Absolutely worth the stop. I came in around 4 PM knowing they close at 5, and buying baked goods that close to closing can be hit or miss. My only disappointment was that they had already sold out of glazed, which tells you how popular they are. I went with my runner up, the Boston creme, and it was delicious. Big, fluffy, fresh, and full of flavor even late in the day. At three dollars a donut it is definitely on the pricier side, but the quality matches the cost and you can tell they take real care in what they bake. If you want a satisfying donut, Goldie’s Bakery delivers. I will be back earlier in the day so I can finally try the glazed.

Very cute little bakery here! This is my 2nd time visiting here, and I must say that this is a very nice and professional bakery. The interior of the place is very nice and modern, they have a nice seating area, and their selections of pastries/donuts are amazing. Staff is very friendly and sociable, and the bathroom is also very nice and clean too. Definitely stop by here if you’re walking past/live in the area, the donuts are worth it and they taste amazing

Went on an adventure to explore Ohio City with my bff today and stumbled upon Goldie’s Bakery. What a treat! Fresh made donuts 😋 Not sure what the one pastry was called but it was amazing! Loaded with walnuts just so good. Another one I think was made with passion fruit or guava. Really delicious! We all loved what we got. Thanks Goldies! Absolutely worth your time all the time!!

The freshest donuts ever!!!! I have heard good things about this place so my sister and I decided to give them a try. Just delicious. I had an apple fritter and OMG I warmed it up when I got home and all I can say is that it was just what I needed for my taste buds.

Love Goldies doughnuts. So delicious. Great coffee drinks as well! Always good quick service. Clean and bright environment. Great for a meeting or take a quick coffee break or just to kill time. Its a great spot to stop into! Gotta try the glazed croissant!

I discovered Goldie’s earlier this year and they’ve always been super consistent with the quality of their donuts and coffee. Goldie’s has a welcoming, bright atmosphere with comfy seating. I became friends with their employee, Amelia, who no longer works there, but I felt like family every time I would stop in. I was especially impressed with the level of customer service I received last month when Trinity made my birthday special. Because of this, Goldie’s has become my go-to coffee and donut shop in the area. Thank you Trinity and the rest of the Goldie’s team! PS: Get their cream-filled, chocolate-covered donuts, they are amazing!!

Cute little donut shop. Had a ton of variety very basic doughnuts. Don’t expect you’re heavy duty frosting and crazy flavors on top but that’s OK because what they do is good tons of different pastries. The croissant donut was delicious and so unique. It’s nothing like I’ve ever had before. workers were incredibly nice and quick. I really enjoy this place. If I’m ever in the area, I would gladly stop back again.

I've tried most of the donuts and pastries they have to offer, they've all been great. I like the blueberry cake best. The donuts are not overly sweet, the flavor of the dough is fantastic, the texture is on point. The espresso drinks have been a little inconsistent, their drip coffee is okay. Still perfectly drinkable, and coffee is the sidekick anyway. I think the donuts are a fair price, a bit higher than some other places but they do call themselves Cleveland's *premiere* donut shop so it's not shocking.

Awesome service. Tried a variety of donuts and just not my jam. They are more classical/traditional style and I know tons of people love this type, but for me I did not think they were anything special. Think Becker's if you've had those. To be clear, nothing wrong with the donuts and you should check them out for yourselves. Form your own opinion as you may think they are outstanding. I just prefer the style that Vegan Doughnut Company or BigMouth serve up.

The first thing you notice is the huge line. We had heard good things about Goldie's and clearly it is a popular place. It has been on our list to visit for a while. It looks like your typical corner donut shop. The case was full of bakery items and donuts were behind the counter. It was a smaller dining area, so with the amount of people it was a little crowded. The blueberry donut was very fresh and flavorful. Unlike other blueberry donuts there were no blueberries in the donut. The Boston Cream also tasted very fresh, but did not have much cream in the center. I am not sure Goldie's would be our go to for donuts. They were good, but there are other donut shops we prefer.

What a great little coffee and bakery! the service was spot on, very helpful and friendly. the sweets selection was amazing! I had a hard time deciding and finally choose the glazed croissant. it was light and delicious! not gonna lie, i ate every bite! I had a drip coffee that paired perfect with the sweet treat! what a great spot to sit and relax with a great sweet treat!

