron-fist as to the wee hours that the product would arrive. It did not and showed up over a hour after the back-end of the delivery range and just as I was getting ready to leave for an event, sans product.
Then only part of it arrived. I guess, predicated upon the explanation rendered, a couple hundred regular items per their website is a "large order." OK, ... not sure what to say other than perhaps if you need a few racks of product might be best to look elsewhere.
They were right on top of charging my debit card tho.
They were also on top of charging it again two weeks later. The problem: I never reordered.
Product Quality: Good, hardly great. Not worth even a sniff of hassles. Way too much work.
Oh, and not to mention, I literally had to make about a dozen phone calls simply to get in touch with someone initially about even ordering to begin with.
Sounds as if this company needs to think thru its logistics and administrative processes. ... as if that's on their radar.
A business is in business to do what it does. If it can't do that properly then what good is it.
