It is located near the exit to the Golden Bauhinia Plaza. Quite a long walk from the main entrance of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center with mediocre signs along the way.
The place is small but spacious, well decorated and clean.
We went for the relatively pricey $248 Dim Sum all-you-can-eat. The selection is not as big as some of the other dim sum restaurants' offerings, but the quality is good in general. While two of our orders went missing, it was relatively easy to track them down since the orders were put into a computer. Also there was no time limit, you could sit there for the whole 12-2:30pm lunch slot if you like. The waiters are well trained and speak English reasonably well. One should note that some of the choices on the menu/ordering sheet are for each piece, while others are for per person which usually have bigger portions.
Recomended dishes: Soup of the day (vegetables and pork broth on the day we visited), Deep Fried Shrimp Toast topped with Sesame, Beef Shank with Spicy Sauce (a cold dish), Fried Rice with Diced Barbecue Pork and Vegetables, Poached Beancurd Sheet Rolls in Tomato Soup.
Dishes to Avoid: Fried Noodles with Shredded Pork in Premium Soy Sauce (a bit greasy), Beef Short Ribs with Garlic (too much fat on most of the ribs)
