I have now eaten here two times and still can't make up my mind. As others have posted the decor is outdated and yes the bathrooms are simple and not well maintained all the time, but they are clean and so is the Restraunt.
That said, let's talk about the food prices. I've had the buffet twice. Once by choice and once by default. It is currently about $15 For the all you can eat Buffett. Not a bad deal as prices go. The second time I went I was trying to order a la carte, however as I was sitting with a group who mostly wanted buffet I couldn't avoid it. It is an all in buffet or none, not a mix.
As for the food itself, it seems to be a mix. I personally didn't like the fried shrimp but the honey and walnut shrimp was very good. I tried the dragon fried rice and first time it was dry, but the second time it was actually pretty good. I ended up eating seconds then thirds (nice benefit of the buffet is they just keep bringing what you ask for). I tried a few other things and it just seems so - so. I don't think this will be on my desired places to go, but I do have some family who like the establishment so can't say i'd avoid it either.