Run, donut walk to Goldie's newest location in Ohio City. Their latest brick and mortar is shiny and modern, contrasting with the homier feel of their Lyndhurst location. But the donuts remain the same puffy, quality bites that have satisfied East-siders for years. There was a short line on a weekday morning but the two staff members manning the front worked efficiently to stuff boxes and handle orders. Different donut flavors are in the back display case, while the more elaborate fried dough products and muffins are there to tempt while you wait in line. I appreciate that despite the upgraded digs, prices are still wallet-friendly. A cinnamon roll the size of your head for $3.50? Yes please. If you dine in and want to take advantage of the classy marble counters, there's probably room to seat about 10 people and still allow a small queue to form. Although this Goldie's miraculously does not swaddle you in clouds of fried dough smell, maybe because of the competing new furniture smell, it's kind of nice not to have that scent lingering on your clothes until you get nauseous. A final attestation to the contemporary design - the Dyson Airblade Wash+Dry in the all-gender restroom. All their donut products are amazing, so pick what speaks to you. But if you absolutely need recommendations... my favorites are the cinnamon sugar and blueberry cake donuts.

My lovely friend and I decided to stop by this bakery recently and loved it! We visited the bakery that's in Ohio City on Lorain road. They also have another location on the east side (Lyndhurst) . Just so ya'll are aware finding parking was nuts; so if your able to get a closer spot cool. We ended up parking on a side street but it was cool because it was well worth it. When we arrived; I immediately notice how cute the bakery looked inside. They have comfy chairs and a nice open view. Now for my short gals I had a bit of a struggle getting into the chair and trying to push myself in; ( no lie) I almost asked my friend to push me in as I was indeed struggling lol. I ordered a Boston Cream and maple frosted donut w/ a little cup of Hartzler chocolate milk. Everything was delicious! Yum! They have a variety of sweets to choose from and ohh I can't wait to try the rest. Our service was great! The young lady was soo nice and helpful. This is a family owned business with several generations of baking experience. Their donuts and pastry are fresh and made with love. Overall, the experience was great and I can't wait to come back for more.

Donut heaven, if one existed it is at Goldie's. The donuts are nothing short of exceptional. Simply put they are soft, decadent fluffy pillows. The service is above and beyond and the place is SO CLEAN. I can not recommend Goldie's enough and I will be back!

Stopped in to Goldie's to pick up some birthday donuts. They had a wide variety of options and the guy working behind the counter was so nice and friendly. Ordered glazed, chocolate frosted, and chocolate sprinkles. They also have coffee and lattes, cappuccino etc. the seating area is pretty small, more of a grab and go spot. Parking on the street was easy to run in and out.

Someone dropped some of these off at my work. My God are they delicious. So much so, I felt compelled to yelp about it! If you ever get a chance, do not hesitate

That glazed croissant is EPIC! They sell out quickly and im always luck to grab one. Its a perfect touch to have after Herb N Twine!

cute place. friendly staff. I'm from out of town (go blue) and stayed in that area and this place was close to me so I gave it a try. I bought 12 donuts and people at work asked me where these were from. I also bought a dry cappuccino and the gal did me right me! it's so hard to find someone with mad cap skills. thank you!

This place is incredible and their donuts CANNOT be beat! In my opinion, though, they could improve their operations. I waited over an hour for the guy running the shop up get back from the restroom, only for him to inform me that they had run out of donuts for the day. It was pretty disappointing.

Decent service and donuts were ok but definitely not worth the price. $6.75 for 3 cake donuts that were just ok. Was expecting more - a bit dry and just standard fare like you would see at giant Eagle bakery

I haven't been to this location; however, a colleague brought doughnuts to work. I had a chocolate covered doughnut which was just sweet enough and fresh! I would definitely considered stopping in when I get a chance!

The sour cream donut is the best of its kind I've ever had. The staff was very friendly. But I could do without the television silently showing some random food show while the loudspeaker plays music. Why have the screen at all?

Legit!! The Russian tea biscuit is to die for. It looks a hot mess, but it's a must have with coffee or better yet tea. They were out of apple cider donuts so next time for sure!

Fresh delicious donuts. I would highly recommend the maple cream filled! I would of have gave a 5 star if it was dog friendly.

For being a local bakery in a heavily populated dog community, they turned my service animal away when we we were walking in to get donuts TO GO. No wonder there's no line here. 2 stars for great donuts but unwelcoming service.

My husband and I went on a months long quest to find the best donut in Northeast Ohio. The research was grueling as you can well imagine. After trying more donuts than any responsible adult who's not getting paid to try donuts probably should, I can authoritatively say that Goldie's is without question the best donut place in Northeast Ohio. Probably in Ohio just generally. Try their old fashioned sour cream donut and tell me I'm wrong. You won't be able to because all of your thoughts will be consumed with what you'll do with your life now that you're a crack addict, because surely they must put crack in these donuts. Try the cream cheese filled croissant roll too. And the Apple fritter. You wandered into this place on the weekend because the wait at Juneberry was over an hour, and you wandered out not even remembering that you came out here for breakfast, not donuts. Goldie's, you are magic.

These doughnuts are no better than what you could find in a grocery store bakery. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if that's where they came from. Also not sure why they call themselves a bakery when they mostly a doughnut shop.
