first time at this place and it’s amazing! delicious food, friendly and quick service, big portions for the price. a variety of menu options - some good vegetarian and vegan options too! this spot is less busy than some other breakfast/brunch spots in the area. i will definitely be back!

This place has well made food. What it lacks is service. There's only three people working the floor and they also offer food on Caviar. Which leads to long wait times to be seated, and long wait times to to be served. I do get that the staff is busy as the greeter is also the barista and serves food while doing all that, but since it's not very efficient it slows down the flow of the restaurant. I've never had a bad meal in my two times here though, so if you're willing to wait it is a good breakfast. And they also offer a lot of vegetarian and vegan options.

Only giving this place a star because there is no option for zero stars. This place apparently requires an ID for purchasing coffee. The last time I checked a cafe is not border patrol! Will definitely be seeking action through the BBB with those who have been racially profiled here.

So happy Gold Standard opened in South St! Benjamin, Mark, Emmie, and the crew are friendly and accommodating AND turn out some killer fare. They have tasty glutenfree and vegan options, everything is so fresh!

Had brunch here which was so good we returned the following day. Charming staff, fresh, carefully prepared food. Good portions and value. Highly recommended.

The brunch menu is perfect. The food is amazing and the iced latte on the way out the door is the cherry on top!!
