Phenomenal café with a warm, personable atmosphere. Uniquely delicious coffee handmade to tailor. The music transports you to a Caribbean island, which is just the thing needed when working or studying inside or on the gorgeous patio! Juan & Victor are class acts with impeccable taste. There is truly no place like it!

Google
This was my first visit here and it was pretty great! The golden latte was delicious. The WiFi was speedy, I loved the outdoor seating and Juan was very personable and easy to relate to! I love that they bring coffee to you. Prices are pretty comparable to other coffee shops and I didn’t feel rushed to wrap up my work or anything like that. The music was pretty modern, but I tend to like a quieter space for work, so I threw my AirPods in and didn’t have any problems. My only very minor complaints are that there’s very few power outlets. You’ll need to bring fully charged devices if you’re intending to work. There were a few dead bugs near the window/bar seating in the inside—not by any means was this extreme. And finally, there is no public restroom that I saw. Coffee is a diuretic so I was very surprised to not see one—but also didn’t ask about one.

Stopped by this quaint cafe on my way to work. I had always drove past this place while commuting to work over the past 5 years and decided finally to check it out. It was around 3pm when I arrived and there wasn’t any customers around inside or outside. An employee sitting at a window side table sprang up when I entered and cordially welcomed me in and took my order. I decided to get a small golden latte which was their signature drink and a Pao de Quiejo, a Brazilian cheese puff. The latte came out looking and tasting great. There was a nice design in the foam that made felt guilt for trying to break it apart. The coffee underneath it was smooth and just right in terms of caffeine. The cheese puff was also quite something with a slightly toasted outside, but a warm and soft inside that tasted good. Both inside and outside sitting provide good views of Clairmont Road while sipping on a cup of coffee. Overall a good first impression of the cafe. Would love to try their other items in the future.

We loved the coffee and empanadas — very yummy, fresh, and flavorful. The only downside was that it was a bit on the expensive side.

Google
AMAZING! We love this coffee shop! The owner is so friendly and helpful. The other staff is also great and you won't find a better iced latte around! We will drive way out of our way just to go here for coffee! I am not sure what they do different but they are a cut above the rest!

Google
So happy to stumble upon this great little coffee spot. I ordered an Americano with sugar and steamed cream... it was smooth and flavorful. I am an empanada lover and always in search of places that serve good homemade empanadas. I ordered the beef empanada which had nice flavor and also the ham and cheese empanada which was also very good...but could use a little more ham in my opinion. But they were light, crispy and well made. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I would definitely come again for the coffee and empanadas.

Google
The food or coffee here was not prepared correctly - both my partner and I got sick after eating here. It’s also very expensive for the food and coffee. For two people to have food and a drink, we spent nearly $70! The quantity and quality of food was not worth that price (notwithstanding it making us sick).

Google
2024 Update: I like to come back to places that people rave about and I didn’t give a good review to, so I came back and had my standard Americano and a banana muffin. One person behind the counter, so if a small group descends upon the place, expect a reasonable wait for individual service. Coffee was spectacular and the banana muffin was warmed and moist. Limited selection of beer, alcohol and food. Nice atmosphere with Latino music, indoor and outdoor seating. Service was very friendly. Nice place to meet a fried for coffee. 2023 Review: (originally 3-stars) Nice coffee shop but nothing special in a very crowded coffee house sector. I was hoping for Cuban or other extra special native coffee drinks. Empanadas were nice but ours didn’t have much filling. Service was very good and friendly. I had their signature Golden Latte that was nice. My wife had a cold weak mint tea accompanied with our empanadas for around $20. Nice at most and artwork around this former Arby’s building.

Yelp
I love their golden latte. It is definitely the best around and worth stopping by for that drink alone.

Marni M.

