Where to Try the Viral Dubai Chocolate in Houston | Eater Houston

"A West Houston roastery and sweets shop known for Turkish delight and baklava that produces multiple Dubai chocolate–inspired desserts, including strawberry cups laced with kanafeh and topped with a Dubai chocolate bar and decadent 'Dubai Cake Bombs'—ice cream encased in kanafeh and Turkish pistachio, drenched in pistachio and chocolate sauces and finished with extra pistachio and phyllo for a richly textured, ultra-pistachio treat." - Brittany Britto Garley

We came to this place for the first time looking to find items that we haven’t seen before. The nut bar is extremely impressive with lots of different styles and flavors. There are lots of spices that you can get yourself. They have several glass displays that have candies and pastries and baklava. They have homemade ice cream, different kinds of coffee that you can buy bags of the grounds and don’t forget the chocolates. They have a kitchen and you can order some items off the menu and then go back to the real nice seating area and kick back and enjoy your coffee and your snack. We probably spent 45 minutes in here exploring and picking the things we wanted to take home. We enjoyed some homemade ice cream after we finished shopping. The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to answer your questions and to help you make decisions. We really enjoyed our little side trip while we were in Houston today. I’m sure this will not be our last time to visit them.

Golden Roastery is an absolute gem. The coffee is rich, smooth, and full of flavor - clearly crafted with care and high-quality beans. Their pastries are fresh, beautifully made, and incredibly tasty. The place itself is lovely and cozy, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay. You can also find a great selection of spices, nuts, and delicious chocolates. A perfect spot to relax, indulge, and enjoy something truly special.

Google
I had the pistachio latte hot coffee and the cake cup. The pistachio latte was good but I wish that has pieces of pistachio on the coffee and a more strong pistachio flavor. The cake cup was delicious and the best that I had. Has a lot of pistachio cream in the middle of the cup… thats a plus. On my next visit I will try different desserts since they look really good!

Google
We enjoyed the fun atmosphere which is a treat for the senses. The smells! So much to see. I had the pistachio covered vanilla ice cream. It was a perfect treat. We took a kanafeh home it was not cloyingly sweet which I presumed. My husband likes artificial sweetener in his coffee which they didn’t have that’s the only reason it wasn’t perfect. But I also know your Arabic coffee isn’t intended to be sweetened. Alas the husband. 🤦🏽‍♀️

This place is clean, had a fantastic aroma, and a great atmosphere. They offer a huge variety of chocolates and spices, and it's clear they specialize in roasting coffee and nuts, in addition to delicious chocolates, sweets, and Turkish delight. They have a special section for families where you can enjoy hot drinks along with Arabic and Turkish sweets. We highly recommend trying their pistachio-covered ice cream – it was delicious! We also tried their hot and fresh kanafeh, which was absolutely perfect. This is a place we highly recommend for families.

Google
We seen videos of this place on social media and wanted to give them a try. They have many treats and sweets to choose from. I got myself a hazelnut latte and a slice of the kunafa. Highly recommend it, we also tried some of the Turkish treats and enjoyed them as well.

Spotlessly clean with a beautifully appointed interior featuring roasted nuts and imported gourmet items from the Middle East. Golden Roastery is a Houston treasure. Come for coffee, ice cream, crêpes, waffles, roasted nuts, and to restock your kitchen shelves. Highly recommended. The owner is passionate about, respect to his roasted nuts and halvah options.

Google
This place is great. I bought a variety of nuts , chocolate ( individually wrapped) , Turkish pasteries, and finished with Arabic gellato , which was so good it was rolled in pistachios. My total bill was a little expensive, but I did try a variety. On the next visit, I can get exactly what I want. I still did not try a slushie or soda, and I spied olives I want on my next trip. Very clean, staff is super friendly and very nice.

