I believe this is the first true 5-star deli in the Las Vegas area. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by warm, friendly faces that made me feel like my support genuinely mattered. Every team member spoke to me, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Their market is thoughtfully curated, with both daily essentials and fun surprises—I could not resist grabbing fresh tomatoes and bucatini for dinner. The sandwiches were the real highlight! We ordered a Caprese + Turkey, and it was an absolute delight. Quality ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and bread with just the right crunch—sturdy enough for my 13-minute ride home without being tough or overwhelming. The little side salad with its dressing was honestly one of the best dressings that I have had in years. My only critique? They are not closer to my house. But for this level of quality and experience, I will happily make the trip daily if needed. Thank you to the Friday team for such a warm welcome and for bringing a deli to Las Vegas that we can all be excited about. We will definitely be back—hungry for more!

Popped in here and was very happy to discover that all their salads are Gluten Free (minus the breadcrumbs on Caesar). I ordered the Greek Salad and added chicken. When they called my name to come up and grab my order, I was shocked at how big it was! Super glad I opted for dressing on the side so I could take home my leftovers and they won't be soggy. They informed me I could simply ask for a lid if I needed one. I did! The quality was excellent! All of the ingredients were very fresh and plentiful! The chicken was tender and simply flavored. I also ordered the freshly brewed iced tea and it also was perfect. My only complaint.... I really wish I could try one of their sandwiches, the fresh baguettes looks amazing! Maybe someday they will have a GF bread.

Went twice in a week and have be RAVING about it to whoever will listen. Every sandwich is great. No losers. Staff is great. The men making the sandwiches have fantastic personalities and not bad on the eyes either. Lol. Love the aesthetic, local collabs & just shear pride in every detail The Golden Boys put into everything thing. 1000/10 rating. My mouth is watering just writing this review…. I think I need another sandwich today? Hmmmmm

Tried Golden Boy Market & Deli for the first time today for lunch, and I have nothing but good things to say. The location was clean and welcoming, and the person who took my order was super chill and friendly. I got the Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich it was fantastic! The Caesar dressing was creamy, and the chili crisp added a really nice twist. The bread tied everything together perfectly. I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu.

Bright comfortable eating area. Menu is well rounded, with chicken, beef, veggies, all on the best bread I’ve had since my grandfather (a professional bread baker) retired. We had the chicken Caesar sandwich and the turkey sandwich. Would not change a thing - enjoy it the way it’s offered on the menu. Generous fillings. Great meat to bread to veg ratios. Couldn’t resist buying olive oil, little chocolate biscuits and I’ll be back for the Sicilian blood orange soda. Fabulous. Kudos to these guys!

Golden Boy is a gem! The salads and sandwiches are crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and every bite feels like a divine dance of flavors. The menu is diverse, offering something for everyone from hearty sandwiches to vibrant, delicious salads. The space itself is thoughtfully designed, with each corner carrying its own unique charm and character. I’m especially obsessed with the beef and chicken sandwiches. They are packed with flavor! The caprese and couscous salads are equally incredible. I have to mention the fig and cherry scones with their homemade butter. I could honestly eat them morning, noon, and night. (Note: unfortunately, phone did not eat first when it came to the scones.) Chef’s kiss. 10/10. Absolutely, would eat here again!

Portions are generous without being over the top, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients.The staff is friendly and welcoming, which adds to the whole experience. It has that neighborhood feel where you want to keep coming back, not just for the food, but because it’s a place you enjoy being. If you’re a sandwich lover (or even just mildly hungry), Golden Boy is a must-visit. Quality, flavor, and atmosphere all come together here. Easily one of my new favorite spots!

I get my haircut at the salon at the other end of the plaza and saw on social media that this place recently opened—I had to try! I don’t think I have a deli sandwich here in Vegas with fresher ingredients. The bread is amazing. The side salad was also super tasty. Looking forward to coming here every time I get my hair done!