Yelp
Cute cafe with limited indoor seats but plenty of outdoor tables, perfect for when the temperatures climb back up. But in terms of views, you'll just be observing the many cars that drive by this relatively main road. The cashier was friendly. Wi-fi is free but the only bathrooms are located outside of the main indoor space. Private parking lot with plenty of spots. My friend and I shared their sampler plate which had everything but the pao de queijo so we got an extra empanda instead. We got their veggie and ham & cheese empanadas and I liked the ham more even though the veggies was nice and cheesy too. I really enjoyed the coxinha with was filled with shredded chicken with a mashed potato-like crispy surrounding. Would come again!

Feng W.

Yelp
The food is delicious, it is very filling and the drinks are extremely thirst quenching. Golden Drops Café is run by a very nice gentleman and I will most definitely be returning!

Candace B.

Yelp
I was headed to the VA Hospital next door and I know wait times are long so I needed food and coffee. All the intersections are so busy and it's not easy to just stop at a drive thru but Golden Drops is in the perfect location to avoid that. It's outdoor and indoor seating. I'd like to think like a work or study spot. Almost everyone had a laptop and head phones so I'm adding this to my list for that. The staff was so nice and bilingual which is always a plus. I had the beef empanada and wish I got two. The pastry was perfectly crispy and airy and they didn't shy away with the filling. I also ordered and Americano con Leche (with oat milk) with whipped cream. They also have alcohol available for the extra kick or wind down. It was a great accidental stop and next time it will definitely be on purpose! It was not to quiet and all windows for the sun to come in. 10/10

Yelp
Get the Cuban sandwich. Thank me later. Location and Parking Located in North Druid hills, parking is free and there is a decent sized lot around the building. Venue and Atmosphere The shop is small inside, but there is plenty of covered outdoor seating. There are few plugs, so please be aware of that if you plan on working from "home." Service Service was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Food and Beverages The golden latte is served with a helping of cinnamon and vanilla notes. The Cuban sandwich was cooked to perfection, definitely one of the best in ATL. Verdict I'll return one day!

Lila D.

Yelp
Cappuccino was nothing special. Golden drop latte just tastes like PSL. But- friend loved his empanada. Wouldn't go out of my way to come again

Annabelle G.

Yelp
Chill vibes located close to Emory Clairmont Campus which is very convenient. Good food and coffee! 5/5 food - coffee was yummy, banana muffin was surprisingly good 5/5 service - baristas were very nice 4/5 vibes - limited indoor seating with access to outlets if you're doing work

Yelp
This is a great location. I love the covered patio, and I love that they offer so many interesting food choices. Here's the thing, though, it's just not good :/ I've tried it on three different occasions. Two were mediocre, and the last visit was just bad. The food is often bland, stale, or both. The lattes are weak and lukewarm. I really want to like this places, but it just isn't for me.

Kevin W.

Yelp
I found this place through Yelp and is a great local cafe. This place is pretty small on the inside but it has a spacious patio. They will bring the food to you and clean up after you if you Dine-in. I noticed a few people were using this place as an internet cafe. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, Golden Latte, and Caribbean beef empanada. The Cuban sandwich had a great taste but it did not come with any mustard on the side. The pork was pulled pork and the ham was deli sliced. Decent but not special. The Golden Latte is amazing. You can taste the cinnamon. The empanada was nicely fried and filled.

Tom V.

Yelp
So you want a good cup of coffee to start your morning? Yeah, me too. Hence my motivation to walk up the street from the cozy Emory campus in need of a cuppa. And I found one! Golden Drops is easy to find off Clairmont & easy to enjoy in about any weather. Great covered patio space with accent lighting! My visit was in the morning (when it was unseasonably warm), so an opportunity to be in the shade while I enjoyed my pourover was just what the doctor ordered. So while I do like me some handcrafted coffee, I will carp ever so lightly that a pourover shouldn't run me in the $6+ neighborhood. Points for the flavor, but meh for the value. It was good, but not amazing. Golden Drops also serves up items of the drink, as in the adult bottle nature. I didn't have an opportunity to partake in those, as it was still 8:00 in the morning, but I may be back just for that. Nice sightlines for several TVs, a fair space in which to enjoy your drink inside or out, and a great menu. Worthy of all four stars, and if we could do half-stars, then it would be a 4.5.