Yelp
Very nice staff! It was my first time here and they showed me around and let me know of everything they offer which is a wide variety. They have peanuts, ice cream, homemade chocolate, Dubai chocolate, kanafa and more! I got to try their coffee, kanafa, and Dubai chocolate! While the kanafa was not my favorite, everything else was amazing

Yelp
It was Sunday and I had some time to kill, and I wanted to see what this place was all about. There's plenty of parking, and it wasn't super crowded. They have a decent selection of spices, nuts and chocolate. They also have Dubai Chocolate, which, let's face it. Was the main reason why I was there. I ended up filling up a bag with chocolates, got a cute bear chocolate, and a flavored coffee. I dont remember the flavor, but it was too sweet for me, so I gave it to my Husband. He loved it. Hes more of a little bit of coffee with his sugar and flavored creamer person. I'm more of a tiny bit of sugar with my espresso kind of person. After you pick what you want, or if you want coffee or certain pastries you order at the counter. There was plenty of people working so the wait time wasn't very long at all. It was also nice and clean. So far, of all the different kinds of chocolate that I purchased its all tastes very good. It seems to be extra creamy, and all of it is wrapped beautifully. Its a great place to go for pretty individual wrapped chocolates. They also sell coffee/tea pots and really pretty cups. All and all, it was a good experience and when I need some more chocolates, I'll be back.

Yelp
Plush interior design speckled with Arab bling check Beautiful, looking pastries and desserts such as Dubai, blah blah blah check Classic Arab hospitality behind the counter check And then I was served something they called the biscoff stuffed croissants. This turned out to be one of the worst pastries I've ever had in my life. It was clearly microwaved, and it took several minutes to tear apart between the three of us. I am done with fancy Arab dessert shops. never again means never again.

Yelp
First time stopping in Houston. I will Absolutely return on my next trip out here. The Dubai chocolate and strawberries was simply heaven! There's plenty of spices, herbs, nuts candy, baklava treats for anyone. I do suggest if you don't know what you are doing, like me, come it's someone that knows what they are doing, or ask for help. I bought some baklava and it was amazing, I wish I would have gotten more.

Yelp
After discovering this place just a few days ago, I went here for the first time last night after dinner picking up a Dubai Dark Chocolate Heart and 2 chocolate coins. I've had Dubai chocolate in some form from 3-4 places already and this one at Golden Roastery was my favorite of these for sure. The dark chocolate heart I got was really delicious, rich, creamy, crunchy and had just the right amount of pistachio vibes too. The dark chocolate outer layer was so tasty, full of cocoa punch and certainly solid in texture. The middle was runnier and creamy with some pistachio filling and that pistachio drizzle on top was great too. The middle was also crunchy with a cookie base to it. Multiple flavors and feels all came out superb. Best of all imo, the dark chocolate really stood out most with just enough good pistachio to not cover it up, but add something uniquely tasty at the same time. Pistachios are pretty much the only nuts I like by themselves. Personally speaking, you can never have too much dark chocolate in a dessert, bc it's so addictive. The coins were for someone else, but I took a bite and really liked that too. These are more on the sweeter, softer and creamier side. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I need to try their crepe version of what I got next time as well.

Yelp
We were hunting down Dubai Chocolate in Houston area, and saw Golden Roastery has a great review. We stopped by and tried the original Dubai Chocolate and the Strawberry one. Overall, it's a very nice place to explore. They have tons of different kinds of snacks, chocolates, sweets etc for you to choose. However, the Dubai Chocolate was OK for me. 3/5. It has a spice blend that I'm not too fond of. Or maybe that's the real Dubai Chocolate Go try it. Let me know what you think!

Yelp
Oh my goodness! 5/5 40 minute drive was worth it! we got thr large cup of Dubai chocolate covered strawberries, deliciousness in a cup! Golden Roastery really knows how to layer this up! They have so many other items! We went home with a jar (so excited) and grabbed a milk chocolate bar. They had options of dark chocolate, cake pops, gelato, bubble waffles, etc. Don't forget a cup of water to go with all the yumminess! Let me know if this post was helpful. Show your girl some love.

