What a beautiful place. My family and I love staying here. Disney is everywhere, even in the smallest of details.

Beautiful place to live. From the homes to the landscapes the place is impressive.

Absolutely stunning! We'll maintained and protected. Security makes sure whoever comes in is supposed to be there. The houses are gorgeous and some even have theme music that turns on as you go up the sidewalk. My son and I were amazed at this idea of theme music starting as you approach certain houses. Definately a must see, visit, and live at.

Even the squirrels are well groomed.

Disney takes the living experience to the next level. Friendly staff and top notch service and amenities make this one of a kind. The quality of construction and unique designs attracts people from all over the world. The diversity here makes it so special.

Front gate is incredibly rude if they think that you are "the help" I've experienced this a couple of times. Today, he asked me for some information I needed to look up and he told me to "hurry up and spit it out". He said he assumed I was a delivery person because I had a box on my front seat.

Bit over priced for living. But considering you do have catered meals and amazing amenities. It's still just not a logical choice to live at. Maybe if we were considering a new vacation home.

If you are a true fan of Disney and have always wanted to live at Disney World then this is the place you have been waiting for. Dreams really can come true. These homes are truly amazing. Disney residential development. Overpriced and located deep in the swamp in Florida. A cash grab of tract designed homes manufactured by the Disney Corporation.

It is the perfect location to purchase your second home. The development itself can be best described as relaxed and comfortable. It is also conveniently located near the WDW parks and resorts. I cannot think of a better development to reside within the Orlando area and the weather is incomparable to any other place in the United States. I truly love it!