Denice R.

Yelp
Absolutely my FAVORITE coffee shop in Atlanta metro! Not only because of their incredibly yummy Golden Latte and Caribbean food with some Brazilian favs thrown in the mix, but more importantly, because of the people who run it! Victor, the owner and Juan, the best barista ever! They are some of the kindest, loving and generous people you will ever meet! They have welcomed me and my ATL Crew of actors with opened arms and the best sense of community It's our favorite place to relax, have coffee, food, conversation and even work from our laptops. I just can't say enough about this wonderful coffee shop and community staple in Decatur. If you haven't visited yet, please do so ASAP and give Victor and Juan my regards!

Brittany B.

Yelp
Authentic and delicious coffees and food, clean location, and friendly staff. I'll be coming back for sure!

Vanessa R.

Yelp
The Cuban sandwich had good flavor but it was pretty tiny for the price. The Coxinha filling was yummy, would have been better if warmed up before serving. It seems they were just pulled out of the food display and placed on a plate. Cafe con Leche was good.

Stephanie P.

Yelp
A great cafe for studying or working! It wasn't too loud and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was super friendly and our orders came out quickly. The golden latte was delicious and I'd recommend to anyone who likes ginger and cinnamon.

Mariah D.

Yelp
I don't make reviews. Ever. But this place has the best coffee I've ever had. I am so mad I didn't try this place earlier. Inquired about the coffee source and received the whole story of the place. They are proud of their history. Friendly staff.

Tony M.

Yelp
My experience here was not the best. Both individuals working there came across as rude and impatient. However, not all the customers were treated this way while I sat and observed. I placed an order to have there, but I was served in to-go containers. I really did not feel welcomed. Besides that the empanadas were a nice size. However, they did not have a lot of filling. The pastry was good, but the flavor of the filling was average at best. I had a beef and a guava empanada.

Hanh T.

Yelp
Food was great and well priced. Tried the americano, Cuban sandwich, and beef, chicken, cheese, cheese+guava empanadas. All were great! No complaints. Service was fast. Cafe gave awesome chill vibes . Also provide indoor and outdoor seating. Recommend anyone who needs a quick bite before checking out Emory!

Yelp
Acelyn B and I stopped in after dropping off the toddler and having the day to ourselves. First stop. Coffee. It appears they had a late start to their day as they seemed to getting situated as we entered. Their open neon wasn't even lit, yet we let ourselves in. Thanks for not kicking us out! The owner took our order and let us know it would be a minute. He struck up some small talk where learned they sourced their beans directly from El Salvador and partner with some well-acclaimed baristas. I will say, the coffee was yummy. The star for me, however, was the guava and cheese empanada. Oh. Em. Gee! Don't get confused. It's NOT guava and cream cheese. Instead, it was guava and mozzarella (? - or some shredded white cheese). The cheese wasn't melted, which might elevate it to more of my liking. But I was still tempted to go back to the counter and order another half dozen for myself. I'm glad we have found this little gem and decided to stop in. I'm certainly stopping in again when I'm in the area and hankering for my morning kick.

Lindsay D.

Yelp
Honestly I was so disappointed. As a Brazilian, people had recommended this place to me and I was excited to try it. I showed up at 10 am on Saturday and they only had two people working and a large line. Everyone waited a long time because the person at the register was also making the coffee. They didn't have all the food I wanted available either. The worst part was how EXPENSIVE it is. $4.50 for one small coxinha! We got two empanadas, two coxinhas, and one latte to share and spent over $30. The food was decent but wasn't worth it for the price and the wait time.

Tina H.

