Gold Rush was professional from start to finish. Our rep, Nick, responded to our initial quote and kept checking in as we finished mixing and mastering our album, which took months. Once we were read to press, he continued to check in throughout that process as well. Our test presses sound AMAZING and we are even happier with the final product. Our vinyl was shipped safely from TX to Washington State and everything is intact! When you don't have a label and do everything yourselves as a band, it is especially scary putting your trust into a business to create a product that has such a high cost. We would definitely return to goldrush for our second album without hesitstion.

Gold Rush has pressed our last 3 Le Gargoyle albums. They do incredible work. Excellent communication with album progress and completion times. All color variations we have done look and sound incredible. It’s also nice living near the plant so I can see all the action behind the scenes. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

This is the second vinyl 7-inch record I've made through Gold Rush Vinyl in a two year period. I prefer to do as much work in house by hand as possible such as album art, labeling, and packaging. Pressing the actual vinyl myself is the one thing I can't do. Gold Rush Vinyl has been solid and gets the job done for me.

I love working with Gold Rush! The team makes the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. They're consistently transparent with status updates, and the quality of their work is top-tier. Plus, their pricing is competitive, which makes them an all-around great choice.

I have used Gold Rush Vinyl for almost 10 projects. Gatefolds, colored vinyl, regular jackets, inserts, multiple shipments, they have done them all for me, all at competitive prices! Super friendly and knowledgeable people.

I really hate leaving this review but feel it's necessary because being an independent artist is challenging enough without issues like this on top. It actually feels devastating after all the energy it takes to make a vinyl package. I hope I am an outlier in my experience with Gold Rush. I was so excited to support a woman owned company that presses in Texas! I would have been thrilled to send them business and sing their praises. The customer service aspect was stellar during the manufacture process. No complaints there. But the product leaves a lot to be desired. The hole punches in the center of the record are jagged, the center labels have bubbles underneath, my pure white vinyl has brown parts from whatever was on the press before them so it looks like the vinyl is dirty, the inner sleeve is flimsy and looks rumpled and crinkled, and there are issues with how the jacket was glued together in about 65% of the product. The sloppy glue job creates a a gap between the top and bottom and bulge inside the gatefold. These jackets are un-sellable. The fold in the center of the gatefold looks jagged and crunched and not smooth. And there are other issues but you get the picture. I can only sell 35% of the 500 that I pressed. Fortunately the vinyl itself sounds great(hallelujah!) so I can get jackets reprinted and replace the inner sleeves, but the whole thing is just super disappointing. I gave them ample opportunity to take some responsibility, but they say these issues came from me storing the vinyl for several months in a climate control storage unit and they bear zero responsibility. They stand by this product as being representative of their company. They said no one has complained about the inner sleeves before. The owner made no attempt to reach out to me to try to work something out. I really wish my experience with them had been great.