Yelp
I visited Golden Roastery to try the Dubai style chocolate. Upon walking in, there is so much more! There are lots of spices, specialty nuts, ice cream, and a bakery. Tim is the gentleman who greeted me and gave me the option to try a few things, including the Dubai style cookie bar! It is delicious and I actually preferred it over the chocolate bar. We purchased the chocolate. Golden Roastery is also known for their specialty drinks. I didn't get to try any on this visit but when I'm in the area, I'll stop by again. They are open until midnight!

Yelp
We've been here several times. They are the perfect spot for Dubai Chocolate. Be sure to come with patients as this place is typically busy. It's worth standing in line and people watching. The staff is always kind and patient at offering samples of their delectable sweets. My go to favorites are of course their infamous Dubai chocolate bars, Dubai chocolate ice cream and Kunafah. The vibe here is worth the wait especially with such a welcoming staff.

Yelp
TLDR; Golden Roastery is what dreams are made of if you love sweet, salty and caffeine. On a whim, while getting a car repair done we stopped into golden Roastery to kill time. Little did we know, we were about to discover an absolute GEM that all of Houston needs to know about. Let's start with the important things first... this place is family owned but they treated us truly like cousins. Iyad took his time to explain not only how Golden Roastery came to be but also each dish we tried and why they have it on their menu. We ended up trying so many AMAZING things we probably would have never eaten. The food and snacks - There are lines of amazing sweet salty and savory snacks. We got to a point where we were just grabbing stuff to try it because everything was so good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR FRESH NUTS AND KNAFEH NA'AMEH! It was like if sweet cornbread and cheesecake made a warm baby. Oh and also they have the viral Dubai chocolate in multiple forms! Drinks- They roast all of their own coffee beans and have multiple different drinks to choose from. I was incredibly excited to be able to watch them make Turkish Coffee using hot sand (a true art form). The interior was so clean and comfy, and such a great place to work from. They also said they are adding more cozy seating as well so I can't wait for that! I can't wait to go back, not just because everything was fantastic but because I don't think I've had better customer service from any place in Houston.

Yelp
This place randomly came across my IG page showing the refreshing cold drink options. This lead me to take a look at their whole page, and I'm glad I did bcz OMG!!! I tagged my daughter and bestie in quite a few posts. My daughter couldn't wait to get off work the next day just to visit this place, and yes, even after 9pm. It was sooooo worth it too. It's a bright, refreshing, and calm welcoming vibe as soon as you step through the doors. My daughter tried the Mud Pot, which is a bold rich and brewed coffee, and I tried the Chai Karak with brown sugar and cinnamon. AMAZING!! We bought a few other items bcz how could you leave empty handed, LMAO! We're most definitely visiting again REAL SOON!
google avatar

Serena S.

Yelp
I returned to try the viral Dubai strawberry cup. It was incredibly rich and creamy--definitely more than I could finish in one sitting. I wish they had informed me about the smaller size options, as I wasn't aware they existed. Oh well... leftovers!

Yelp
This is definitely a hidden gem local business that I'd love to see thrive. It's a cafe-store that creates an immersive experience for folks looking for Turkish culture. There's an intricate and beautiful display of Turkish ceramic tea sets along their front wall walking in. The pieces are well curated. Inside, there's a pastry aisle and sampling experience opportunity to try out their different types of Turkish delight. We tried there nestle, pomegranate, and pistachio-based Turkish Delights. They are quite enjoyable even on a small scale. The cream cheese baklava was okay. I think the cheese was a bit too rigid and I would have enjoyed a smoother and creamier feeling to contrast the brittle flaky outer texture of the pastry. The staff for more than happy to help you select for ones that you want to try out. They are all sold by weight so you can mix and match pieces without a problem! There's also plenty of seating off to the side if you want to sit down and enjoy a drink or ice cream from the store.