Yelp
This is a cute cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating conveniently located next to the Atlanta VA. I've had their golden latte before and it's delish! Their Cuban sandwhiches are a little smaller than some of the other places in the area but I think it's prob one of the tastiest. Their empanadas were OK. Def prefer Buena Gente empanadas but these are less oily and probably healthier for sure.

Robin N.

Yelp
I came here on a Saturday morning to get some studying in. The service was so nice. I ordered a latte and the cheese and guava empanada. I really like coming here because it's so casual and quiet.

Lisa H.

Yelp
Finally dropped in at Golden Drops recently. Service was polite but a little odd. We were standing around ready to order and some employees were walking around behind the counter, putting food into the display and such, but no one thought to grab the cashier. It's nice how they bring your drinks outside to you. The beverages might've not been the fastest coming out, but I wasn't in a huge rush. I ordered a frappe latte which seemed like basically an iced coffee and at nearly $6, was a tad overpriced for what it was. It was refreshing though. The patio is my favorite aspect of this retro building which has been a couple of other restaurants in the past. Even though you're smack dab on the well-traveled Clairmont Road, it's not too noisy, and if you sit at a certain angle, you can get a glimpse of the woods in the back.

Yelp
Came here last week for a quick bite and drink before heading to my VA appointment just down the street. At least I thought it was going to be a quick bite ... Parking is easy to find in the private lot for Golden Drops Cafe, which is a standalone business. This location had to have previously been an old style Arby's, because it still has the Conestoga wagon style architecture in place. The inside area is mostly the kitchen and food/beverage prep areas, with some tables and chairs, and a long high counter with tall stools. The covered patio out front is shaded, and it has a whole lot more tables than what's inside. This place has a nice open vibe. Although the employee was nice and courteous, the service was slow the entire time I was there. Some of the customers got tired of standing while waiting for their orders to go, and sat down to wait, periodically looking at the time on their watches or phones and looking annoyed. My wait was 25 minutes from the time I ordered until the time I received my order to eat in, and it would've been nice if the employee had warned everyone that their orders were going to take some time to make so that they could make the decision to wait and not get annoyed or just leave without ordering. What tipped me off that the service was going to be delayed was when I had to wait a few minutes at the order counter waiting for the employee to finishing making other customers' drinks, and the employee didn't even acknowledge me or say, "I'll be with you after I finish this." I ordered an egg and cheese croissant and an almond latte, and sat down at one of the inside tables. 15 minutes into my wait, the employee brought me my latte. It was good. 10 minutes later, the employee served me the egg and cheese croissant. This honestly was the best egg and cheese croissant I've even had. Everything about it was perfect! The croissant was hot, buttery and flakey perfection. The scrambled eggs were soft and airy, and there was just enough cheese on it for flavor and to hold the sandwich together. It was so delicious that I was kind of sad when I finished eating it. And it was definitely filling. I would definitely order the egg and cheese croissant again!

Yelp
Been here before and it was good, but arrived on a Tuesday morning at 8 AM to meet a co-worker, and the store was closed. Hours need to be adjusted. Tried to call to see what was going on, and nobody answered. I don't know if they typically only have one person staff the place, and that person was sick or something, but the manager should at least put a sign up or a voicemail message or something. Highly disappointing and wasted my time.

E C.

Yelp
First time here and trying out the local places since I have to visit Atlanta twice a month for work. The atmosphere is that of a down to earth coffee shop but certainly a hidden gem. I ordered a hazelnut latte and a Cuban sandwich. As a Puertorican myself I have tried a myriad of Cuban sandwiches in my lifetime. Oftentimes, I get turned off because the "pernil" meat (pork) is often greasy or they give me large chunks of fat which, in turn made the sandwich gooey. I am a texture person so when I tried this Cuban sandwich, to my delight it was one of the best ones that I have had. The lean meat made me want to dig in without having to worry about finding fatty or greasy chunks. If I knew how to make it, this would be exactly how I would make it. All the ingredients were well balanced and that is key. Too much mustard on a Cuban can ruin it quickly but this place has it on lockdown. Definitely try it! The hazelnut coffee was very tasty and did not taste "doctored" like you would get at Starbucks. So if you want real coffee that has a great roasted flavor that doesn't need to be "doctored" then this is your place my friend. Service was great and I received my items in less than ten minutes after I placed my order. I was there about 3:45pm on a weekday. I'm so glad that I found this little gem. Will come back again soon! Thank you.

