🌿We had a wonderful time. The food was great, juicy and very tasty🌿. Great atmosphere in the restaurant❤️ now this is my favorite restaurant❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ loved it The restaurant has two zones. inside and outside. Awesome 👍🥰 The service was of a high standard. The waiter she was very nice I do not remember her name. Highly recommend this place as a local google expert👍✅

Absolutely delicious food with exceptional, friendly service! We happened to visit during restaurant week and were able to take advantage of the prix fixe menu. Portions were a perfect size and food came out at a good pace. Each dish’s star ingredient shined through and was complemented by the other items on the plate. Can’t wait to go back!

The first time I came here was a year ago and that was for lunch. I had the lamb burger which was good but the patty was not seasoned at all, which for me is a major put off. Anyway fast forward to this year and I came here again. The first was for dinner with my husband. We got the kefte as an appetizer and it was delicious! The yoghurt with it was so good, because it didn't taste like yoghurt! The kefte needed a little bit of salt and with a splash of lemon were EXCELLENT! I got the lamb chops and hubby got the chicken. My lamb was so tender and succulent and seasoned very well!! The sides were the mixed veggies which were so good too! The mushroom side was excellent too! None of the entrees have sides but these two were big enough for both of us! Hubby's chicken was pretty good, and it was half a chicken so a huge helping!!! We had the olive oil chocolate mousse! Definitely tasted the olive oil, the salt on top with the crunchy caramel made it an excellent dessert!!! I came here again the next day for lunch and we had the lamb gyro and a side salad. The salad was good. The lamb gyro was different, the meat was actual strips of lamb not the processed stuff most places serve. Initially I didn't like it but after the first two bites I loved it! We also tried the lemon chicken soup which was too lemony for me but a little bit of salt offset that acid and made it good! We also had the lamb pastries which were great!

Really enjoyed dinner here, solo. The food was excellent and the service outstanding. As an appetizer, I tried the grilled cheese. It was a hearty cheese with just the right grill marks. I then had the rotisserie chicken which was cooked perfectly with fingerling potatoes and a mustard sauce. Very delightful meal!!

Wonderful Sunday brunch. The atmosphere is delightful. The stuffed French toast was delicious. The outdoor seating is cozy and beautiful. Service was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Excellent Greek-inspired cuisine with a Southern flare. Lots of charcoaled and floral flavors to the dishes. The prime rib and drum fish were amazing! Good wine and beer selection. Cocktails weren't the best we've had, but decent.

Nice little lunch at the Golden Fleece today! Yummy baklava and a Cultivated Cocktails gin & tonic! Would recommend!

Incredible food at a very decent price. The atmosphere is very relaxed and chill. Ryan was an awesome server. If you are in the main building ask for a shuttle to take you down. Better than an other restaurant at Grove Park

Wow! What an awesome event. From start to finish this was my favorite OYE I've attended. There was a choice between red or white wine (both delicious) on a beautiful back patio covered in vines. The super friendly staff brought out dish after dish of the most delicious greek food. The tzatziki sauce was my favorite! Once everyone had eaten their fill, the servers walked around with delicious baklava. Great ending to a wonderful event. Can't wait to see what comes next.

What a delightful evening of wining and dining! The patio was just lovely, surrounded by all the delicious fresh herbs that adorned each of the specially prepared delicacies we had the pleasure of enjoying this event. Top picks of our evening were the ribeye with the tzatziki, lamb lollipops, and amazingly fresh Greek salad. It was our first time at Golden Fleece and we look forward to coming back for a date night in their dining room soon! Well done, SJ, for the fantastic evening and thank you for our first official Yelp event as Ashevillians!

Great event, Sarah Jane! The food was amazing, the wine was yummy and cold and the people were great. To top it all off, Golden Fleece's staff was such a joy to interact with. Full of personality and you can tell they love working there and are proud of the delish food they are making. Can't wait for the next one! (Someone refresh my memory of what the amazing pastry filled cheese was that they set on fire. That was a knockout.)

Kipper is a hard act to follow, but SJ kills it. She's a warm friendly accommodating host who really makes people want to be at these events. Not that this event really needed help, I've been trying to get to Golden Fleece ever since it opened and this was a great opportunity to get a taste for it. All of the food was really excellent, the octopus and steak being the standouts. The staff was friendly and polite and even when we all nearly clawed our way to the plates as they came out they just kept coming with a smile. Thanks for the super food and the event!

Most amazing event I've ever been to, beautiful setting and atmosphere, incredible food and staff were so warm and welcoming. Will definitely be back and loved the event!

This was such a great event, the patio was very welcoming and intimate. The staff was very upbeat and friendly, the food was plentiful and I feel like we were provided with plenty of options to educate us about the restaurant's menu. My favorites were the skordalia (I wince when I see garlic but the flavor was just right and did not overpower), tzatziki, saganaki (fried cheese, can't go wrong), woodfire octopus (very meaty, not spongy), rack of lamb and roasted potatoes. All was delicious and I will definitely be back.

Excellent event! Fantastic food from the Golden Fleece, we definitely know where we are going on our next date night! We had a great time meeting other Yelpers and picking up the always cool Yelp swag! Keep up the great work!