Yelp
We were craving for some sweets past 11 and saw this place on the maps so we decided to try it out and man did we love it. We grabbed some of the chocolates, of course, and a dessert croissant. I was not sure of what I was expecting with the croissant, but that definitely satisfied the craving, surpassed any expectations I've had, and raised the bar for any dessert croissants I will have in the future! The warm croissant was freshly baked to perfection combined with freshly sliced fruits and drizzled with sweet syrups! Amazing!

Yelp
As exciting as it can be, I really like this location for Golden Roastery. Fondren is the corridor from Farm to Market Road 1093 to Hillcroft SE Asian area. I drove by here many times but never noticed this restaurant. Inside looks like a fancy palace. Everything was shiny. No wonder it has the name of "Golden". Thanks to my foodie friend Sara introducing this restaurant for some kanafeh. Since I can't have cheese, they offered the one with chocolate. Man, that weighs like a brick. The actual kanafeh was very tiny compared to the amount of chocolate. I also ordered a blackberry tea because someone at the table was drinking it. It looked amazing. And I like the taste. Except it was too sweet for me. I'll be sure to ask for no sugar next time.

Alex L.

Yelp
The best pastries I've ever had tried all the Dubai product stores around and golden roastery hits every time!
google avatar

Claudia F.

Yelp
Beautiful space and very friendly staff. We came specifically for the Dubai chocolate kanafeh but tried several other treats! There was sooo much to choose from but we ended up getting the biscoff kanafeh, macrons, a few other random chocolates and a turkish coffee. Everything was delicious and I enjoyed the biscoff kanafeh, definitely a different profile than the traditional but it was light and very crunchy which I enjoyed!
google avatar

Evelyn L.

Yelp
Admittedly I only came here for the viral Dubai chocolate lol. However my cousin and I decided to order some coffee while we were here and really enjoyed the flavor. It was super strong but the quality was superb. It took about 30 minutes to come out but it being made on sand so I guess that's the reason why. Unfortunately, I didn't really care for the taste of the chocolate. I ordered 4 pieces and it cost $30 which is kind of expensive for what it was. I felt like there was no pistachio in the chocolate-I give it a 6/10. The place is beautifully decorated; there's a lot of spices, nuts, Turkish delights, tea sets, etc to choose from. Definitely a place to check out if you're in the area!
google avatar

Bryan V.

Yelp
Very clean, spacious interior with generous seating. I like to come here for the gelato but I will admit it's quite expensive for about $5 a scoop! The lotus gelato is my favorite because of its unique aromatic flavor. The pistachio and mint chocolate are solid as well!
google avatar

Jaii S.

Yelp
We ended up here by mistake but it was meant to be. First of all as soon as you walk in, the beautiful aromas overwhelm you with joy. It smelled SO good. We took a minute to walk through the store and take everything in. We literally wanted to get everything. We ended up getting the pistachio latte with oat milk, the Dubai chocolate and strawberries, and some baklava. Everything is AMAZING. Some of the best coffee I've had and the Dubai chocolate cup is sooooo good. Rawan was of amazing service since we were so undecided, she was patient and kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
I came here on a lazy Sunday to enjoy coffee and conversations with friends. There's a couple of roasteries like this in town, the other one being slightly more popular and on social media. I liked this one specifically for the chill atmosphere. Though they had a steady stream of customers, it never felt busy or crowded. Golden Roastery is located in a strip center shared with other businesses and has lots of parking available. Customer service was excellent. I had lots of questions about the coffee and sweets and their staff pointed me in the right direction and did it with a smile. I came for the coffee and sweets, but walking in I realized GR is much more than that. First off the place is alot bigger than I expected. I felt like I was in a market in the Middle East as I walked in. The place was very clean and well organized. They have the bakery and coffee on the back wall, but they also have aisles of candy, snacks, nuts and spices. It was nice to browse the aisles and see all the amazing things they had in stock. I had a few plans afterwards and didn't want anything to spoil in the heat outside so I decided to come back for snacks and spices for the house. They also have beautiful serving trays and coffee and tea sets for sale. The main thing I was looking for was the viral Dubai chocolate that kept popping up all over social media. What I ended up getting was the kunafah chocolate bar. It was a little hybrid of the chocolate bar and and kunafah. It was a very pretty brick of chocolate and inside there was cookie butter and shredded phyllo dough. I underestimated the size of this thing and thought I could put one away by myself, but the richness of it only allowed me to barely put a dent in it. It's definitely shareable. You can tell they use quality ingredients in every aspect of the sweet treat. I wanted something not overly sweet and cold to drink and settled on the Golden Ice Cream Pistachio Coffee. This was a a delicious drink. At first glance I thought it would be a straight sugar rush, but looks were deceiving. After properly mixing it, I got a hint of the pistachio flavor mixed with very good quality coffee. It went well with my chocolate. I also tried a bite of a friend's kunafah. It's an Arabic dessert that is mostly sweet dough, with a layer of cheese. It was very tasty and I will be getting that next time to go with my coffee. Overall, I really liked this place for the looks, the variety and quality products. I will definitely be back.
google avatar