Christie B.

Yelp
Dominican establishment where the patrons know the staff and vice versa! It was refreshing to see the many empanada options. I got a chicken empanada, hot chocolate, cafe con Leche, and egg and cheese crossiant. Items are made to order. Indoor and outdoor seating--- very casual, ability for intimate conversations based on spacing!

Spin C.

Yelp
We had two very stale pan de quiejo, a salty and greasy cheese empanada a small cappuccino and a hot chocolate. The drinks were ok but the rest was bad and given the total of $26 not cheap either. Help was so so.

Cozmuh S.

Yelp
Want a traditional real yummy empanada??? Come here. Delicious coffee, food, and they have the prettiest window. Inside is perfect for a little solo computer moment, outside is great to bring your pets and enjoy a breeze. Seriously, try the coxinha... changed my life. The owner is really sweet, and will put a cute flower in your latte foam. A local staple.

Stephanie R.

Yelp
My handsome husband + I stopped into Golden Drops this afternoon (4/21) for a quick coffee after running errands in the area. We were at this location years ago (when it was a Korean restaurant) and it was our first visit. What a WONDERFUL place! The coffee was expertly made and the baked items (esp the guava cheese empanada) were delish! What makes this place stand out though are the people. We were fortunate to meet Victor (the owner) and he clearly takes pride in his work - what a genuinely kind and interesting man - super proud of his work and family. Very happy for him and we wish the Golden Drops team continued success!

Mary Beth L.

Yelp
Great coffee and a charming ambiance. Love the pastries. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is there is no public restroom...so if you are planning on doing anything that takes a while there...reading a book, catching up on work, anything ...understand that you may need to slip to Mason Mill Park...a bit down the street.

Kam M.

Yelp
At the office today and was looking for a new place to try for coffee. I went on Yelp and discovered Golden Drop Cafe. Located close to Emory University and the VA Hospital off of Clairmont Rd. There is plenty of parking as well as inside and outside seating. Golden latte - taste like cinnamon and spices and everything nice great coffee I really enjoyed it. I decided to try the Vegetable and cheese and guava empanada . Both were delicious. There is a limited menu here hopefully they will add more items in the future.

Laura A.

Yelp
A plain black coffee is $6!! Their bathrooms are not inside the building but in the back and smell awful!!!

Mari S.

Yelp
Amazing coffee and food. Walked in they had an art gallery set up and it was beautiful! Go see Juan he will take phenomenal care of you and your coffee.

Laura C.

Yelp
The place was very neat, clean, and welcoming. This place is authentic as it gets. Their signature coffee was super good not too sweet and not too bitter!! It's a cute place to meet up and chat for hours!

Paris B.

Yelp
Amazing food and drinks, a little expensive though. My friend and I go to study there all the time because it's very cute and quiet

Estelle M.

Yelp
We stopped here for a quick coffee and a bite to eat and it DID NOT disappoint! We got a chicken empanada and two of the coxinhas and they were delicious. The chicken was so moist and flavorful and the perfect quick and filling bite:) We also got a golden latte and americano and they are wonderful. They are so nice in there too!

Tamara R.

