"In Medford, I noted that Goldilox Bagels has moved into the former Stone & Skillet English muffin production space at 186 Winthrop St., opening its storefront after building a following through pop-ups; the bright yellow awning and bold signage mark a shop that opened its doors at 8 a.m. on September 13 and has been drawing long lines. Founded by Medford residents Lindsey Gaudet and Ed Thill, the menu starts with bagels, spreads, bagel sandwiches, cookies, Speedwell coffee, and Boston Chai Party chai, with plans a month or so later to add pizza bagels and catering services." - Eater Staff

"I’m pretty sure I haven’t shut up about Goldilox Bagels since a year before it even opened. (Through non-food-world connections, I got my hands on some sample bagels back in the day and quickly became obsessed.) The cheerful Medford bakery is an essential addition to the Boston area’s bagel scene — and one of only three or four local bagel purveyors I heartily recommend to people on a regular basis.