Kasey Z.

Yelp
Only tried the gelato here, and was not super impressed by the flavors or texture of the gelato. I felt that they were a bit icy compared to a typical gelato, and the flavors (lotus, pistachio, and mint) did not really stick out to me. It also was $5 per scoop of gelato compared to per cup size ($15 total for 3 scoops). The service and interior were nice and lively though! I worked potentially come back for other goods.
google avatar

Suelynn N.

Yelp
This is an open place to order snacks, sweets , and drinks . It's a cute place to go and study. The ice coffee was weak/meh so I'll have to try their traditional one next time. Too hot for Houston summer at the moment. The Kunafa was decent. It was warm but not as sweet. I felt the price was too much for its quality but if it's been imported , that makes sense. The staff were quick and nice. They also have prayer rugs in the corner if you need it. Furniture is quite cute and the owner really does focus on how comfortable they should be. My chair was able to bend back so that was really interesting. Def, a good place to study here as a student and lose track of time. Parking is free and in front.
google avatar

Nancy A W.

Yelp
I had a great time here at Golden Roastery! The staff was wonderful where they had us trying their chocolates, coffee, pecans, and seeds. We had to try the kunafa, tres leche cake, Dubai chocolate bar and mint tea. I love the seating area there where we could eat our food and enjoy the ambiance here. I would definitely go back.
google avatar

Suzanne F.

Yelp
The staff here are all so kind, helpful, and patient. We had so many questions and they answered them all with a smile. We went for the Dubai chocolate but had to sample so many other things. The place is mesmerizing with so many deserts to admire and tea pot sets. Must go!

Yelp
My wife and I have been wanting to try Kanafeh and I think we saw Golden Roastery on social media, so we decided to venture out to this side of town after our newborn's doctor appointment. We got there at around 1030 AM. The parking lot is big so you'll definitely find some parking there. As you walk in you'll notice the grocery store -like chocolate and nuts section, to your left is a dining area to hang out. The place is big and beautifully decorated. I was greeted with enthusiasm by the staff as I was about to order. We really came for the Kanafeh, but they said it's not usually ready till 11:30. I was a little sad, but the staff was so apologetic they gave me a discount on my purchase today and promised me a free slice next time I come back - super top notch customer service. Since we didn't get the kanafeh we got an assortment of Turkish delight and smoked cashew which were both really good. As I was checking out, I got to sample Arabic coffee that I'll definitely have to get next time - I liked it more than the espresso drinks I ordered. Overall kinda bummed about the kanafeh, but definitely can't wait to come back. Good people like this make you want to support them even more. Definitely check them out!