Yelp
It was fine. The golden latte is not the traditional tumerick drink that goes by the same name, but does have ginger and cinnamon and was good. I ordered it with coconut milk, and it totaled over $7. Also tried the cheese empeñada. It was good, crust was nice, cheese was nice though the pocket wasn't silly stuffed with it. The cheese sat along the bottom. (I actually liked that but some might not.) All totaled, spent $13. I just felt that for the location and the goods, it is overpriced. Not on my list of places to return to. But if you are in the area and want good coffee and a place to sit, definitely try it out. It may be your jam.

Andrea M.

Yelp
The hubs and I finally went here, and surprisingly, they are still in business as he said he has seen businesses come and go. I was let in on the secret to get the golden latte as this was the drink to get if you're into coffee. Thanks for that tip fellow Yelper! I will def give it a try as I also heard others order it while in the cafe. I ended up just getting the reg latte as the tip came after my order. The latte was so so. The hub's cappuccino wasn't strong either as we compared our drinks. The espresso wasn't that detectable, but both looked pretty with the foam art. The Cuban sandwich was pretty okay; it wasn't wowing in flavor or appeal but average. The sandwich was a decent size as well. It was warm and pressed with the usual pork, ham, and cheese. It was pretty filling for the price. I also shared the golden drops sampler (w/ the beef and cheese & guava empanadas). The beef empanada was well seasoned and flavorful. You can taste the beef and see the scallions (?) in the meat. I also had a beef empanada the day before, but their beef was darker and didn't seem to have that much life as it was probably used in other beef dishes. The cheese and guava empanada was interesting. The guava jelly was subtle without any crazy punch of flavor. There was a layer of jelly and a layer of cheese. The jelly's consistency wasn't runny but more of a thickish jam. The coxinha had chicken bits in it and was pretty tasty. We didn't know what to expect so it was a nice surprise. It looked like another version of chicken salad if I had to describe what it's like. A nice hushpuppy outer layer with a moist and flavorful inside. The pao de queijo was in essence a cheese ball. This pastry was small compared to the coxinha; it was also a bit dryer as well. The cheese was infused throughout. It's sort of like a dense hushpuppy with a little bit of cheese. The sampler was a great way to share and try out their pastries. I def rec it for 1st timers. Restrooms are located outside btw w/ key access. And I also saw people with their computers so it's not an exclusive eat/drink and go kind of place.

Hillary B.

Yelp
The service is great, and the coxinha and Cuban sandwich are delicious. It's not the best tasting coffee, but it's potent. They do have a printer here, which you would pay to use, but it's still convenient if you're working on something that you need to print out afterwards.

Sarah R.

Yelp
Perfect small business to support, one of the most nuclear local coffee shops in Atlanta. Coffee is their passion and they care about their customers. It's the same crew pretty much every time and they are always down to chat and laugh. The food is authentic and not processed; it feels like an oasis of genuine interaction in a busy city. LOVE IT HERE -- PLEASE SUPPORT THIS amAZing SMALL BUSINESS.

Christine S.

Yelp
Wow! First time at this cafe and I loved it. I had the golden latte, Coxinha, and empanada. The golden latte was flavored with ginger, which I love, but if you are not a ginger fan I would try something else. My favorite was the Coxinha (pronounced Kow-sheen-yuh). My first bite and I was like . It is my new favorite savory pastry. Coxinha is a Brazilian chicken croquette. Definitely try it! The cheese and guava empanada was so good as well. Both pastries were warm which I liked. I actually came here to study and there was plenty of seating inside and out. They also provided wifi and had a plug for my laptop changer. They also had a printer in the cafe which I've never seen before at other coffee shops. All in all a great experience! Would definitely recommend

Bonnie S.

Yelp
The best mocha latte ever!! The coffee was smooth, perfectly blended with the chocolate (not too sweet), and beautifully served. The gentleman that served us was proud of his shop and coffee -- and rightly so!! It was a pleasure to be in this space which was uncrowded and had a nice noise level. I'm going back!

Tiff H.

Yelp
I can't believe it's taken this long for me to check our Golden Drops Café and I'm so glad I did. I'm only upset this wasn't here when I was in school at Emory! I've been to Golden Drops a few times now, thanks to all the Vanilla Crepe pop-ups they've had there on the covered patio. Any excuse to get me back to Golden Drops, I'll take it! Their golden latte is my go-to beverage and I've never had anything else. With a little kick of ginger and I believe cinnamon, it really tastes like what "Golden" would taste like. Food-wise, I've tried almost everything on their menu. The Cuban sandwich is solid - crispy and buttery bread on top of melted cheese and meats. The coxinha, empanadas (both sweet and savory), and Pao de Queijo were also super tasty. Overall, I found the food to be a bit pricey for a "snack" - we spent more here trying all the food casually than we would have at a fast casual restaurant meal for two. The staff are always the same when I'm here. Same guy at the register, two older men working the espresso and the kitchen. It seems to be a small operation and I love the small mom-and-pop familial feel of the shop. Loving Golden Drops and looking forward to my next Golden Latte!

Mrs. Lynea J.

Yelp
I was craving a guava and cheese empanada and found this place on my way to work. Beautiful place the gentleman at the register answered my questions and was very pleasant. However, the empanada was not what I expected. The crust was fresh light and flakey I will give that a 10,it was delicious. Now on to the guava and cheese ( please forgive me and my ignorance if the next statement is wrong) but the cheese was some type of shredded cheese. It was giving cheap ass unmeltable cheese. I'm accustomed to cream cheese in my guava empanada and didn't ask the type of cheese used because I thought it was a given WRONG. I will give this place another shot but I will not be ordering the guava and cheese empanada.

Yelp
I would call before making the drive out this way if you want to stop by first thing in the morning. I have stopped by twice and they were not opened at said time on their website (7:00a). I guess they run on island time. But if they are open, you should definitely stop by for a coffee. The owner is friendly and explain to us the coffee is shipped specially from El Salvador and they were trained by a barista that's won some competition. I got a double shot cappuccino and I was not disappointed. The espresso was rich, full body and strong. The froth milk on top really adds to it! There is an outside area that you can sit and enjoy on a nice weather day. We did find a HUGE cockroach outside hanging for a while. They have WiFi and even printer for your use. Don't be alarmed if they parking lot looks a little rough and there's caution tape around one side of it. Apparently there was an accident a few weeks ago where a truck ran into the side of a beam of the building and they are currently trying to fix it. Owner also mentioned that they will do Latin nights on Friday where beers are 2 for 1 and will have music. Check it out if you are in the area!

Yelp
Love this place. Come here with family mid-jog. Great place to grab empanadas (we like the sampler platters, to get the coxinha and Pao de queijo). So glad this place survived COVID!!! Now please don't come because I don't want you to eat the "emps", as the kids call them, before we get there! :)

Yelp
STARBUCKS COUNT YOUR DAYS! I am a picky iced coffee drinker so I was a tad nervous about ordering the golden latte.. I have never in my life finished an iced coffee in less than 5 minutes. This is legit the best iced coffee I've ever had without adding any syrups to make it better. The ginger is not too much but a nice little twist. (modification: soy milk) The empanadas heeeellllpppp.. the guava and cheese was to die for. Like I'm crying at the fact that I didn't order more. Stop scrolling through reviews and literally just try it.

Yelp
I didn't love this place :( I had high hopes for it since I saw so many fellow yelpers give this place 5 stars. Honestly, I was underwhelmed. I ordered a cappuccino and my boyfriend got a black coffee. To me, the easiest way to determine if a place has good coffee is by trying their plain black coffee. Neither of us were impressed. Perhaps we ordered the wrong things? We also got the Golden Drops sampler to go with our drinks. Not a good idea. I didn't like any of the items from the sampler. The thing I liked the LEAST was the cheese ball. It was HARD. I literally could not bite into it. I used my knife and still could barely make a cut into it. Honestly, I don't understand the hype. I will not revisit.