Yelp
I stopped by Golden Roastery while waiting for a car repair and stumbled into one of my favorite places ever. They sell coffee, desserts, snacks, tea sets, herbs, assorted nuts, gelato, and more! And they do it all well, which is a delightful surprise. I was able to try kunafa and Turkish Delight here for the first time and it was fantastic! The kunafa was fresh, hot, and a perfect blend of sweet and salty. You order at the various counters around the store area, and can sit and wait for your food or enjoy your coffee at the seating area to the left of the store. They offer traditional Palestinian food, drinks, and snacks and also have specialty items like sand coffee and saffron. You can also get grocery items that are typically only available overseas like chips and bottled drinks. Iyad showed us all they had to offer after finding out we were newcomers and treated us like family. Everyone who works at Golden Roastery is nice and always willing to help you decide on items or answer a question. They will even let you try samples of items if you're not quite sure of what you're looking for. Whether you're looking for baklava or a latte, or looking to spend $5 or $500 Golden Roastery has something you'll want to buy. I have been telling all my friends about this place and can't wait to visit again!

Yelp
FINALLY trying out the Dubai Chocolate-Strawberry dessert!! It was good but TOOOO thick & rich for me!! (Love this place though sooo much goodies!! )
google avatar

Jonaya P.

Yelp
It was predominantly chocolate and katafi more than anything. Barely tasted any pistachio filling. I would've loved to have an equal balance of everything so I can get a real taste of it. The presentation of it is nice though and if you have a sweet tooth this will do the trick with all the chocolate that's in it.
google avatar

Fely C.

Yelp
This was our second visit to this establishment, and we've had a wonderful experience both times. The staff is extremely hospitable and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The chocolate is smooth and delicious. Keep in mind it is definitely on the sweeter side if you are more of a dark chocolate person (I personally am). We were even treated to a complimentary knafeh, which had a pleasantly mild and delectable flavor. The building is spacious, with a cozy atmosphere that invites relaxation. We chose to lounge on the couches as we chatted and enjoyed our Turkish coffee. The sand-heated coffee was a highlight--both delightful to watch as it heats up and rich in flavor. We highly recommend this spot and will definitely be returning!
google avatar

Joyce A.

Yelp
The lotus bar and pistachio bar are amazing. The pistachio latte was pretty sweet but the coffee aroma was so good.
google avatar

Heather L.

Yelp
The kindest, sweetest staff you could imagine. Turkish delight is now my new favorite candy after being generously given samples. These are the kindest people and the candy and coffee and gelato are just totally different from American versions. So much better!

Maria P.

Yelp
Drove 2.5 hours to check out this beautiful place. 1000/10. Everyone here is so helpful and friendly! Will definitely be back very very soon. Coffee is delicious and their treats are * chef's kiss * AMAZING!!
google avatar

Kristen C.

Yelp
We were so surprised to see the variety of things they offer here! They had spices, desserts snacks a coffee bar and more. I tried the famous chocolate Dubai strawberries as well as baklava and Turkish delights! The service was fantastic and they took their time to help us. We will be returning!
google avatar

Angee A.

Yelp
The prices at this place are ridiculous. I checked my credit card statement and I was charged $40 for 2 small chocolate bars and a 6 oz tea (see pic). I wasn't given a receipt or I would have taken it back once I saw the cost. I bought the packaged Dubai candy bar previously and I liked it. I went back and they didn't have the small square version, but they really pushed the Lotus flavor on me so I decided to buy it. It's okay. Not anything I would get again esp at the price I was charged. They told me to buy the la roche chocolate if I wanted the pistachio. Big mistake. It's disgusting and I hated it. It's barely a step up from Hershey's. In no way were any of these bars worth almost $20 each. The tea was also not very good.
google avatar

Henry Y.

Yelp
Really neat grocery/cafe with lots of Arabic and Turkish goods. The staff are nice. They have an amazing selection of bulk spices and foods. Prices are fair. I ordered a chai, which was tasty, but pricey given how tiny of a cup you get. The cafe area is nice, with some lounging sofas. Only wish they had outlets for the public.
google avatar

Cassie S.

Yelp
This place has the most BEAUTIFUL Turkish coffee sets for sale. I was also impressed with the selection of chocolate and Turkish Delight. Someone gave us a free sample of Turkish coffee and ended up purchasing a medium pot. There is a seating area where you can sit and drink your coffee. We will be back! This was a great experience and I am intrigued by their spice and smoothie offerings.

Nk G.

Yelp
I was a little disappointed. I asked for extra strawberries but instead actually got less strawberries and they were cut into small pieces and not whole strawberries like advertised. The people there weren't too friendly either, they just look at you as if you're not a customer in their business, never even said hello or even acknowledged me as a new customer. I just stood there in silence until the younger person on the register finished and he proceeded to help me. I gave 2 stars because the person who did take my order was nice and more welcoming than the others . The cup I ordered was almost $20 and did not taste good, and also had way too much chocolate & way too little strawberries that were cut into small pieces (when they are advertised as whole strawberries, and I specifically asked for extra strawberries). Now, the pre packaged chocolate bar from turkey that i bought for $11.99 was indeed good. That I enjoyed. It's a bit pricey but tasted a lot better than that cup. Glad I chose that as well instead of just getting the $17.99 chocolate strawberry cup which was so bad I had to toss it (money down the drain).
google avatar

Brianna E.

Yelp
The Dubai chocolate strawberries were the best ones I've had thus far in Houston, as far as portions but even they still leave room for improvement as far as how many strawberries they put lol I Stand beside the notion that these cups cost way too much but the place is nice and the service wasn't unsavory beyond my complaints. They also have some foreign potato chips and drinks just don't expect it to be cheap
google avatar

Dana G.

Yelp
Such a delicious variety of desserts, candy and nuts. The Dubai croissant was spectacular! I also enjoyed the cardamom coffee. Service was also great!
google avatar

Theresa R.

Yelp
I love Golden Roastery's desserts and coffee. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

Yelp
Everyone was so nice and accommodating . I really enjoyed the strawberries. I'll be back soon

Yelp
Beautiful tea sets and very friendly service, you have time to look around without feeling harassed. And they're open to answer any questions! I got a rose and kiwi slushy, and my daughter and I got a few hundred mini chocolates with different fruits and even cheesecake in one of them! And we could NOT leave with getting our favorite biscoff bar I came once during a work break and I couldn't resist I had to return.

Yelp
Beautiful store with friendly staff that will transport you to the Middle East with decadent coffee, desserts and more

Yelp
Golden roastery is officially one of my favorite places! It's the best cafe to work and meet friends!! I'm so glad I tried the viral chocolate bars here because the cookie butter variation is absolutely the best one I've tried so far!! Their coffees and desserts are all so amazing and fresh!! I love how they have a pistachio take on just about everything you can imagine. I love picking up their fresh desserts for any gathering or gifting. The service is fast and the servers are all so nice and knowledgeable. They answer all questions politely. Will definitely keep returning as long as they have the cookie butter kunafah bars.

Yelp
Miss Meena is so awesome, she helped us pick out Turkish delight candies and served us the coffee that was fantastic. The shop is so clean and pleasant. We traveled from Louisiana to visit and miss Meena made the trip worth it !!! We will definitely return

Yelp
Beautiful place with lots of nuts, coffee beverages, and many other snacks. This was my third time there as I wanted to take my parents to check it out. I find it a bit overpriced. I paid about $4.50 for a mediocre cappuccino. Before, I had had Yemeni chai. It was delicious, but a small amount cost more than $4. My Mom had some baklava, and my Dad purchased dried fruit. An employee who makes coffee and serves knafeh gave my mom a sample of the latter. My parents did enjoy it. I had tried it before and it's good. A slice will set you back $7. There are beautiful tea sets and serving platters. I highly recommend these for unique gifts. When we sat down, the napkin dispenser was empty, and the table needed cleaning. I wish they'd put scoops where they have the dried fruit. They have disposable gloves for you to put on and then grab the snacks with your gloved hand. I'm afraid unhygienic folks will just reach into the bins with their bare hand.
